As shown in fig. 3, when gas extraction of the left and right sides of the drill site of the lower rock gate 1 reaches the standard, the rock gate 1 is advanced to a depth; when the advancing ruler of the lower rock cross-cut coal uncovering working face 5 exceeds a coal bed in front of the upper rock cross-cut coal uncovering working face 5, the lower rock cross-cut 1 is constructed in the left-side drill site 3 to drill a cross-layer drill hole 4 to extract coal bed gas in front of the upper rock cross-cut coal uncovering working face 5, and construction is continued, so that the gas extraction time of the upper rock cross-cut 1 is saved, and the safe and orderly operation of rock cross-cut coal uncovering work is ensured.

1. A coal seam group rapid rock cross-cut coal uncovering outburst elimination method comprises the following steps:
step 1, tunneling two rock cross-cut tunneling in the same direction, when a rock cross-cut coal uncovering working face in a first rock cross-cut tunnels to a normal distance from a coal bed to be 7-10 m, arranging a drill site along the outer edge of a rock cross-cut coal uncovering roadway in the direction from the head of the rock cross-cut coal uncovering working face to the coal bed, and constructing a plurality of layer-penetrating long drill holes to extract coal bed gas;
