Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
It should be noted that the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, but must be based on the realization of those skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, the combination of the technical solutions should be considered to be absent and not within the protection scope of the present invention.
Embodiments described below provide an air conditioner that performs a cooling and heating cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The cooling and heating cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation to cool or heat an indoor space.
The refrigeration working principle of the air conditioner is as follows: the compressor works to make the interior of the indoor heat exchanger (in the indoor machine, the evaporator at this time) be in an ultralow pressure state, the liquid refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger is quickly evaporated to absorb heat, and the air blown out by the indoor fan is cooled by the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger and then changed into cold air to be blown into the room. The evaporated and gasified refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor, condensed into a liquid state in a high-pressure environment in an outdoor heat exchanger (in an outdoor unit, a condenser at the moment), releases heat, and is dissipated to the atmosphere through an outdoor fan, so that the refrigeration effect is achieved by circulation.
The heating working principle of the air conditioner is as follows: the gaseous refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the indoor heat exchanger (the condenser at this time), is condensed, liquefied and released heat to become liquid, and simultaneously heats indoor air, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the indoor temperature. The liquid refrigerant is decompressed by the throttling device, enters an outdoor heat exchanger (an evaporator at the moment), is evaporated, gasified and absorbs heat to form gas, absorbs heat of outdoor air (the outdoor air becomes cooler) to form gaseous refrigerant, and enters the compressor again to start the next cycle.
During the operation of the air conditioner, if the air conditioner fails due to various reasons, the operation of the air conditioner is stopped. Some faults are temporary faults, and the faults can be relieved by powering up the air conditioner again. When the air conditioner stops running due to a fault, the indoor fan is generally stopped, and the current of the indoor fan is very small and close to zero. In addition, the indoor fan is stopped when the air conditioner stops running due to faults, and is also stopped when the indoor temperature reaches a certain temperature condition. The invention adopts a certain method and a certain device to control the air conditioner based on the operation characteristics of the air conditioner, and solves the problems of inconvenience and untimely time for manually powering on and starting the air conditioner on site after the air conditioner is in fault shutdown in a simple and reliable mode.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an air conditioner control method according to the present invention, and in particular, is a control flow illustrating an embodiment of an automatic power-on restart after an air conditioner is failed and stopped.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment implements automatic power-on restart control by the following procedure:
step 11: in the operation process of the air conditioner, the temperature of the indoor environment where the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located is obtained as the indoor temperature, and the current of the indoor fan of the air conditioner is obtained as the current of the indoor fan.
The acquisition of the indoor temperature can be realized by matching a temperature acquisition unit arranged on the indoor unit with a main controller of the air conditioner, for example, the acquisition of the indoor temperature is realized by matching a temperature sensor arranged on an air return opening of the indoor unit with the main controller on an electric control board of the air conditioner. The specific acquisition mode can adopt the prior art and is not described in more detail herein.
The current of the inner fan can be acquired by matching a current acquisition unit arranged on the indoor fan control circuit with a main controller of the air conditioner. The specific acquisition mode can adopt the prior art and is not described in more detail herein.
Step 12: when the indoor temperature meets the preset temperature condition and the current of the inner fan meets the preset current condition, the air conditioner is controlled to cut off the main power supply of the air conditioner, and then the main power supply is controlled to supply power to the air conditioner, so that the power-on restarting of the air conditioner is realized.
The air conditioner is configured with a preset temperature condition and a preset current condition, and generally, the preset temperature condition and the preset current condition are obtained by technicians through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, experimental tests, experience summary and the like.
Wherein the preset temperature conditions include: the difference value between the indoor temperature and the set temperature of the air conditioner exceeds a preset temperature difference range; the preset current conditions include: the current of the inner fan is smaller than a preset current threshold value. The preset temperature condition and the preset current condition are set, the stop operation of the indoor fan caused by non-fault stop reasons can be eliminated as far as possible, and the reliability and the simplicity of automatic power-on restart operation due to fault stop are improved.
When the indoor temperature meets the preset temperature condition and the current of the inner fan meets the preset current condition, the air conditioner is judged to be stopped due to faults, and the air conditioner needs to be electrified and restarted to try to eliminate the faults, so that the air conditioner can normally run. The specific operation of automatic power-on restart is as follows: the air conditioner is controlled to cut off the main power supply of the air conditioner, and then the main power supply is controlled to supply power to the air conditioner. When the outdoor unit is specifically realized, the relay switch of the outdoor unit is utilized to disconnect the main power supply circuit of the air conditioner, then the relay is controlled to be closed, the main power supply circuit is closed, and the main power supply is recovered to supply power for the air conditioner through the main power supply circuit.
According to the air conditioner control method, the current of the inner fan is used as a judgment parameter for judging whether the air conditioner is electrified and restarted, meanwhile, the influence of non-fault shutdown on the current of the inner fan is eliminated by means of indoor temperature, the judgment parameter is simple and easy to obtain, the configuration requirement on the air conditioner detection device is low, and the reliability of power-on restarting judgment is improved; when the indoor temperature meets the preset temperature condition and the current of the inner fan meets the preset current condition, the air conditioner is controlled to cut off the main power supply of the air conditioner at first, then the main power supply is controlled to supply power to the air conditioner, and the power-on restarting of the air conditioner is achieved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention, and in particular, is a control flow for implementing an automatic power-on restart after the air conditioner is failed and stopped.
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment implements automatic power-on restart control by the following procedure:
step 201: the air conditioner operates to obtain the indoor temperature.
Step 202: and judging whether the indoor temperature meets a preset temperature condition or not. If yes, go to step 203; otherwise, go to step 201, continue to obtain the indoor temperature and compare with the preset temperature condition.
The preset temperature condition is obtained by technicians through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, experimental test, experience summary and the like, and comprises the following steps: the difference between the indoor temperature and the set temperature of the air conditioner exceeds the range of the preset temperature difference. In a preferred embodiment, the preset temperature difference is determined according to a temperature reaching shutdown temperature difference of the air conditioner, and the preset temperature difference is not less than the temperature reaching shutdown temperature difference. The air conditioners are generally provided with a temperature reaching shutdown temperature difference, and when the difference value between the indoor temperature and the set temperature of the air conditioner reaches the shutdown temperature difference, the indoor fan stops running due to the temperature reaching. In order to eliminate the influence of the temperature-reaching shutdown on the indoor fan, a proper preset temperature difference is determined according to the temperature-reaching shutdown temperature difference, and at least the preset temperature difference is ensured to be not less than the temperature-reaching shutdown temperature difference.
Step 203: and acquiring the current of the inner fan.
The inner fan current is only obtained when it is determined in step 202 that the indoor temperature meets the preset temperature condition. If the indoor temperature does not meet the preset temperature condition, the judgment of whether to power on and restart based on the current of the inner fan is not carried out, so that the processing process is simplified. The current of the inner fan can be acquired by matching a current acquisition unit arranged on the indoor fan control circuit with a main controller of the air conditioner. The specific acquisition mode can adopt the prior art and is not described in more detail herein.
Step 204: and judging whether the current of the inner fan meets a preset current condition or not. If yes, go to step 206; otherwise, step 205 is performed.
In this embodiment, the preset current conditions include: the duration that the current of the inner fan is smaller than the preset current threshold reaches a first preset duration threshold. The preset current threshold and the first preset duration threshold are determined by technicians through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, experimental tests, empirical summary and the like. When the current of the indoor fan meets the preset current condition, the indoor fan is determined to stop running for a certain time, and the running is most likely to be stopped due to the fault shutdown of the air conditioner.
Step 205: the main power supply keeps the power supply state. Then, go to step 203 to continue to obtain the inner fan current.
If the step 204 determines that the current of the indoor fan does not meet the preset current condition, it is determined that the indoor fan does not stop due to the fault shutdown of the air conditioner. Under the condition, the main power supply of the air conditioner is controlled to keep a power supply state, and the air conditioner is still electrified to work. Meanwhile, the current of the inner fan is continuously obtained and compared with a preset current condition until the current of the inner fan meets the preset current condition.
Step 206: the main power supply is cut off.
When the current of the internal fan is determined to meet the preset current condition in step 204, the indoor fan is judged to stop running due to the fault shutdown of the air conditioner. At this time, the main power supply of the air conditioner is cut off. In the concrete implementation, the relay switch of the outdoor unit is used for disconnecting the main power supply circuit of the air conditioner.
Step 207: and judging whether the cut-off duration time of the main power supply reaches a second preset duration time threshold value. If yes, go to step 208; otherwise, the cut-off state of the main power supply is continuously maintained until the duration of the cut-off of the main power supply reaches a second preset duration. The second preset duration is a preset time.
Step 208: and judging whether the power-on restarting frequency of the air conditioner reaches a preset frequency condition. If yes, go to step 210; otherwise, the process of step 209 is performed.
Some faults of the air conditioner cannot be eliminated simply by power-on restart. For the faults which cannot be eliminated by power-on restart, manual checking and processing are required in time to ensure that the air conditioner meets the use requirement as soon as possible. Therefore, the embodiment also presets a preset time condition in the air conditioner, and executes different processing on the air conditioner according to whether the time of the power-on restart of the air conditioner reaches the preset time condition.
Step 209: and controlling the main power supply voltage to supply power to the air conditioner.
And when the power-on restarting frequency of the air conditioner does not reach the preset frequency condition in the step 208, the power-on restarting is still executed, and after the duration of cutting off the main power supply of the air conditioner reaches a second preset duration, the main power supply is controlled to supply power to the air conditioner. When the air conditioner is specifically realized, the relay of the outdoor unit is controlled to be sucked, the main power supply circuit is closed, and the main power supply is recovered to supply power for the air conditioner through the main power supply circuit.
After step 209 is performed, the control procedure of one power-on restart is completed, and then the next power-on restart control cycle is performed.
Step 210: when it is determined in step 208 that the number of times of power-on restart of the air conditioner reaches the preset number of times, the power-on restart process is not executed any more, but the off state of the main power supply is maintained.
In other preferred embodiments, when the number of times of the power-on restart of the air conditioner reaches a preset number of times and the disconnection state of the main power supply is maintained, a fault prompt is sent to prompt a site to check and solve the problem of the air conditioner fault.
Other technical effects of this embodiment, as described with reference to the embodiment of fig. 1, will not be repeated here.
