The semi-open toilet 11 is fixedly connected with the urinal seat 10, a toilet cleaning unit, a urine taking unit 20, a control unit and a human-computer interaction unit 40 are arranged on the semi-open toilet 11, a drain outlet 111 is arranged at the bottom of the semi-open toilet 11, and the drain outlet 111 is used for discharging liquid in the semi-open toilet 11. The semi-open toilet 11 is also in waterway communication with the urinal body 10 to transfer the liquid discharged through the sewage outlet 111 to the sewer line, and the toilet cleaning unit is installed at an upper side of the semi-open toilet 11, is in communication with the external water inlet, is controlled to be opened or closed by the control unit, and can clean the inner wall of the semi-open toilet 11 when the semi-open toilet is opened, specifically, can clean the area around the urine taking unit 20 from top to bottom to ensure the cleaning of the inner wall surface of the semi-open toilet 11 around the urine taking unit 20.
By providing the urinal cleaning unit, the urine collected by the urine collecting unit 20 can be prevented from being polluted due to the dirt on the inner wall of the semi-open urinal 11, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the urine detection result.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, the urine taking unit 20 is installed on the urinal body, specifically, it is installed on the semi-open urinal 11, and includes a urine taking module 24, an installation module and a driving module, wherein the installation module is fixedly connected to the urinal body and is in sliding fit with the urine taking module 24, the driving module is installed on the installation module and is in communication connection with the control unit to drive the urine taking module 24 to extend or retract under the control of the control unit, a urine taking cavity 242 communicated with the urine detecting unit 13 is arranged at the front end of the urine taking module 24, and liquid inlets 243 and liquid outlets 244 communicated with the urine taking cavity 242 are respectively arranged at least at the upper end and the lower end of the cavity wall of the urine taking cavity 242 or near the upper end and the lower end of the cavity wall of the urine taking cavity 242 in the vertical direction. And, the direction of extension of the urine taking module 24 is inclined downwards in a relatively small horizontal direction, the installation module is provided with an outer wall cleaning pipeline 215 communicated with the urine taking cleaning unit 30, the outlet end of the outer wall cleaning pipeline 215 is positioned above the urine taking module 24, and the outlet end of the outer wall cleaning pipeline is at least flush with the position of the liquid inlet 243 when the urine taking module 24 is retracted to the limit position relative to the inner wall of the semi-open urinal 11.
Specifically, the mounting module includes a mounting seat 211, a cover connection shell 212, a threaded sleeve 213, and a threaded seat 214, wherein the mounting seat 211 and the cover connection shell 212 are fixedly connected by bolts and form a chamber, the chamber is used for mounting a transmission component of the driving module, and meanwhile, the mounting seat 211 is fixedly connected with the threaded seat 214 by bolts. Meanwhile, the outer wall cleaning pipe 215 is also provided on the mounting base 221. The inner wall of the thread bush 213 is provided with threads, the outer wall of the thread seat 214 is provided with threads, the thread bush 213 can be connected onto the thread seat 214 in a screwed mode, the front end of the thread seat 214 is provided with a clamping flange in the circumferential direction, the thread bush 213 can be matched with the clamping flange of the thread seat 214, when the thread seat 214 is inserted onto the inner wall of the semi-open toilet 11, the thread bush 213 and the clamping flange on the thread seat 214 can be respectively clamped on two sides of the inner wall of the semi-open toilet 11, and accordingly the urine taking unit 20 is installed and fixed on the semi-open toilet 11.
The driving module comprises a driving motor 221 and a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly comprises a first transmission gear 222 and a second transmission gear 223, the driving motor 221 can be in communication connection with the control unit and can rotate forward or reversely under the action of the control unit, the first transmission gear 222 is driven to rotate, the first transmission gear 222 drives the second transmission gear 223 to rotate, and the second transmission gear 223 drives the urine taking module 24 to extend or retract.
The urine taking unit 20 further includes a telescopic member 23, where the telescopic member 23 is fixedly connected with the urine taking module 24 and slidably engaged with the mounting seat 211, and a meshing tooth portion 231 is disposed on the telescopic member, and the meshing tooth portion 231 is engaged with the second transmission gear 223, so that the driving module can drive the telescopic member 23 to stretch out and draw back, and further drive the urine taking module 24 fixedly connected with the telescopic member 23 to stretch out or retract.
The front end of the urine taking module 24 is provided with a urine taking cavity 242, and a urine taking inner tube 241 communicated with the middle part of the urine taking cavity 242 is provided, and the urine taking inner tube 241 is communicated with the urine detecting unit 13 and is used for conveying urine to the urine detecting unit 13 through a urine conveying pipeline 133. The urine taking cavity 242 is a flat cavity, and the cavity wall at the upper and lower positions of the cavity is respectively provided with a through liquid inlet 243 and a through liquid outlet 244. An end cover 252 is fixedly connected to the front end of the urine taking module 24, a Y-shaped sealing ring 251 is sleeved between the end cover 252 and the urine taking module 24, and the Y-shaped sealing ring 251 can be abutted to the mounting seat 211 or the screw seat 214 when the urine taking module 24 is retracted, so that external liquid is prevented from entering the urine taking cavity 242. It should be noted that, the liquid inlet holes 243 and the liquid outlet holes 244 are both in a hole structure with smaller inner diameter, and can smoothly and gently enter the urine taking cavity 242 through the liquid inlet holes 243 only when the urine flow is stable enough, and when the urine flow is in a sputtering state, the urine is difficult to enter the urine taking cavity 242 due to the smaller aperture of the liquid inlet holes 243.
Referring to fig. 3, the urine taking and washing unit 30 mainly includes an upper cover 311, a lower cover 312, an electric control board 313, a power supply 314, a washing module 32, a filtering module 33, a pressure releasing module 34, a first reversing valve 351, a second reversing valve 352, a third reversing valve 353, a washing pump 361, a first air pump 362, an electrolyzed water module 363, a pressure stabilizing module 37, a flow meter 38, an on-off valve 39, and a plurality of pipes for water or air passage. The pipelines mainly comprise a first cleaning pipeline 131, a second cleaning pipeline 132, a third cleaning pipeline 201 and a pressure relief pipeline 341.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, a filtering module 33 is used to access and filter the intake water; one end of the first cleaning pipeline 131 and one end of the second cleaning pipeline 132 are communicated with the filter module 33, and the other end of the first cleaning pipeline is communicated with the urine detection unit 13 and is respectively used for cleaning a pipeline for conveying urine in the urine detection unit 13 and a pipeline for conveying urine to the urine detection unit; one end of the third cleaning pipeline 201 is communicated with the filtering module 33 through the electrolytic water module 363, and the other end is communicated with the outer wall cleaning pipeline 215 for cleaning the outer wall of the urine taking module 24; the electrolyzed water module 363 is used for receiving the inlet water input by the filtering module 33 and electrolyzing the inlet water to generate electrolyzed water with sterilizing effect; the cleaning module 32 stores cleaning liquid and communicates with the first, second and third cleaning lines 131, 132 and 201 through the cleaning pump 361 to deliver the cleaning liquid to the first, second and third cleaning lines 131, 132 and 201; the first air pump 362 communicates with the third cleaning line 201 through the electrolyzed water module 363 and is used to deliver high pressure air to the third cleaning line 201; one end of the pressure stabilizing module 37 is communicated with the filtering module 33, and the other end is communicated with the pressure releasing module 34 and is used for stabilizing the water pressure of the water flow input by the filtering module 33; the pressure relief module 34 communicates with the first purge line 131, the second purge line 132, and the pressure relief line 341, and communicates with the third purge line 201 through the electrolyzed water module 363, and is configured to be adapted to open its communication with the pressure relief line 341 when the water pressure input from the pressure stabilizing module 37 exceeds a preset threshold.
The filter module 33 may be a conventional filter component, such as an activated carbon filter, a non-woven fabric filter, etc., as long as the filter function is achieved. The voltage stabilizing module 37 is a conventional voltage stabilizing component that can ensure that the water pressure of the outlet water remains in a relatively steady state by movement of the internal voltage stabilizing element. In particular, the pressure stabilizing module 37 in the present embodiment is further provided with an anti-siphon structure, which is in communication with the pressure relief pipeline 341, and can prevent the water pressure increase or the water flow backflow caused by the siphon phenomenon.
Specifically, the upper cover 311 and the lower cover 312 may be fixedly connected to form a mounting chamber, and the above components, except the cleaning module 32 and the filtering module 33, may be mounted in the mounting chamber, where the electric control board 313 may be considered as a part of the control unit of the urinal, which may control the actions of the actuators in the urine taking cleaning unit 30, and the power supply 314 is used to provide electric energy for the electric control board and the actuators, which may be a battery, or an adapter connected to an external power supply.
In order to meet the water path communication requirement, the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 is provided with the first reversing valve 351, the second reversing valve 352 and the third reversing valve 353, wherein each reversing valve is a conventional reversing valve part, and a water outlet pipeline communicated with the reversing valve part can be changed.
The pressure relief module 34 includes an elastic member 342 and a blocking member 343, the blocking member 343 is configured to close the communication between the pressure relief module 34 and the pressure relief pipeline 341 under the action of the elastic member 342, and to reversely push the elastic member 342 to open the communication between the pressure relief module 34 and the pressure relief pipeline 341 when the water pressure input into the pressure relief module 34 by the pressure stabilizing module 37 exceeds a preset threshold. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the pressure relief module 34 includes a pressure relief housing, the pressure relief housing is provided with a water inlet communicated with the first reversing valve 351, a water outlet communicated with the third reversing valve 353, a water outlet communicated with the second cleaning pipeline 132 and a water outlet communicated with the pressure relief pipeline 341, a water passing port and a chamber are arranged between the water inlet and the pressure relief pipeline 341, the plugging piece 343 is arranged in the chamber, and can cut off the communication between the pressure relief module 34 and the pressure relief pipeline 341 through a water passing port in the plugging housing, or can open the communication between the pressure relief module 34 and the pressure relief pipeline 341 through a water passing port in the plugging housing, so as to achieve the effect of discharging pressure through the pressure relief pipeline 341 when the water pressure is too high.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows the flow direction of the water flow of the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 when cleaning the urine detecting unit 13, specifically, the water flow passes through the filtering module 33, then sequentially passes through the pressure stabilizing module 37, the switching valve 38, the first reversing valve 351, the flow meter 39, and the pressure releasing module 34, and then is split at the pressure releasing module 34, one path passes through the third reversing valve 353, then reaches the first cleaning pipeline 131, and the other path directly reaches the second cleaning pipeline 132.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows the flow direction of water flow of the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 when cleaning the outer wall of the urine taking module 24, specifically, after the water flow passes through the filtering module 33, the water flow sequentially passes through the pressure stabilizing module 37, the switching valve 38, the first reversing valve 351, the flow meter 39, the pressure releasing module 34, the third reversing valve 353, the second reversing valve 352, and the electrolyzed water module 363, and then reaches the third cleaning pipeline 201.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows that when the pressure relief module 34 is operated, water flow can be discharged into the pressure relief pipeline 341 through the pressure relief module 34, and meanwhile, liquid flowing through the anti-siphon structure in the pressure stabilizing module 37 can also be discharged through the pressure relief pipeline 341.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 shows the water channel connection between the cleaning module 32 and the cleaning pump 361 when the cleaning module 32 is in operation, at this time, the cleaning fluid is communicated with the cleaning pump 361 through the cleaning fluid pipeline 321, the cleaning pump 361 pumps the cleaning fluid to the first reversing valve 351, and then the cleaning pump 361 can reach the pressure release module 34 and then reach the first cleaning pipeline 131, the second cleaning pipeline 132 or the third cleaning pipeline 201.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows the air passage connection when the first air pump 362 is operated, and the first air pump 362 outputs high-pressure air, and the high-pressure air passes through the second reversing valve 352, reaches the electrolyzed water module 363, and then reaches the third cleaning pipeline 201.
Urine test unit 13 communicates with urine taking cavity 242 of urine test unit 20 through urine conveying pipeline 133, urine test unit 13 itself includes urine test module, the vacuum pump, second air pump and urine test ureter way, urine test ureter way one end communicates with urine conveying pipeline 133, the other end communicates with first washing pipeline 131, urine conveying pipeline one end communicates with urine taking cavity 242, the other end communicates with second washing pipeline 132, vacuum pump and urine conveying pipeline intercommunication are used for sucking the urine in urine taking cavity 242 through the negative pressure, the second air pump communicates with urine conveying pipeline in order to carry high-pressure air to urine test ureter way and urine conveying pipeline.
Wherein, urine delivery line 133 is the pipeline of carrying urine to urine examination unit 13 promptly, and urine examination ureter way is the inside pipeline that is used for carrying urine of urine examination unit 13 promptly, and the vacuum pump is used for forming the negative pressure in order to draw urine, and the second air pump is used for drying the inner wall of urine delivery line 133 and urine examination ureter way after wasing the two.
It should be understood that the urine test unit 13 used in this embodiment is an integral part for detecting urine, which is conventional in the prior art, and those skilled in the art can connect the urine test unit 13 with the urine taking cleaning unit 30 and the urine taking unit 20 provided by the present invention based on common knowledge in the art and realize the corresponding functions thereof, which will not be repeated herein.
The man-machine interaction unit 40 may be an interaction device or a mobile intelligent terminal mounted on the urinal body, and in this embodiment, the interaction device mounted on the urinal body is used as the man-machine interaction unit 40, so as to be used for receiving a user instruction and providing a urine test result to a user. Of course, in other embodiments, a mobile intelligent terminal is also possible as the man-machine interaction unit 40, where the intelligent terminal may be connected to the control unit of the urinal in a wireless manner, so as to transmit instructions to the control unit and receive corresponding data. In addition, the man-machine interaction unit 40 may display the status of the device, the urine test guidance, the urine test progress or the feedback of the problem to the user according to the program pre-stored in the control unit.

the fifth step and the sixth step may be performed synchronously, or the sixth step and the seventh step may be performed synchronously.
It should be understood that the control unit may change the cleaning procedure of the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 according to different instructions of a user or different preset programs, for example, it may control the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 to perform cleaning without using cleaning liquid, or may control the urine taking and cleaning unit 30 to deliver the cleaning liquid to each pipeline before performing cleaning. Different cleaning procedures can be designed according to actual needs, and detailed description is omitted again.

1. A urinal with urine test function, comprising:
a urinal body provided with a semi-open urinal; a sewage outlet is arranged at the bottom of the semi-open toilet bucket;
a urine taking unit which is arranged on the urinal body and comprises a urine taking module; the urine taking module is configured to be suitable for extending or retracting relative to the inner wall of the semi-open toilet at a position above the sewage outlet so as to catch urine when the urine taking module extends;
the urine detection unit is arranged on the urinal body and communicated with the urine taking unit so as to extract and detect urine received by the urine taking unit through negative pressure; the front end of the urine taking module is provided with a urine taking cavity communicated with the urine detecting unit; the cavity wall of the urine taking cavity is provided with a liquid inlet communicated with the urine taking cavity at least at the upper end in the vertical direction or at a position close to the upper end of the urine taking cavity;
a urinal cleaning unit installed on the urinal body and used for cleaning the inner wall of the semi-open urinal around the urine taking unit from top to bottom before and after the urine taking unit takes in urine;
a urine taking and cleaning unit which is arranged on the urinal body and is used for cleaning the outer wall of the urine taking unit, a pipeline for conveying urine to the urine detecting unit and a pipeline for conveying urine which is positioned in the urine detecting unit before and after the urine taking unit takes in urine;
the control unit is arranged on the urinal body and is in communication connection with the urine taking unit, the urine detecting unit, the urinal cleaning unit and the urine taking cleaning unit to control the operation of the urinal body; and
and the man-machine interaction unit is in communication connection with the control unit and is used for transmitting control instructions to the control unit and/or receiving and displaying detection results of the urine detection unit from the control unit.

The urinal with urine detection function according to claim 1, wherein the urine taking unit further comprises a mounting module and a driving module; the mounting module is fixedly connected to the urinal body and is in sliding fit with the urine taking module; the driving module is arranged on the installation module and is in communication connection with the control unit so as to drive the urine taking module to extend or retract under the control of the control unit; the cavity wall of the urine taking cavity is provided with a liquid outlet hole communicated with the urine taking cavity at least at the lower end in the vertical direction or near the lower end of the urine taking cavity.
3. A urinal with urine detection function according to claim 2, wherein the urine taking module extends in a direction inclined downwardly with respect to the horizontal direction.

A urinal with urine detection function according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the mounting module is provided with an outer wall cleaning line communicating with the urine taking cleaning unit; the outlet end of the outer wall cleaning pipeline is positioned above the urine taking module, and is at least flush with the position of the liquid inlet hole when the urine taking module is retracted to a limit position relative to the inner wall of the semi-open toilet.

The urinal with urine detection function according to claim 4, wherein the urine collection and washing unit comprises a filter module, a washing module, an electrolyzed water module, a washing pump, a first air pump, a first washing pipeline, a second washing pipeline and a third washing pipeline;
the filtering module is used for accessing the inlet water and filtering the inlet water;
one end of the first cleaning pipeline and one end of the second cleaning pipeline are communicated with the filtering module, and the other end of the first cleaning pipeline and the other end of the second cleaning pipeline are communicated with the urine detection unit and are respectively used for cleaning a pipeline for conveying urine in the urine detection unit and a pipeline for conveying urine to the urine detection unit;
one end of the third cleaning pipeline is communicated with the filtering module through the electrolyzed water module, and the other end of the third cleaning pipeline is communicated with the outer wall cleaning pipeline so as to be used for cleaning the outer wall of the urine taking module;
the water electrolysis module is used for receiving the water inlet input by the filtering module and electrolyzing the water inlet to generate electrolyzed water with sterilizing effect;
the cleaning module stores cleaning liquid and is communicated with the first cleaning pipeline, the second cleaning pipeline and the third cleaning pipeline through the cleaning pump so as to convey the cleaning liquid to the first cleaning pipeline, the second cleaning pipeline and the third cleaning pipeline;
the first air pump is communicated with the third cleaning pipeline through the electrolyzed water module and is used for inputting high-pressure air into the third cleaning pipeline.

The urinal with urine detection function according to claim 5, wherein the urine taking and cleaning unit further comprises a pressure stabilizing module, a pressure releasing module and a pressure releasing pipeline; one end of the pressure stabilizing module is communicated with the filtering module, and the other end of the pressure stabilizing module is communicated with the pressure releasing module and is used for stabilizing the water pressure of water flow input by the filtering module; the pressure relief module is communicated with the first cleaning pipeline, the second cleaning pipeline and the pressure relief pipeline, and is communicated with the third cleaning pipeline through the electrolyzed water module, and the pressure relief module is configured to be suitable for opening the communication between the pressure stabilizing module and the pressure relief pipeline when the water pressure input by the pressure stabilizing module exceeds a preset threshold value.
