As shown in fig. 7 to 12, the circulation tube fixing bracket 14 and the inner wall surface of the casing enclose an accommodating space, and the first connecting structure is a limiting hole 141 communicated with the accommodating space; the circulating pipe clamp 15 comprises an encircling structure 151, the encircling structure 151 is provided with an encircling space 1511, the circulating pipe clamp 15 encircles the outer peripheral side of the circulating pipe 13 through the encircling space 1511, the second connecting structure is a limiting hook 152 arranged at the end part of the encircling structure 151, and the limiting hook 152 extends along the axial direction of the encircling structure 151; the limit hook 152 extends into the limit hole 141 and moves downward by a predetermined distance, so that the limit hook 152 abuts against the inner wall surface of the circulation tube fixing frame 14 located below the limit hole 141. Thus, the fixing reliability of the circulation pipe 13 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, the outer peripheral side of the circulation pipe 13 has two spacing convex rings 131 arranged at intervals, a spacing space is formed between the two spacing convex rings 131, and the circulation pipe clamp 15 is surrounded in the spacing space of the circulation pipe 13 through a surrounding space 1511.
As shown in fig. 4, the circulation pipe assembly 10 further includes a drain connector 16, the drain connector 16 has an outer cylinder interface 161, the outer cylinder interface 161 is communicated with the outer cylinder of the washing device, the outer cylinder is communicated with the washing chamber 1, the drain connector 16 has three water outlet interfaces 162, and the three water outlet interfaces 162 are respectively communicated with the circulation pump 11, the drain pump and the liquid level sensor 30; wherein the circulation pump 11 is in communication with the circulation pipe 13, the drain pump is in communication with the drain line, and the level sensor 30 is for detecting the liquid level in the washing chamber 1.
As shown in fig. 13, the washing control method of the washing apparatus is realized by using the washing apparatus described above and below, and includes: acquiring a washing instruction, and entering a washing program, wherein the washing program comprises the following steps: starting a water inlet assembly; the liquid level sensor 30 detects a first water level delta 1i in a washing cavity 1 of the washing device, when the first water level delta 1i is greater than or equal to a first preset water level delta 1s, a water inlet component is closed, clothes in the washing cavity 1 are washed, a circulating pump 11 of a circulating spraying system is controlled to be started, so that washing water in the washing cavity 1 is sprayed to the clothes in the washing cavity 1 in a circulating mode, and the liquid level sensor 30 is controlled to detect a second water level delta 2i in the washing cavity 1; when the second water level delta 2i is less than or equal to a second preset water level delta 2s, controlling the water inlet assembly to be opened again so as to circulate the steps; and when the washing time t1i is greater than or equal to the preset washing time t1s, controlling the circulating pump 11 to be closed, and stopping circulating spraying.
It should be noted that, in the above washing control method, the first preset water level δ 1s and the second preset water level δ 2s are determined according to the capacity of the outer tub of the washing device, and the first preset water level δ 1s and the second preset water level δ 2s satisfy: delta 2s is less than delta 1s, and specifically, the first preset water level delta 1s meets the following conditions: the second preset water level delta 2s meets the following conditions that delta 1s is more than or equal to 4250 and less than or equal to 4270: 3920 is less than or equal to delta 2s is less than or equal to 3950.
As shown in fig. 14, the rinsing control method of the washing apparatus using the above and following washing apparatuses includes: acquiring a rinsing instruction and entering a rinsing program, wherein the rinsing program comprises the following steps: starting a drainage assembly; the liquid level sensor 30 detects a third water level delta 3i in the washing cavity 1 of the washing device, when the third water level delta 3i is less than or equal to a third preset water level delta 3s, the drainage component is closed, the water inlet component is controlled to be opened, so that an external water source is introduced into the washing cavity 1, the clothes in the washing cavity 1 are rinsed, and the liquid level sensor 30 is controlled to detect a fourth water level delta 4i in the washing cavity 1; when the fourth water level δ 4i is greater than or equal to the fourth preset water level δ 4s, the water inlet assembly is closed, and the circulating pump 11 of the circulating spraying system is controlled to be opened, so that the washing water in the washing cavity 1 is sprayed onto the clothes in the washing cavity 1 in a circulating manner, and the liquid level sensor 30 is controlled to detect the fifth water level δ 5i in the washing cavity 1 in the circulating spraying process of the clothes in the washing cavity 1; when the fifth water level delta 5i is less than or equal to a fifth preset water level delta 5s, controlling the water inlet assembly to be started again, and circulating the steps after the water inlet assembly is started; when the rinsing time period t2i is equal to or longer than the preset rinsing time period t2s, the circulation pump 11 is turned off.
It should be noted that, in the above rinsing control method, the third preset water level δ 3s, the first preset water level δ 1s and the second preset water level δ 2s are still determined according to the capacity of the outer tub of the washing apparatus, and the third preset water level δ 3s, the first preset water level δ 1s and the second preset water level δ 2s satisfy: delta 3s is more than delta 2s and less than delta 1s, and specifically, the third preset water level delta 3s meets the following conditions: 3630 is not less than delta 3s is not more than 3645; the fourth preset water level δ 4s in the above rinsing control method is determined according to whether the circulation pump is operated, and the fourth preset water level δ 4s satisfies: 4000 < delta > 4s < 4100; the fifth preset water level δ 5s in the above-described rinsing control method is equal to the second preset water level δ 2s in the above-described washing control method, that is, 3920 ≦ δ 2s = δ 5s ≦ 3950.
Optionally, the water inlet assembly 18 comprises a water inlet valve and one or more water inlet pipes, wherein one water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet 121 of the water inlet joint 12; one or more water inlet pipes can be connected with a water inlet box of the washing device, the water inlet box is communicated with the outer barrel, the water inlet box and the circulating spraying system are not affected with each other, and water can be independently fed.
Alternatively, the level sensor 30 detects the water level inside the washing chamber 1 and feeds it back to the control system.
Alternatively, the opening side of the circulation duct fixing frame 14 faces the inner wall surface of the casing of the washing apparatus.
Alternatively, the circulation pipe fixing frame 14 is fixed to the casing of the washing apparatus by welding or the like;
as shown in fig. 10, the circulation pipe clamp is L-shaped.
As shown in FIG. 12, the circulation tube fixing frame 14 is C-shaped.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water inlet connector 12 has two water inlets 121 and two water outlets 122, the two water inlets 121 are respectively communicated with the circulating pipe 13 and the water inlet assembly 18, and the water outlets 122 are communicated with the shower head 20 through the shower pipeline 17.
Optionally, a backflow prevention structure is disposed in the water inlet 121 of the water inlet connector 12 communicated with the water inlet assembly 18, and functions to prevent the water in the circulation pipe 13 from entering the water inlet pipe of the water inlet assembly 18.
Optionally, the shower head 20 is disposed at a position right in the middle of the top of the dock seal of the washing apparatus.
Optionally, the shower head 20 is disposed at one side of the top of the dock seal of the washing apparatus so as to be offset from the top of the dock seal.
Optionally, the height of the hole section of the position-limiting hole 141 is greater than the height of the cross section of the position-limiting hook 152.
Optionally, there are a plurality of shower heads 20, a plurality of water outlets 122, and the plurality of water outlets 122 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of shower heads 20.

Claims (12)

1. A circulating spray system, comprising:
a circulating pipe assembly (10), wherein one end of the circulating pipe assembly (10) is communicated with a washing cavity (1) of the washing device;
the spray header (20), the spray header (20) is connected to the other end of the circulating pipe assembly (10), the circulating pipe assembly (10) is provided with a circulating pump (11), and the circulating pump (11) is used for circularly spraying the washing water in the washing cavity (1) into the washing cavity (1) through the circulating pipe assembly (10) and the spray header (20);
wherein, the number of the spray heads (20) is one or more, when the number of the spray heads (20) is multiple, at least one spray head (20) in the plurality of spray heads (20) is provided with a fan blade (21), and the fan blade (21) is rotatably arranged at the outlet end of the spray head (20);
the spray header (20) is provided with a head part (22) and a neck part (23), the neck part (23) is communicated with the head part (22) and is provided with an overflowing cavity (100), the overflowing area of the overflowing cavity (100) of the neck part (23) is smaller than that of the overflowing cavity (100) of the head part (22), and the fan blade (21) is arranged in the overflowing cavity (100) of the head part (22);
the outlet end of the head part (22) is provided with a spray opening (221) communicated with the overflowing cavity (100), the fan blade (21) faces the spray opening (221), and the axial direction of the fan blade (21) is perpendicular to the plane of the spray opening (221);
the showerhead (20) further comprises:
mounting panel (24), mounting panel (24) set up in overflowing chamber (100) of head (22), just mounting panel (24) are along keeping away from the direction of neck (23) extends the setting, mounting panel (24) are kept away from the one end of neck (23) with the chamber wall face of overflowing chamber (100) of head (22) has the distance to set up, flabellum (21) rotationally set up on mounting panel (24).
2. The circulating spray system according to claim 1, wherein the outlet end of the head (22) has a spray opening (221) communicating with the flow-through chamber (100), the spray opening (221) being one, the spray opening (221) providing the outlet end of the head (22) with an open configuration.
3. The circulating spray system of claim 2, wherein the diameter of said spray opening (221) is larger than the diameter of said fan blade (21).

The circulating spray system of claim 1, characterized in that the axial direction of the fan blade (21) is perpendicular to the extension direction of the flow-through cavity (100) of the neck (23), and the fan blade (21) is positioned in the extension direction of the flow-through cavity (100) of the neck (23).

The circulating spray system of claim 1, wherein said spray header (20) has a spray face disposed at an outlet end of said spray header (20), said spray face being provided with a plurality of spaced spray openings (221), each of said spray openings (221) being in the form of a strip and being arranged in sequence in a horizontal direction.
6. A circulating spray system according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the circulating pipe assembly (10) comprises:
the water inlet joint (12), the water inlet joint (12) is a multi-way structure;
one end of the circulating pipe (13) is communicated with the washing cavity (1), the other end of the circulating pipe (13) is communicated with one connecting port of the water inlet joint (12), and the spray header (20) is communicated with the other connecting port of the water inlet joint (12);
the position of the circulating pipe (13) communicated with the washing cavity (1) is located below the washing cavity (1), the position of the circulating pipe (13) communicated with the water inlet joint (12) is located above the washing cavity (1), and the circulating pipe (13) extends upwards from the bottom along the outer side of the washing cavity (1).
7. The circulating spray system of claim 6 wherein the circulating tube assembly (10) further comprises:
the circulating pipe fixing frame (14), the circulating pipe fixing frame (14) is connected with the shell of the washing device, and the circulating pipe fixing frame (14) is provided with a first connecting structure;
the circulating pipe clamp (15) is sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the circulating pipe (13), and the circulating pipe clamp (15) is provided with a second connecting structure matched with the first connecting structure.
8. The circulating spray system of claim 7,
the circulating pipe fixing frame (14) and the inner wall surface of the shell enclose an accommodating space, and the first connecting structure is a limiting hole (141) communicated with the accommodating space;
the circulating pipe clamp (15) comprises an encircling structure (151), the encircling structure (151) is provided with an encircling space (1511), the circulating pipe clamp (15) encircles the outer peripheral side of the circulating pipe (13) through the encircling space (1511), the second connecting structure is a limiting hook head (152) arranged at the end part of the encircling structure (151), and the limiting hook head (152) extends along the axial direction of the encircling structure (151);
the limiting hook head (152) extends into the limiting hole (141) and moves downwards for a preset distance, so that the limiting hook head (152) is abutted against the inner wall surface of the circulating pipe fixing frame (14) located below the limiting hole (141).
9. The circulating spray system of claim 6, wherein the circulating pipe assembly (10) further comprises:
a drain joint (16), the drain joint (16) having an outer cylinder interface (161), the outer cylinder interface (161) communicating with an outer cylinder of the washing device, the outer cylinder communicating with the washing chamber (1), the drain joint (16) having three water outlet interfaces (162), the three water outlet interfaces (162) communicating with the circulation pump (11), a drain pump and a liquid level sensor (30), respectively;
wherein the circulation pump (11) is in communication with the circulation pipe (13), the drain pump is in communication with a drain line, and the level sensor (30) is adapted to detect the level of liquid inside the washing chamber (1).
10. A washing installation comprising a circulating spray system, characterized in that the circulating spray system is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A washing control method of a washing apparatus, which is implemented by using the washing apparatus according to claim 10, the washing control method comprising: acquiring a washing instruction, and entering a washing program, wherein the washing program comprises the following steps:
starting a water inlet assembly;
the method comprises the following steps that a liquid level sensor (30) detects a first water level delta 1i in a washing cavity (1) of a washing device, when the first water level delta 1i is larger than or equal to a first preset water level delta 1s, a water inlet assembly is closed, clothes in the washing cavity (1) are washed, a circulating pump (11) of a circulating spraying system is controlled to be opened, so that washing water in the washing cavity (1) is sprayed to the clothes in the washing cavity (1) in a circulating mode, and the liquid level sensor (30) is controlled to detect a second water level delta 2i in the washing cavity (1);
when the second water level delta 2i is less than or equal to a second preset water level delta 2s, controlling the water inlet assembly to be started again;
and when the washing time t1i is more than or equal to the preset washing time t1s, controlling the circulating pump (11) to be closed, and stopping circulating spraying.
12. A rinse control method of a washing apparatus, using the washing apparatus of claim 10, the rinse control method of the washing apparatus comprising: acquiring a rinsing instruction and entering a rinsing program, wherein the rinsing program comprises the following steps:
opening a drainage assembly;
controlling a liquid level sensor (30) to detect a third water level delta 3i in a washing cavity (1) of the washing device, when the third water level delta 3i is less than or equal to a third preset water level delta 3s, closing a drainage component, and controlling a water inlet component to be opened so as to introduce an external water source into the washing cavity (1) to rinse clothes in the washing cavity (1), and controlling the liquid level sensor (30) to detect a fourth water level delta 4i in the washing cavity (1);
when the fourth water level delta 4i is greater than or equal to a fourth preset water level delta 4s, the water inlet assembly is closed, and a circulating pump (11) of the circulating spraying system is controlled to be opened, so that the washing water in the washing cavity (1) is sprayed onto the clothes in the washing cavity (1) in a circulating manner, and the liquid level sensor (30) is controlled to detect a fifth water level delta 5i in the washing cavity (1) in the circulating spraying process of the clothes in the washing cavity (1);
when the fifth water level delta 5i is less than or equal to a fifth preset water level delta 5s, the water inlet assembly is started again;
and when the rinsing time period t2i is greater than or equal to the preset rinsing time period t2s, closing the circulating pump (11).
