Abstract

The washbowl tap is an indispensable product in the bathroom and plays a very important role in the bathroom. Conventional washbowl faucets have only one water outlet, facing the washbowl. the faucet body 1 is provided with a first water outlet 11 and a second water outlet 12, and a first water outlet flow channel 13 communicated with the first water outlet 11, a second water outlet flow channel 14 communicated with the second water outlet 12 and a switching piece 15 are arranged inside the faucet body 1; in this embodiment, the first water outlet 11 is a lower water outlet facing the basin and equipped with a bubbler. The second water outlet 12 is an upper water outlet and is inclined toward a direction close to the user. Thus, the first water outlet 11 is a lower water outlet of a common washbasin faucet, the second water outlet 12 forms a mouth wash water outlet, and a user can wash face or gargle by means of the mouth wash water outlet.
In order to facilitate a user to switch the water outlet states of the two water outlets, the switching piece 15 and the operating piece 2 are arranged in a linkage manner, when the operating piece 2 is located at the first position, the communication between the first water outlet 11 and the first water outlet channel 13 is disconnected by the switching piece 15, the second water outlet 12 is communicated with the second water outlet channel 14, and the second water outlet 12 is exposed; when the operating element 2 is located at the second position, the first water outlet 11 is communicated with the first water outlet channel 13, the communication between the second water outlet 12 and the second water outlet channel 14 is disconnected by the switching element 15, and the second water outlet 12 is covered by the operating element 2.

In this embodiment, in order to achieve the above-mentioned automatic reset effect, the switching element 15 is a switching shaft, and a sealing ring 151 is sleeved on a side wall of the switching shaft; a cavity 17 communicated with the water inlet end of the faucet body 1 is arranged in the faucet body, the front end of the cavity 17 in the axial direction of the switching shaft is communicated to the second water outlet flow channel 14, and the rear end of the cavity 17 is communicated to the first water outlet flow channel 13. Then when the second outlet channel 14 is discharging, the water flow presses the sealing ring 151 on the switching shaft backwards along the axial direction of the switching shaft, so that the sealing member always cuts off the communication between the chamber 17 and the first outlet channel 13. This ensures that the operating member 2 is always in the first position. When the water is shut off, the water pressure in the chamber 17 is lost, and the resetting member 16 is reset to drive the operating member 2 to return to the second position.
In this embodiment, the reset element 16 is a spring, one end of the switching shaft along the axial direction abuts against a free end of the spring, and a fixed end of the spring abuts against an inner wall of the body.
In order to shield the second water outlet 12 by the operating element 2, the operating element 2 is a push button, which is attached to the surface of the faucet body 1, and the lower surface of the push button is connected to the switching shaft by a fixing rod 21 extending into the faucet body. Specifically, the outer wall of the switching shaft is provided with a circle of clamping grooves 152 along the circumferential direction, and the fixing rod 21 is clamped with the clamping grooves 152. Thus, when the operating member 2 is translated on the surface of the tap body 1, the switching shaft is also translated axially along itself.
The embodiment takes a basin faucet as an example, and the structure can also be applied to other water outlets with two water outlets, such as a shower head and a kitchen faucet. Two delivery ports also need not be a downward water outlet and an upward water outlet, can freely set up according to the actual need of specific product, all belong to the simple replacement of this embodiment, no longer describe repeatedly.

Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: when the operating member 2 is located at the second position, the second water outlet 12 is not covered by the operating member 2 and is always exposed. The rest is the same as example 1 and will not be described again.

the body is provided with a first water outlet and a second water outlet, and a first water outlet flow channel communicated with the first water outlet, a second water outlet flow channel communicated with the second water outlet and a switching piece are arranged in the body;
the switching piece is arranged in a linkage manner with the operating piece, when the operating piece is positioned at a first position, the communication between the first water outlet and the first water outlet flow channel is disconnected by the switching piece, the second water outlet is communicated with the second water outlet flow channel, and the second water outlet is exposed; when the operating piece is located at the second position, the first water outlet is communicated with the first water outlet channel, and the communication between the second water outlet and the second water outlet channel is disconnected by the switching piece.
