when the third gear 22 is meshed with the fourth threaded tooth 1302, the driving motor 19 is started to drive the first rotating shaft 20 to rotate, the third gear 22 is driven to rotate, the second rotating ring 13 is driven to rotate according to the meshing transmission principle of the latch, the second gear 15 is driven to rotate according to the meshing transmission principle of the latch, the second rotating rod 7 and the second arc-shaped block 8 are driven to rotate, the camera 11 is driven to rotate around the axis of the second rotating rod 7, and the angle of the camera 11 is adjusted; the angle of the camera 11 can be adjusted to any direction, the capture range of the camera 11 is enlarged, and the monitoring device is convenient to use;
when the third gear 22 is meshed with the second gear 1202, the piston rod of the starting cylinder 23 extends out, the driving moving block 24 drives upwards, the driving circular ring 26, the fixing column 27 and the third gear 22 move upwards, the third gear 22 is separated from the second gear 1202, the third gear 22 is meshed with the fourth gear 1302, and similarly, the piston rod of the starting cylinder 23 retracts to drive the third gear 22 to be meshed with the second gear 1202, so that the angle adjusting mode of the camera 11 is changed.

the communication system is a 4G/5G wireless communication module, the display system is an LED display screen, the monitoring device transmits the collected monitoring video to the central processing unit through the 4G/5G wireless communication module, the central processing unit transmits the monitoring video to the LED display screen through the 4G/5G wireless communication module for people to check, the face recognition module recognizes face data in the monitoring video and stores the face information in the data storage module;
the monitoring device comprises a first fixing plate (1), a second fixing plate (2), a first angle adjusting assembly (51), a second angle adjusting assembly (52), an elastic assembly (53) and a camera shooting assembly (54), wherein the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (2) are vertically arranged.

The monitoring and management system for the communication machine room according to claim 1, wherein the first angle adjusting assembly (51) comprises a first arc-shaped block (6), two ends of the first fixing plate (1) are fixedly connected with first vertical plates (3), a first round hole (301) is formed in each first vertical plate (3), a first rotating rod (5) is rotatably mounted in each first round hole (301), a first arc-shaped block (6) is fixedly connected between two first rotating rods (5), and a first groove (601) is formed in each first arc-shaped block (6);
the second angle adjusting assembly (52) comprises second arc-shaped blocks (8), two ends of the second fixing plate (2) are fixedly connected with second vertical plates (4), second round holes (401) are formed in the second vertical plates (4), second rotating rods (7) are rotatably mounted in the second round holes (401), the second arc-shaped blocks (8) are fixedly connected between the two second rotating rods (7), and second grooves (801) are formed in the second arc-shaped blocks (8);
and a driving mechanism (55) and an adjusting mechanism (56) for driving the first arc-shaped block (6) and the second arc-shaped block (8) to rotate are arranged on the first fixing plate (1).

The monitoring and management system of the communication machine room according to claim 2, wherein the camera assembly (54) comprises a camera (11), a moving block (9) inserted into the first groove (601) and the second groove (801) is arranged above the first fixing plate (1), the camera (11) is fixedly installed at the top of the moving block (9), and a pressing plate (10) pressed on the first arc-shaped block (6) is fixedly connected to the moving block (9);

the adjusting mechanism (56) comprises an air cylinder (23), the air cylinder (23) is fixedly mounted on the connecting plate (18), a moving block (24) is fixedly mounted on a piston rod of the air cylinder (23), a second rotating shaft (25) is rotatably mounted on the moving block (24), a circular ring (26) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the second rotating shaft (25), a plurality of fixing columns (27) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the circular ring (26), a third gear (22) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the fixing columns (27), a circular groove (2201) and a square groove (2202) are formed in the third gear (22), the first rotating shaft (20) is inserted into the circular groove (2201), and square blocks (21) inserted into the square groove (2202) are fixedly connected to two sides of the first rotating shaft (20).
