when the tunnel 1 normally passes, the signal lamp 7 on the mounting frame 3 is a green lamp to indicate normal driving in the tunnel 1, and any lane can be selected for driving before entering the tunnel 1;
when goods fall on the lane of the tunnel 1, acquiring road and driving condition information in the tunnel 1 under the action of the camera 2, and transmitting the information to maintenance personnel;
the maintenance personnel monitors the road in the tunnel 1 through the camera 2, and when the goods fall off in the running process of the vehicle, the maintenance personnel changes the state of the lane signal lamp 7 according to the lane where the goods are located, so that the signal lamp 7 is displayed as a red lamp;
then, the first driving motor 1032 is started, the first driving motor 1032 drives the first roller 1031 to rotate, the first roller 1031 rotates to drive the sliding rod 82 to slide along the guide groove 12, and the position of the sliding rod 82 is adjusted, so that the sliding rod 82 drives the knuckle arm 101 to slide close to the goods;
the second driving motor 1041 is started again, the second driving motor 1041 drives the gear 1042 to rotate, the gear 1042 drives the mounting seat 11 to slide along the rack 1043, and the position of the mounting seat 11 is adjusted, so that the mounting seat 11 is in a preferred position;
starting the corresponding micro motor 102, wherein the micro motor 102 drives the arm 101 to rotate, and the arm 101 rotates to drive the mounting plate 91 to operate, so that the position of the mounting plate 91 is adjusted, and the first screw 92 is abutted against the goods;
