It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The method for detecting the fault of the air conditioner in the machine room provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the monitoring system 102 communicates with the computer device 104 over a network. The data storage system may store data that computer device 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the computer device 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. If the computer device 104 receives the alarm information sent by the monitoring system 102, the computer device 104 obtains airflow information corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room, and processes the airflow information through the simulation model to obtain a simulated airflow organization of the air conditioner in the machine room. Based on the simulated airflow organization, the computer device 104 performs a first misjudgment analysis on the alarm information to obtain a first misjudgment analysis result. If the first misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is not the misalarm information, the computer device 104 obtains a plurality of sensing data corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room. And analyzing the simulated airflow organization and the plurality of sensing data respectively through the simulation model to obtain each airflow comparison result corresponding to the simulated airflow organization and each sensing comparison result corresponding to the sensing data. Based on the respective airflow comparison results and the respective sensing comparison results, the computer device 104 determines a cause of failure of the room air conditioner. The monitoring system 102 may be a terminal, among others. The terminal can be but not limited to various personal computers, notebook computers, tablet computers and internet of things equipment, and the internet of things equipment can be smart televisions, smart air conditioners and the like. The computer device 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for detecting a fault of a machine room air conditioner is provided, and the method is described by taking an example of the method applied to a computer device 104 in fig. 1, where the computer device may be a terminal or a server. The fault detection method of the air conditioner in the machine room comprises the following steps of:
step S202, if alarm information sent by the monitoring system is received, airflow information corresponding to the machine room air conditioner is obtained, and the airflow information is processed through the simulation model, so that simulated airflow organization of the machine room air conditioner is obtained.
The monitoring system is a DCIM system (Data Center Infrastructure management). The DCIM system combines information technology and equipment management to perform centralized management such as centralized monitoring and capacity planning on key equipment of a data center. The air flow information is information such as the flow velocity of the air flow. The simulation model is a fluid mechanics-based simulation system. The simulation air flow organization simulates the air flow organization corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room, wherein the air flow organization organizes the air flow direction and the uniformity according to certain requirements.
Specifically, if the computer device receives the alarm information sent by the monitoring system, the airflow information corresponding to the room air conditioner is acquired, and the airflow information is processed through a simulation model based on hydrodynamics, so that a simulated airflow organization corresponding to the simulated room air conditioner is acquired.
For example, the computer device is docked with the monitoring system, receives the operation data sent by the monitoring system, processes the operation data through the simulation model, and simulates the operation state of the air conditioning equipment in the machine room. And if the computer equipment receives the alarm information sent by the monitoring system, acquiring airflow information corresponding to the machine room air conditioner, and processing the airflow information through a simulation model based on hydrodynamics to obtain a simulated airflow organization corresponding to the simulated machine room air conditioner.
Step S204, based on the simulated airflow organization, performing a first misjudgment analysis on the alarm information to obtain a first misjudgment analysis result.
The misjudgment analysis is used for analyzing the correctness of the alarm information, that is, for judging whether the alarm information sent by the monitoring system is wrong.
Specifically, the computer device obtains the simulated airflow organization corresponding to the simulated machine room air conditioner, and judges the airflow condition in the simulated machine room air conditioner through the simulation model. And the computer equipment carries out first misjudgment analysis on the alarm information based on the airflow condition to obtain a first misjudgment analysis result.
For example, the computer device obtains the simulated airflow organization corresponding to the simulated machine room air conditioner, and judges the airflow condition in the simulated machine room air conditioner through the simulation model. And the computer equipment carries out first misjudgment analysis on the alarm information based on the airflow condition, and if the airflow condition is characterized to be abnormal, the first misjudgment analysis result is determined to be that the alarm information is not the misalarm information. The first misjudgment analysis result may be represented in the form of a character, a word, or the like, which is not limited herein.
Step S206, if the first misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is not the misalarm information, acquiring a plurality of sensing data corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room.
Specifically, if the first misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is not the misalarm information, the computer device obtains a plurality of sensing data which are sent by the monitoring system and correspond to the air conditioner in the machine room.
Step S208, the simulation model is used for analyzing the simulation airflow organization and the plurality of sensing data respectively to obtain each airflow comparison result corresponding to the simulation airflow organization and each sensing comparison result corresponding to the sensing data.
Specifically, the computer device obtains the simulated airflow structure and the plurality of sensing data, performs comparative analysis on the simulated airflow structure through the simulation model to obtain each airflow comparison result corresponding to the simulated airflow structure, and compares each sensing data through the simulation model to obtain each sensing comparison result corresponding to each sensing data.
And step S210, determining the fault reason of the air conditioner in the machine room based on the air flow comparison results and the sensing comparison results.
Specifically, the computer device synthesizes each airflow comparison result with each sensing comparison result based on each airflow comparison result and each sensing comparison result to obtain a comprehensive comparison result. And the computer equipment determines the fault reason of the air conditioner in the machine room based on the comprehensive comparison result.
For example, the computer device obtains each airflow comparison result and each sensing comparison result, and synthesizes the airflow comparison result representing the abnormality in each airflow comparison result with the sensing comparison result representing the abnormality in each sensing comparison result to obtain a comprehensive comparison result. And the computer equipment determines the fault reason of the air conditioner in the machine room based on the comprehensive comparison result.
In the fault detection method for the air conditioner in the machine room, if the alarm information sent by the monitoring system is received, the airflow information corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room is obtained, and the airflow information is processed through the simulation model to obtain the simulated airflow organization of the air conditioner in the machine room. Therefore, the real air flow organization of the machine room air conditioner can be accurately represented based on the simulated air flow organization. And carrying out first misjudgment analysis on the alarm information based on the simulated airflow organization to obtain a first misjudgment analysis result. Therefore, the accuracy of the alarm information is judged by combining the simulated airflow organization capable of representing the real airflow organization of the air conditioner in the machine room, and a first misjudgment analysis result with high reliability can be obtained. Based on the first misjudgment analysis result, the non-misinformation warning information can be processed in time, and the effectiveness of fault detection is improved. And if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information, acquiring a plurality of sensing data corresponding to the machine room air conditioner. And analyzing the simulated airflow organization and the plurality of sensing data respectively through the simulation model to obtain each airflow comparison result corresponding to the simulated airflow organization and each sensing comparison result corresponding to the sensing data. And determining the fault reason of the machine room air conditioner based on the various airflow comparison results and the various sensing comparison results. Like this, under the correct condition of warning message, combine simulation air current tissue and sensing data, can carry out comprehensive and accurate analysis to the trouble of computer lab air conditioner to, can be accurate and quick definite trouble reason, improved computer lab air conditioner fault detection's efficiency greatly.
In one embodiment, the simulation model is constructed in proportion based on the size of a target machine room, air conditioning equipment, power distribution equipment and a cabinet in the target machine room, and the simulation model has a function of simulating and deducing the behavior of a physical body through hydrodynamics simulation.
Specifically, the simulation model is proportionally constructed according to a digital twinning technique based on the actual size of the target machine room, the air conditioning equipment, the outfit equipment and the cabinet in the target machine room. The simulation model carries out simulation analysis on the machine room air conditioner through computational fluid mechanics.
In the present embodiment, the simulation model is constructed based on the size of the target machine room, the air conditioning equipment, the equipment, and the cabinet in the target machine room. Therefore, the simulation machine room can be obtained through the simulation model, and is used for representing the target machine room, so that one-to-one simulation is realized.
In one embodiment, the performing a first false positive analysis on the alarm information based on the simulated airflow organization to obtain a first false positive analysis result includes: and comparing the simulated airflow structure with a reference airflow structure based on the simulation model to obtain an airflow comparison result, and determining a first misjudgment analysis result based on the airflow comparison result.
Specifically, the computer device obtains a reference airflow structure, and compares the simulated airflow structure with the reference airflow structure based on the simulation model to obtain an airflow comparison result. And the computer equipment judges the airflow condition in the simulation machine room based on the airflow comparison result, and if the airflow comparison result shows that the simulation airflow organization is inconsistent with the reference airflow organization, the airflow condition is determined to be abnormal. And the computer equipment determines that the first misjudgment analysis result is characterized that the alarm information is not the misalarm information based on the abnormal airflow condition. And if the airflow comparison result shows that the simulated airflow organization is consistent with the reference airflow organization, determining that the airflow condition is normal. And the computer equipment determines that the alarm information is represented as false alarm information by the first false judgment analysis result based on the normal airflow condition.
In this embodiment, based on the simulation model, the simulated airflow structure is compared with the reference airflow structure to obtain an airflow comparison result, and based on the airflow comparison result, a first misjudgment analysis result is determined. Therefore, whether the airflow condition of the air conditioner in the machine room is abnormal or not can be identified in time based on the simulated airflow organization, and therefore the alarm information is screened. Therefore, the alarm information which is not misinformed can be processed in time, and the effectiveness of fault detection is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the analyzing the simulated airflow structure and the plurality of sensing data by the simulation model respectively to obtain each airflow comparison result corresponding to the simulated airflow structure and each sensing comparison result corresponding to the sensing data includes:
step S302, comparing each piece of simulated airflow information included in the simulated airflow organization with the corresponding reference airflow information through the simulation model, to obtain each airflow comparison result.
Specifically, the computer device determines each piece of simulated airflow information based on the simulated airflow organization, and obtains reference airflow information corresponding to each piece of simulated airflow information. And the computer equipment compares each piece of simulated airflow information with the corresponding reference airflow information respectively to obtain each airflow comparison result.
And step S304, comparing each sensing data with the corresponding reference data respectively through the simulation model to obtain each sensing comparison result.
Specifically, the computer device compares each sensing data with the corresponding reference data through the simulation model based on each sensing data to obtain each sensing comparison result. For example, the computer device obtains sensing data such as each wind speed rotating speed and water supply and return pressure value of the air conditioning equipment, and compares each wind speed rotating speed of the air conditioning equipment with wind speed reference data through the simulation model to obtain a sensing comparison result corresponding to the wind speed rotating speed.
Should confirm the fault reason of this computer lab air conditioner based on this each air current comparison result and this each sensing comparison result, include:
and S306, determining the fault reason of the machine room air conditioner according to the fault mapping relation in the simulation model based on each airflow comparison result and each sensing comparison result.
The fault mapping relation is used for representing the mapping relation between the abnormal airflow comparison result and the fault of the air conditioner of the machine room and representing the mapping relation between the abnormal sensing comparison result and the fault reason of the air conditioner of the machine room. In the fault mapping relation, the condition that the outdoor unit fan is damaged and does not rotate, the outdoor unit has no power supply, and the high-voltage switch is not reset corresponds to a compressor high-voltage alarm; the damage of the compressor, the damage of the compressor protector and the poor contact of the control circuit are corresponding to the fault alarm of the precision air conditioner compressor; the A/C system is lack of fluorine and leaks fluorine, the thermal expansion valve is out of order, and the filter screen is too dirty and the fan belt is too loose, which are corresponding to the low-pressure alarm of the precision air conditioner; the A/C power supply reverse phase, the fan breaker switch is not closed, the A/C power supply is in phase failure, the fan belt is too loose, the filter screen is too dirty, and the airflow breaker fails to work, which are corresponding to the precise air conditioner airflow fault alarm; the alarm of the humidifier is not reset, the water inlet valve is not opened, the water inlet valve is damaged, and the damage of the humidifying water tank is corresponding to the fault alarm of the precision air conditioner humidifier.
Specifically, the computer device obtains each airflow comparison result and each sensing comparison result, and synthesizes the airflow comparison result which characterizes the abnormality in each airflow comparison result with the sensing comparison result which characterizes the abnormality in each sensing comparison result to obtain a comprehensive comparison result. And the computer equipment determines a mapping fault reason corresponding to the comprehensive comparison result according to the fault mapping relation in the simulation model, and the mapping fault reason is used as the fault reason of the air conditioner of the machine room.
For example, if the comprehensive comparison result is that the rotating speed of the fan is lower than the normal speed of the rotating speed of the fan, the computer device determines that the fault reason of the machine room air conditioner is that the belt of the fan of the machine room air conditioner is too loose based on the fault mapping relation. Wherein too loose of the belt would generate a machine room airflow fault alarm.
In this embodiment, through the simulation model, each piece of simulated airflow information included in the simulated airflow organization is respectively compared with the corresponding piece of reference airflow information, so as to obtain each airflow comparison result. And comparing each sensing data with the corresponding reference data respectively through the simulation model to obtain each sensing comparison result. And determining the fault reason of the machine room air conditioner according to the fault mapping relation in the simulation model based on each airflow comparison result and each sensing comparison result. Like this, organize and sensing data through combining the simulation air current, can carry out comprehensive and accurate analysis to the trouble of computer lab air conditioner to, the fault reason that can be accurate and quick has improved computer lab air conditioner fault detection's efficiency greatly.
In one embodiment, after performing the first false positive analysis on the alarm information based on the simulated airflow organization to obtain a first false positive analysis result, the method further includes: and if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, performing second misjudgment analysis on the alarm information based on the display result of the sensing equipment to obtain a second misjudgment analysis result. And if the display result of the sensing equipment represents that the sensing data is abnormal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information.
Specifically, if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, the computer device obtains a sensing display result, and judges the sensing display result through the simulation model. And if the sensing display result represents that the sensing data is abnormal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information.
For example, if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, the computer device obtains the sensing display result, and judges the sensing display result through the simulation model. And if the sensing display result represents that the sensing data is abnormal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information. The computer equipment acquires a plurality of sensing data corresponding to the machine room air conditioner.
In this embodiment, if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, the second misjudgment analysis is performed on the alarm information based on the display result of the sensing device to obtain a second misjudgment analysis result. And if the display result of the sensing equipment represents that the sensing data is abnormal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information. In this way, the alarm information is judged again based on the display result of the sensing equipment, and the accuracy of the misjudgment analysis can be ensured. Therefore, the efficient processing of the fault alarm of the air conditioner of the machine room in the monitoring system is realized.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and if the display result of the sensing equipment represents that the sensing data is normal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, and sending the second misjudgment analysis result to the monitoring system.
Specifically, if the display result of the sensing device indicates that the sensing data is normal, the computer device determines that the second misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is misalarm information, and sends the second misjudgment analysis result to the monitoring system to indicate a technician to remotely restore the alarm state.
In this embodiment, if the display result of the sensing device indicates that the sensing data is normal, it is determined that the second misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is misalarm information, and the second misjudgment analysis result is sent to the monitoring system. Therefore, the error warning information can be filtered in time, so that fault detection based on the error warning information is avoided, and the efficiency of the detection result is greatly improved.
To facilitate a clearer understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, a more detailed embodiment is provided for description. As shown in fig. 4, the computer device is interfaced with the monitoring system (i.e., the corresponding DCIM device), receives the operation data sent by the monitoring system, and processes the operation data through the simulation model, so as to simulate the operation state of the air conditioning equipment in the machine room. The simulation model is built in proportion based on the actual size of the target machine room, air conditioning equipment, equipment and a cabinet in the target machine room according to a digital twinning technology. The simulation model carries out simulation analysis on the machine room air conditioner through computational fluid mechanics. And the computer equipment acquires the reference airflow organization, and compares the simulated airflow organization with the reference airflow organization based on the simulation model to obtain an airflow comparison result.
And if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information, the computer equipment acquires a plurality of sensing data which are sent by the monitoring system and correspond to the machine room air conditioner. The computer equipment determines each piece of simulated airflow information based on the simulated airflow organization, and acquires reference airflow information corresponding to each piece of simulated airflow information. And the computer equipment compares each piece of simulated airflow information with the corresponding reference airflow information respectively to obtain each airflow comparison result. And the computer equipment compares each sensing data with the corresponding reference data respectively through the simulation model based on each sensing data to obtain each sensing comparison result. And if the first misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is misalarm information, the computer equipment acquires a sensing display result and judges the sensing display result through the simulation model. And if the display result of the sensing equipment indicates that the sensing data is normal, the computer equipment determines that the second misjudgment analysis result indicates that the alarm information is misalarm information, and sends the second misjudgment analysis result to the monitoring system so as to indicate the technical staff to remotely restore the alarm state. And if the sensing display result represents that the sensing data is abnormal, determining that the second misjudgment analysis result represents that the alarm information is not the misalarm information. The computer equipment acquires a plurality of sensing data corresponding to the machine room air conditioner. The computer device feeds back the fault reason to the monitoring system to indicate a field technician to process the alarm until the alarm is finished, the computer device continues to perform simulated monitoring, namely continues to be butted with the monitoring system (namely corresponding DCIM device), receives the operation data sent by the monitoring system, processes the operation data through a simulation model, and simulates the operation state of the air conditioning equipment of the machine room.
In this embodiment, if the alarm information sent by the monitoring system is received, the airflow information corresponding to the air conditioner in the machine room is obtained, and the airflow information is processed through the simulation model, so as to obtain the simulated airflow organization of the air conditioner in the machine room. In addition, through carrying out preliminary treatment to monitored control system's alarm signal, can reduce the time that technical staff went the on-the-spot recovery, improve alarm signal and deal with efficiency to, reduce computer lab air conditioner fault recovery to technical staff's degree of dependence, improve the intelligent degree of data center infrastructure operation and maintenance management.
