The arrangement of the liquid outlet pipe 214 is beneficial to the arrangement of the unsealing assembly 23 on one hand, and ensures the sealing performance of the liquid outlet 213 when the distribution box 21 is separated from the pumping unit 3; on the other hand, when the liquid suction pipe 32 stretches into the liquid storage cavity 211 to suck liquid, the sealing between the liquid suction pipe 32 and the distribution box 21 can be better realized, and washing auxiliary liquid is prevented from leaking from the liquid suction port 3211 in the process of matching the distribution box 21 with the pumping unit 3 for sucking liquid.
In this embodiment, the unsealing assembly 23 includes a unsealing member 232 and a first elastic restoring member 231, the unsealing member 232 is disposed at the liquid outlet 213, the first elastic restoring member 231 is disposed along the length direction of the liquid outlet 214, one end of the first elastic restoring member 231 is connected with one end of the unsealing member 232 far away from the pumping unit 3, and the other end of the first elastic restoring member 231 is fixedly connected with the dispensing box 21. When the dispensing cartridge 21 is separated from the pumping unit 3, the unsealing member 232 is inserted into the liquid outlet pipe 214 and closes the liquid outlet 213; when the dispensing cartridge 21 is matched with the pumping unit 3, the tail end of the liquid suction pipe 32 is abutted against one end of the unsealing piece 232 far away from the first elastic reset piece 231, and the unsealing piece 232 is pushed to move towards the inside of the liquid storage cavity 211, so that the unsealing piece 232 is slid out of the liquid outlet pipe 214, the liquid suction pipe 32 is inserted into the liquid outlet pipe 214 and extends into the liquid storage cavity 211 to suck liquid, and when the liquid suction pipe 32 is abutted against the unsealing piece 232, the first elastic reset piece 231 is compressed; when the pumping unit 3 is disengaged from the dispensing cartridge 21, the unsealing member 232 is pushed into the liquid outlet tube 214 by the elastic force of the first elastic restoring member 231, sealing the liquid outlet tube 214. The structure of the unsealing component 23 is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the structure of the automatic throwing device is further simplified, and the cost of the automatic throwing device is reduced.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the tangential plane of the lowest part of the cavity of the drain pipe 214 is located below the cavity bottom of the liquid storage cavity 211, so that the drain pipe 214 can be sufficiently communicated with the cavity bottom of the liquid storage cavity 211, and the wash aid in the liquid storage cavity 211 can flow into the pumping unit 3 through the liquid outlet 213 even if a small amount of wash aid exists in the liquid storage cavity 211.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 211 is provided with a concave conducting groove 215, the groove wall of the conducting groove 215 is of an arc structure matched with the inner wall of the liquid outlet pipe 214, and the groove wall of the conducting groove 215 and the inner wall of the liquid outlet pipe 214 are located on the same cylindrical surface. The provision of the through-channel 215 enables, on the one hand, a better communication between the outlet pipe 214 and the reservoir 211 and, on the other hand, a reduced sliding obstruction of the unsealing element 232, providing a guide for the movement of the unsealing element 232.
Further, in the present embodiment, one end of the first elastic restoring member 231 is connected to the unsealing member 232, and the other end is connected to a side wall of the conducting groove 215 away from the liquid outlet 213, which is beneficial to simplifying the internal structure of the dispensing box 21. In other embodiments, the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 211 may also be provided with a pillar or block structure for connecting the first elastic restoring member 231 to connect the first elastic restoring member 231 to the dispensing box 21.
In the present embodiment, the opener 232 preferably includes a sealing portion 2321 and a guiding portion 2322 disposed along the axial direction of the liquid outlet tube 214, and the guiding portion 2322 is connected to an end of the sealing portion 2321 facing the pumping unit 3. And further, the sealing portion 2321 has a cylindrical structure, and an outer diameter thereof is equal to an inner diameter of the liquid outlet pipe 214, so as to realize sealing connection between the sealing portion 2321 and the liquid outlet pipe 214. An annular third sealing groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the sealing portion 2321, and a third sealing member 235 is arranged in the third sealing groove and is used for being in sliding sealing connection with the inner wall of the liquid outlet pipe 214.
The guide portion 2322 is of a truncated cone-shaped structure, and a large end of the guide portion 2322 is connected with the sealing portion 2321, and an outer diameter of the guide portion 2322 gradually decreases along a direction away from the sealing portion 2321. The setting of guide 2322 can reduce the sliding resistance between unsealing piece 232 and drain pipe 214 on the basis of guaranteeing sealed connection of unsealing piece 232 and drain pipe 214, and can provide the direction for unsealing piece 232 entering drain pipe 214. In other embodiments, the unsealing member 232 may include only the sealing portion 2321. In other embodiments, the sealing portion 2321 may be other than a cylindrical structure, and/or the guiding portion 2322 may be other than a truncated cone structure, so long as a sliding seal between the sealing portion 2321 and the inner wall of the liquid outlet tube 214 is achieved, and/or the cross-sectional area of the guiding portion 2322 is made smaller than the cavity cross-sectional area of the liquid outlet tube 214.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the movement reliability of the opener 232, it is preferable that the end of the sealing portion 2321 remote from the guiding portion 2322 is connected with the guiding lever 233. The cavity of the liquid storage cavity 211 is provided with a guide post 234, the guide post 234 is arranged along the axial direction of the liquid outlet pipe 214, the guide post 234 is provided with a guide hole with an opening facing the unsealing piece 232, and one end of the guide rod 233, which is not connected with the sealing part 2321, extends into the guide hole and is in sliding connection with the hole wall of the guide hole. Further, an end of the guiding post 234 away from the unsealing member 232 is connected to a groove wall of one end of the conducting groove 215, and the guiding post 234 is disposed inside the first elastic restoring member 231.
In order to prevent the unsealing member 232 from sliding out of the dispensing box 21 under the restoring force of the first elastic restoring member 231, so that the wash aid flows out, in this embodiment, preferably, an end of the unsealing member 232 remote from the pumping unit 3 is provided with an L-shaped hook 2323 protruding in an axial direction, a vertical edge of the L-shape is connected perpendicularly to an end surface of the sealing portion 2321, a lateral edge of the L-shape extends in a direction remote from the axial direction of the liquid outlet pipe 214, and an outer surface of the sealing portion 2321 is protruded. By arranging the clamping hooks 2323, when the unsealing piece 232 moves in the direction towards the pumping unit 3 under the action of the restoring force of the first elastic restoring piece 231, the clamping hooks 2323 are abutted with the side wall where the liquid outlet 213 is located, so that further outward movement of the unsealing piece 232 is limited, and when the distribution box 21 is separated from the pumping unit, the unsealing piece 232 is located inside the liquid outlet pipe 214 and seals the liquid outlet pipe 214.
Preferably, the opener 232 is provided with a plurality of hooks 2323, and the plurality of hooks 2323 are disposed on the upper half of the opener 232 to improve the fastening connection stability of the hooks 2323. In this embodiment, two hooks 2323 are symmetrically disposed, and in other embodiments, the number of hooks 2323 may be three or more.
In this embodiment, further, a clamping boss 216 may be protruding inward on the inner side of the sidewall where the liquid outlet 213 is located, for matching and clamping with the hook 2323. The shape and position of the clamping boss 216 are preferably in a semicircular structure consistent with those of the liquid outlet pipe 214, so that the processing of the distribution box 21 is simplified, and the structural strength of the distribution box 21 at the liquid outlet 213 can be improved.
Further, in order to reduce the residual of the wash aid in the reservoir 211, the wash aid can more smoothly flow from the reservoir 211 into the pumping unit 3, and in this embodiment, the bottom of the reservoir 211 is lowered in a direction toward the pumping unit 3, so that the wash aid at an end of the reservoir 211 away from the pumping unit 3 can more smoothly flow into the liquid outlet 213. The descending mode of the cavity bottom height can be stepped descending, and even if the cavity bottom is arranged into a plurality of step structures, the cavity bottom can also be continuously inclined descending, namely, the cavity bottom is arranged into an inclined surface structure.
In this embodiment, the end of the pipette 32 is closed, the pipette 32 includes a pipette portion 321 at the end, the outer diameter of the pipette portion 321 is equal to the inner diameter of the liquid outlet tube 214, and a pipette hole communicating with the cavity of the pipette 32 is formed in the pipette portion 321. When the pumping unit 3 and the dispensing cartridge 21 are assembled in place, the tip of the pipette 32 pushes the unsealing member 232, so that the unsealing member 232 slides along the inner wall of the liquid outlet pipe 214 and the bottom of the conducting groove 215 until the unsealing member 232 is completely moved out of the liquid outlet pipe 214, so that the pipette 32 extends into the liquid storage cavity 211, and liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 enters the cavity of the pipette 32 through the liquid suction hole.
In order to prevent leakage of wash aid when the pumping unit 3 is assembled with the dispensing cartridge 21, the liquid suction portion 321 is provided with a first sealing groove at a side of the liquid suction port 3211 away from the opener 232, and a first sealing member 322 for realizing sealing connection between the liquid suction portion 321 and the liquid outlet pipe 214 is provided in the first sealing groove. And when the dispensing cartridge 21 is assembled with the pumping unit 3 in place, the portion of the liquid suction portion 321 provided with the liquid suction port 3211 extends into the liquid storage chamber 211, and the portion of the liquid suction portion 321 provided with the first sealing member 322 is located in the liquid outlet pipe 214 and is in sealing connection with the liquid outlet pipe 214, so that the wash aid in the liquid storage chamber 211 can only enter the liquid suction pipe 32 through the liquid suction port 3211.
Further, in order to prevent the wash aid in the pumping unit 3 from leaking out through the liquid suction port 3211 when the dispensing cartridge 21 is separated from the pumping unit 3, the outside of the liquid suction pipe 32 is sleeved with the connection sleeve 33, the connection sleeve 33 includes a first connection part 331 and a second connection part 332 disposed along an axial direction thereof, and the first connection part 331 is connected to an end of the second connection part 332 remote from the dispensing cartridge 21. The inner diameter of the first connection portion 331 is equal to the outer diameter of the liquid suction portion 321 so that the first connection portion 331 can be slidably and hermetically connected to the outer wall of the liquid suction tube 32. The liquid suction portion 321 has a second seal groove formed in a side of the liquid suction port 3211 facing the opener 232, and a second seal 323 is provided in the second seal groove. When the pumping unit 3 is separated from the dispensing cassette 21, the first connection part 331 is sleeved outside the liquid suction part 321, and the space between the first connection part 331 and the sealing part 2321 is sealed by the first sealing member 322 and the second sealing member 323, so that the wash aid in the pipette 32 cannot flow out of the pumping unit 3 through the liquid suction port 3211.
The inner diameter of the second connecting portion 332 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the liquid outlet pipe 214, so that an annular limiting step is formed between the first connecting portion 331 and the second connecting portion 332. And a second elastic restoring member 34 is connected to the connecting sleeve 33, one end of the second elastic restoring member 34 is connected to the connecting sleeve 33, and the other end is connected to the housing 31 of the pumping unit 3.
When the distribution box 21 is assembled with the pumping unit 3, the end surface of the liquid suction pipe 32 is abutted on the limiting step, and the movement of the connecting sleeve 33 relative to the liquid outlet pipe 214 is limited; simultaneously, under the external force, the liquid suction pipe 32 moves along the inside of the liquid suction pipe 32, so that the liquid suction pipe 32 and the connecting sleeve 33 slide relatively, the liquid suction part 321 is separated from the connecting sleeve 33 and enters the liquid outlet pipe 214, and the second elastic reset piece 34 is compressed. When the pumping unit 3 is separated from the dispensing cassette 21, the connecting sleeve 33 is abutted against the end face of the liquid outlet pipe 214 under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 34, as the liquid outlet pipe 214 is drawn out of the liquid outlet pipe 32, the liquid outlet pipe 32 and the casing 31 of the pumping unit 3 move along the direction away from the connecting sleeve 33, the liquid outlet pipe 32 gradually contacts with the connecting sleeve 33, the second elastic restoring member 34 stretches, the restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 34 is reduced, and when the second elastic restoring member 34 is restored to the original length, the connecting sleeve 33 is separated from the liquid outlet pipe 214 and abutted, and the connecting sleeve 33 is synchronously separated from the liquid outlet pipe 214 from the liquid outlet pipe 32.
In this embodiment, preferably, the inner diameter of the second connecting portion 332 is larger than the outer diameter of the liquid outlet tube 214, so as to reduce the connection force between the second connecting portion 332 and the connecting sleeve 33, so that the connecting sleeve 33 and the liquid outlet tube 214 are only in abutting connection by the force of the second elastic restoring member 34, which is beneficial to restoring between the connecting sleeve 33 and the liquid suction tube 32.
Further, the outer diameter of the portion of the pipette 32 near the housing 31 of the pumping unit 3 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the pipette 321, so as to reduce the contact area between the pipette 32 and the connecting sleeve 33, and avoid the synchronous movement of the connecting sleeve 33 and the pipette 32 in the process of drawing the pipette 32 out of the drain pipe 214 under the driving of the friction force of the pipette 32, thereby causing the leakage of the wash aid.
In this embodiment, the end of the liquid suction portion 321 is chamfered to guide the liquid suction tube 32 into the liquid outlet tube 214.
In this embodiment, the first elastic restoring member 231 and the second elastic restoring member 34 are both springs.
In this embodiment, two liquid storage chambers 211 are provided in the dispensing box 21, i.e. two sets of structures such as the liquid outlet pipe 214, the unsealing component 23, and the liquid suction pipe 32 are correspondingly provided, so as to realize the suction of the washing auxiliary agent in different liquid storage chambers 211 by the pumping unit 3.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view taken along the direction B-B in fig. 5, and as shown in fig. 9, the pumping unit 3 includes a housing 31, a driving unit 35, and a pump column 36, a piston column 37, a piston 38, and the like provided inside the housing 31. Specifically, the housing 31 has a hollow structure having a receiving chamber 3111, the above-mentioned pipette 32 is vertically protruded outwardly from a lower end thereof, the drain pipe 39 is protruded upwardly from an upper end thereof, and the pipette 32 is communicated with the receiving chamber 3111 for sucking the wash aid in the reservoir 211 into the receiving chamber 3111 of the housing 31; the drain 39 is selectively communicated with the accommodating chamber 3111 for effecting the dispensing of the wash aid in the accommodating chamber 3111 into the dispensing box 1.
The housing 31 includes a box-like housing body 311 having an upper end opened, and a cover plate 312 provided at the upper end opening of the housing body 311, the cover plate 312 and the housing body 311 forming a closed cavity structure. The pipette 32 is disposed at the lower end of the housing main body 311, the drain pipe 39 is vertically protruded above the cover plate 312, and the pipette 32 is vertical to the drain pipe 39. The cover plate 312 is preferably connected with the shell main body 311 in a clamping manner, so that the cover plate 312 is convenient to connect with and detach from the shell main body 311. In other embodiments, the cover plate 312 and the housing body 311 may be detachably connected by threads or the like.
In this embodiment, the shell body 311 has a hollow hexahedral structure, and the cover plate 312 has a structure corresponding to the shell body 311, so that the overall structure size of the shell 31 can be reduced, and the setting of the automatic dispensing device is facilitated. The present invention is not limited to the specific external configuration of the housing 31.
The inside hollow pump column 36 that is provided with of shell main part 311, pump column 36 vertical setting, and upper end and shell main part 311 fixed connection, its lower extreme is from holding the chamber bottom of chamber 3111 certain height, makes pump column 36 hang and establishes in holding chamber 3111, and the upper end opening of pump column 36 and the lower extreme opening of pump column 36 all communicate with holding chamber 3111.
A hollow piston column 37 is arranged in the cavity of the pump column 36, the lower end of the piston column 37 is connected with a piston 38, the upper end of the piston column 37 extends into the liquid discharge pipe 39, the outer wall of the piston column 37 is in sliding sealing connection with the inner wall of the liquid discharge pipe 39, and the piston 38 is in sliding sealing connection with the inner wall of the pump column 36. The lower end of the piston cylinder 371 of the piston cylinder 37 is provided with a drain check valve 320 allowing fluid in the pump cylinder 361 to flow into the piston cylinder 371. The lower end of the pump column chamber 361 is provided with a liquid suction check valve 310 that allows fluid within the receiving chamber 3111 to flow from the lower end of the pump column 36 into the pump column chamber 361.
The outer wall of the piston rod 37 is connected with a driving unit 35, and the driving unit 35 can drive the piston rod 37 to reciprocate up and down in the pump rod cavity 361. During the liquid suction process of the pumping unit 3, the driving unit 35 drives the piston column 37 to move upwards along the pump column cavity 361, and the piston column 37 drives the piston 38 to slide relative to the inner wall of the pump column cavity 361, so that the volume of the pump column cavity 361 below the piston 38 is increased, the pressure is reduced, and the wash aid in the accommodating cavity 3111 flows into the pump column cavity 361 from the lower end of the pump column cavity 361 through the liquid suction check valve 310 under the action of pressure difference. During the draining process of the pumping unit 3, the driving unit 35 drives the piston column 37 to move downward in the pump column cavity 361, so that the piston 38 moves downward along the inner wall of the pump column cavity 361, the volume of the pump column cavity 361 below the piston 38 is reduced, and since the liquid suction check valve 310 at the lower end of the pump column cavity 361 does not allow the wash aid to flow back from the liquid suction check valve 310 to the accommodating cavity 3111, the wash aid between the piston 38 and the liquid suction check valve 310 enters the piston column cavity 371 through the liquid discharge check valve 320, and enters the liquid discharge tube 39 through the piston column cavity 371 under the action of pumping pressure to be discharged to the outside, so that the pumping unit 3 pumps the wash aid.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the drain pipe 39 is in sealed communication with the pumping inlet 126 of the dispensing box 1, and a check valve 391 is provided at the drain outlet of the drain pipe 39 to prevent the wash aid flowing out of the pumping unit 3 from flowing back into the drain pipe 39 again, thereby contaminating the wash aid in the pumping unit 3.
To improve the sealing performance between the piston 38 and the inner wall of the pump cylinder 361, a sliding seal 330 is provided between the piston 38 and the inner wall of the pump cylinder 361. In this embodiment, the sliding seal 330 is a Y-shaped seal ring, and two Y-shaped seal rings are arranged side by side along the axis of the piston 38, and the installation directions of the two Y-shaped seal rings are opposite, so as to improve the sealing between the piston 38 and the inner wall of the pump column cavity 361.
In this embodiment, the driving unit 35 is in a motor driving form, and the driving unit 35 is fixed on the outer side of the housing 31, and includes a driving motor, a transmission assembly, and an eccentric output shaft connected to the driving motor through the transmission assembly. The outer wall of the piston column 37 is connected with a connecting plate 340, and the connecting plate 340 is connected with the piston column 37 in a welding or detachable connection mode such as a thread. The connecting plate 340 is provided with a horizontally arranged strip hole 3401, one end of the eccentric output shaft extends into the strip hole 3401, and the shaft diameter of the output shaft is matched with the width of the strip hole 3401, so that the eccentric output shaft can only move along the length direction of the strip hole 3401 relative to the strip hole 3401. When the eccentric output shaft rotates around the circumference under the action of the driving motor, the eccentric output shaft has a motion component in the horizontal direction and a motion component in the vertical direction, the motion component in the horizontal direction of the eccentric output shaft enables the eccentric output shaft to move along the length direction of the strip hole 3401, and the motion component in the vertical direction of the eccentric output shaft enables the eccentric output shaft to drive the connecting plate 340 to synchronously move along the vertical direction, so that the piston column 37 is driven to move along the vertical direction.
In order to improve the accuracy of the movement of the piston rod 37, it is preferable that a vertical guide groove 362 is formed at a position of the pump rod 36 corresponding to the connection plate 340, and the guide groove 362 has an upper end opening. Two sides of the connecting plate 340 extend into the guide groove 362 respectively, and two sides of the connecting plate 340 are abutted with two side groove walls of the guide groove 362 respectively.
In this embodiment, since two liquid storage cavities 211 are provided in the distribution box 21, in order to perform separate liquid suction on each liquid storage cavity 211, two accommodating cavities 3111 are provided in the housing 31 of the pumping unit 3 side by side, each accommodating cavity 3111 is communicated with the corresponding liquid storage cavity 211 through one of the above-mentioned liquid suction pipes 32, and a set of structures such as a pump column 36, a piston column 37, a liquid discharge pipe 39 and the like are provided in each accommodating cavity 3111. In this embodiment, the two piston columns 37 share a set of driving unit 35, the driving unit 35 includes a driving motor, the driving motor is respectively connected with two eccentric output shafts through a sheave transmission assembly, the two eccentric output shafts are respectively connected with the corresponding piston columns 37 through connecting plates 340, and vertical reciprocating motion of different piston columns 37 is realized by controlling forward and reverse rotation of the driving motor. The use of a motor to control the movement of the two piston posts 37 is a conventional technical means in the art, and particularly in the field of automatic delivery of washing machines, the present embodiment will not be described in detail.
In the present embodiment, since the accommodating chamber 3111 communicates with the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 211, the liquid level in the liquid storage chamber 211 can be represented by the liquid level in the accommodating chamber 3111. Specifically, a liquid level detecting device 350 is provided in each accommodating chamber 3111 for detecting a liquid level in the accommodating chamber 3111, thereby obtaining a liquid level in the corresponding liquid storage chamber 211. The arrangement mode can facilitate the detection of the liquid level in the liquid storage cavity 211 and prevent the neglected loading of the liquid level sensor in the liquid storage cavity 211; and by detecting the liquid level in the accommodating chamber 3111, it is possible to better provide control over the operation of the pumping unit 3, avoid the idle operation of the pumping unit 3 occurring in the absence of the wash aid, and ensure the operational reliability of the pumping unit 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the liquid level detecting device 350 is a floating ball type sensor, and the setting of the floating ball type liquid level sensor is a conventional technical means in the art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the pumping unit 3 is preferably configured to pump the wash aid in the dispensing box 21, and since the hollow plunger 37 is disposed in the pumping unit 3, the upper end of the plunger cavity 371 is directly connected to the drain 39, and the lower end is selectively connected to the accommodating cavity 3111, the overall structure of the pumping unit 3 can be simplified, the pressure required for pumping the liquid by the pumping unit 3 can be reduced, and the pumping capacity of the pumping unit 3 for the wash aid can be improved. In other embodiments, any of the structures of the pumping unit 3 of the prior art may be used to pump the wash aid from the reservoir 211.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises the automatic throwing device.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.

the pumping unit (3) is arranged at one end of the distribution box (21), the pumping unit (3) comprises a liquid suction pipe (32) arranged at the bottom of the liquid suction pipe, the liquid suction pipe (32) comprises a liquid suction part (321) positioned at the tail end, the tail end of the liquid suction part (321) is closed, and a liquid suction port (3211) communicated with a cavity of the liquid suction pipe (32) is formed in the side wall of the liquid suction part (321);
The unsealing assembly (23), the unsealing assembly (23) comprises an unsealing piece (232) and a first elastic reset piece (231), and the unsealing piece (232) can be inserted into the liquid outlet pipe (214) and is connected with the liquid outlet pipe (214) in a sealing mode; one end of a first elastic reset piece (231) is connected with one end of the unsealing piece (232) far away from the pumping unit (3), and the other end of the first elastic reset piece (231) is connected with the distribution box (21);

and one end of the guide rod (233) is connected with the unsealing piece (232), the other end of the guide rod is inserted into the guide hole, and the guide rod (233) is in sliding connection with the hole wall of the guide hole.
