Exploring the hard layering trend along a hard layering construction exploring drill hole, wherein the exploring drill hole comprises an upper exploring drill hole and a lower exploring drill hole, the upper exploring drill hole is upwards branched to explore the top plate of the coal seam at intervals of a preset distance to determine the upper trend of the coal seam, the lower exploring drill hole is downwards branched to explore the bottom plate of the coal seam at intervals of a preset distance to determine the lower trend of the coal seam, and finally, the full-coal thickness trend is calibrated;
s2, constructing the extraction drill hole
Constructing an extraction drill hole between the upper exploration drill hole and the lower exploration drill hole, constructing the extraction drill hole along hard layering, and punching and protecting the hole after drilling;
and S3, sealing the exploration drilling hole and the extraction drilling hole.

The directional long drilling construction method for the crushed soft coal seam with the complicated structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S1, the adopted drilling equipment is directional drilling equipment, the adopted drilling tool comprises a high pressure-resistant sealed spiral hollow drill rod or a wired cable drill rod, a probe tube, an upper and lower non-magnetic and screw motor and a drill bit, and the probe tube and the upper and lower non-magnetic wireless measurement while drilling system;
in the process of drilling construction, the upper part trend of the coal seam is calibrated through a measurement while drilling system and slag discharge;
and in the process of drilling a lower exploration and determination hole, calibrating the trend of the lower part of the coal seam by a measurement while drilling system and slag discharge.
3. The directional long drilling construction method for the broken soft coal seam with the complicated structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein in step S2, the drilling equipment and the drilling tool which are the same as the exploration drilling hole are adopted to construct extraction drilling holes in the hard layer, the hydraulic punching and cutting tool is replaced after the drilling construction is completed, the single-stage or multi-stage punching is realized through the connection of the drill rod and the hydraulic punching and cutting tool, and the drilling tool rotates and pushes back and forth within the preset length range in the punching process until the returned water becomes clear;
selecting backward punching or forward punching according to the inclination angle of the drilling condition; when the drill hole is an upward drill hole with an inclination angle of more than 0 degrees, a retreating type punching hole is selected; when the drill hole is drilled downwards at an angle of less than or equal to 0 degree, forward punching is adopted;
after hydraulic punching operation is completed, the hole protecting drilling tool is replaced to drill to the bottom of the hole, an underground air supply system is used for blowing and sweeping the hole, accumulated water and coal cinder in the hole are drained, and then the hole protecting sieve tube is arranged along the hole protecting drilling tool to realize large-diameter hole protection.
4. The directional long drilling construction method for the broken soft coal seam with the complicated structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein in step S2, extraction drill holes are constructed in hard layering by adopting drilling equipment and drilling tools which are the same as the fixed drill holes, and after the drilling construction is finished, a hollow hydraulic punching and cutting drilling tool is matched with a hollow drilling rod and a hollow drill bit to realize the punching-hole protecting integration, and a hole is punched firstly and then a screen pipe is put.
5. The directional long drilling construction method for the broken soft coal seam with the complicated structure according to the claim 3 or 4, characterized in that in the step S3, if the exploration drilling hole and the extraction drilling hole are bedding directional long drilling holes, the hole sealing covers a drilling hole stress concentration area;
and if the exploration drilling hole and the extraction drilling hole are crossing directional long drilling holes, sealing the whole rock section and exceeding the coal-rock interface.

The directional long drilling construction method for the coal seam with the broken soft structure and the complicated structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the construction site of the bedding directional long drilling hole is in a coal seam roadway, and the construction site of the through-layer directional long drilling hole is in a bottom suction roadway at the lower part of the coal seam.

The directional long drilling construction method for the broken soft coal seam with the complicated structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the distance between the upper exploration drilling hole, the extraction drilling hole and the lower exploration drilling hole is 2 times of the extraction radius of the coal seam measured on site.
8. The directional long drilling construction method for the crushed soft and complicated-structure coal seam according to claim 3, characterized in that the directional drilling equipment is automatic drilling equipment with the torque of more than 15000N-m;
the outer diameter of the high-pressure-resistant sealed spiral hollow drill rod is 89mm, and the inner diameter of the high-pressure-resistant sealed spiral hollow drill rod is 50 mm;
the diameter of a drill bit for drilling is more than 120 mm;
the water supply pressure during punching is 20MPa, the maximum supply pressure of an equipped pump set is 50MPa, and the water supply amount is 400L/min;
the hole diameter of a hollow drill bit in the hole-protecting drilling tool is more than 160mm, the outer diameter of a hollow drill rod is more than 100mm, the inner diameter of the hollow drill rod is more than 80mm, and the diameter of a hole-protecting sieve pipe is more than 70 mm.
9. A large-area regional arrangement method for directional long drill holes of a broken soft and complicated-structure coal seam is characterized in that in an area of more than 300 m x 2000 m, through-layer directional long drill holes and bedding directional long drill holes are arranged according to the tunneling of a mine coal seam roadway and the extraction condition of a working face, and the through-layer directional long drill holes and the bedding directional long drill holes are both completed by adopting the construction method for the directional long drill holes of the broken soft and complicated-structure coal seam according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
s1, constructing a cross-layer directional long drill hole in a bottom suction roadway at the lower part of the coal seam, pre-pumping the coal seam roadway, and protecting the coal seam roadway from tunneling;
and S2, directionally and long drilling holes in the coal seam construction bedding of the area to be stoped in the constructed coal seam roadway, wherein the length of the drilled holes covers the whole area to be stoped and the coal roadway to be excavated, and the coal seam in the working face to be stoped and the coal roadway to be excavated is pre-pumped.
10. The directional long drilling large-area regionalization arrangement method for the crushed soft and complicated-structure coal seam according to claim 9, characterized in that the pre-pumping time of the coal seam roadway is 2 years;
the pre-pumping time of the coal seam in the working face to be stoped and the coal roadway to be tunneled is 2 years.
