Abstract
The invention provides an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, relates to the technical field of antioxidant non-woven fabrics, and solves the problems of high preparation cost and high possibility of corrosion in the prior art, wherein the antioxidant non-woven fabric is composed of antioxidant fibers, each antioxidant fiber comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, and the mass numerical value ratio of the inner layer to the outer layer is 1: 2-3; the inner layer is made of polyester fibers, and the outer layer is made of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 90-97% of polyester fiber, 0.3-3% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.2-1% of preservative, 1-3% of dispersant, 1-2% of antioxidant and 0.5-1% of coupling agent, and further comprises the following specific steps: s1, putting a proper amount of polyester fiber raw materials into the reaction tank for soaking. The invention can effectively reduce the preparation cost and enables the oxidation-resistant non-woven fabric to have the effect of corrosion resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antioxidant non-woven fabrics, and particularly relates to an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The non-woven fabric is a fabric formed without spinning woven fabric, and is formed by only forming a fiber web structure by directionally or randomly arranging textile short fibers or filaments and then reinforcing the fiber web structure by adopting methods such as mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods, wherein the oxidation-resistant non-woven fabric is commonly used in daily life, and more methods exist for preparing the oxidation-resistant non-woven fabric.
Based on the above, the present inventors found that the following problems exist: in the existing preparation method, more chemical agents are added to achieve the anti-oxidation function, and the price of part of novel chemical agents is expensive, so that the preparation cost of the anti-oxidation non-woven fabric is increased, and the large-scale batch use is not facilitated; in addition, in the existing preparation method, the corrosion protection of the non-woven fabric is lacked, and the service cycle of the non-woven fabric is shortened.
Therefore, in view of the above, research and improvement are made for the existing structure and defects, and a preparation method of an antioxidant non-woven fabric is provided, so as to achieve the purpose of higher practical value.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problems of high preparation cost and high possibility of corrosion in the prior art.

s2, weighing polyester fiber and hydroxyethyl cellulose in specified proportion by weight, putting the polyester fiber and the hydroxyethyl cellulose into a reaction tank for mixing and stirring, controlling the temperature of the reaction tank to be 100-120 ℃, weighing a preservative, a dispersing agent and a coupling agent in specified proportion by weight after 30-45 min, putting the preservative, the dispersing agent and the coupling agent into the reaction tank for standing and precipitation reaction, controlling the temperature of a solution in the reaction tank to be 150-170 ℃, starting a booster pump, increasing the pressure in the reaction tank, weighing an antioxidant in specified proportion by weight after the standing and precipitation reaction, putting the antioxidant in the reaction tank, and reacting the antioxidant at high temperature and high pressure to obtain an antioxidant fiber water quality solution;
s3, filtering and precipitating the antioxidant fiber water solution, obtaining an antioxidant fiber flocculent raw material, carrying out air drying and loosening processing, and then sending the antioxidant fiber flocculent raw material into a composite spinning machine for processing, wherein the antioxidant fiber is obtained through bundling, stretching, heat setting, curling and cutting processing of the composite spinning machine, and the antioxidant non-woven fabric is prepared through alternate pressing of a hot roller and a cold roller.

Further, the temperature of the hot rolling roll is 150-170 ℃, the temperature of the cold rolling roll is 125-140 ℃, the roll speed of the hot rolling roll and the cold rolling roll is 3-10 m/min, and the hot rolling pressure is 10-25 MPa.

The invention relates to an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antioxidant non-woven fabric is prepared from the following materials: 94% of polyester fiber, 2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1% of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 1% of vinyl distearamide, 1.4% of tea polyphenol and 0.6% of chromium complex coupling agent.
Wherein, the antioxidant and the dispersant are both powdery particles, and the particle size of the particles is fine powder.
Wherein the antioxidant is any one or combination of tea polyphenol, butyl hydroxy anisol and dibutyl hydroxy toluene.
Wherein the preservative adopts a solution reagent, and the solution reagent is any one of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium diacetate, potassium sorbate and dehydroacetic acid.
Wherein the coupling agent is any one of a chromium complex coupling agent, a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent and a zirconium coupling agent, and the concentration of the coupling agent is 15-24 mol/L.

Example 4
The invention relates to an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antioxidant non-woven fabric is prepared from the following materials: 93% of polyester fiber, 2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1% of dehydroacetic acid, 2001.2% of polyethylene glycol, 2% of butyl hydroxy anisole and 0.8% of zirconium coupling agent.

Example 5
The invention relates to an antioxidant non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antioxidant non-woven fabric is prepared from the following materials: 92% of polyester fiber, 1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1% of potassium sorbate, 3% of stearic acid monoglyceride, 2% of dibutyl hydroxy toluene and 1% of silane coupling agent.
Others are as in example 1.
Experiments of embodiments 1-5 prove that the required antioxidant non-woven fabric can be prepared by using the antioxidant non-woven fabric and the preparation method thereof, and the problems of high preparation cost and high possibility of corrosion in the prior art are solved.
The specific preparation method and the function of the antioxidant non-woven fabric are as follows:
when the preparation method of the antioxidant non-woven fabric is used, firstly, a proper amount of polyester fiber raw materials are put into a reaction tank for soaking; step two, weighing polyester fiber and hydroxyethyl cellulose in specified proportion by weight, putting the polyester fiber and the hydroxyethyl cellulose into a reaction tank for mixing and stirring, controlling the temperature of the reaction tank to be 100-120 ℃, weighing a preservative, a dispersing agent and a coupling agent in specified proportion by weight after 30-45 min, putting the preservative, the dispersing agent and the coupling agent into the reaction tank for standing and precipitation reaction, controlling the temperature of a solution in the reaction tank to be 150-170 ℃, starting a booster pump, improving the pressure in the reaction tank, weighing an antioxidant in specified proportion by weight after the standing and precipitation reaction, putting the antioxidant in the reaction tank, and reacting the antioxidant at high temperature and high pressure to obtain an antioxidant fiber water quality solution; and step three, filtering and precipitating the antioxidant fiber water solution, obtaining an antioxidant fiber flocculent raw material, carrying out air drying and loosening processing, and then sending the antioxidant fiber flocculent raw material into a composite spinning machine for processing, wherein the antioxidant fiber is obtained through bundling, stretching, heat setting, curling and cutting processing of the composite spinning machine, and the antioxidant non-woven fabric is prepared through alternate pressing of a hot roller and a cold roller.
