Example 1:
a supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device comprises a liquid containing bottom shell 2, a liquid containing top shell 3, a main nozzle 4 and a plurality of secondary nozzles 5, wherein the periphery of the liquid containing bottom shell 2 is connected with the periphery of the liquid containing top shell 3 through a side wall shell 1, the liquid containing bottom shell 2, the side wall shell 1 and the liquid containing top shell 3 enclose a liquid containing inner cavity 11, a main liquid port 31 and a plurality of secondary liquid ports 32 are formed in the middle of the liquid containing top shell 3, the main liquid ports 31 correspond to the main nozzles 4 one by one, and the secondary liquid ports 32 correspond to the secondary nozzles 5 one by one; the main nozzle 4 comprises a main nozzle 41 and a main floating sheet 42, the bottom end of the main nozzle 41 is communicated with the liquid containing inner cavity 11 through a main liquid port 31, the top end of the main nozzle 41 extends upwards, a main floating sheet 42 floats at a position close to the top end in the main nozzle 41, the area of the main floating sheet 42 is smaller than that of the cross section of the main nozzle 41, an arc-shaped main slit 43 is formed between the main floating sheet 42 and the inner wall of the main nozzle 41, and the bottom of the main floating sheet 42 is connected with the inner wall of the main nozzle 41 through at least two main supporting wires 421; the secondary spray head 5 comprises a secondary spray cylinder 51 and a secondary floating sheet 52, the bottom end of the secondary spray cylinder 51 is communicated with the liquid containing cavity 11 through a secondary liquid port 32, the top end of the secondary spray cylinder 51 extends upwards, the part, close to the top end, in the secondary spray cylinder 51 floats the secondary floating sheet 52, the area of the secondary floating sheet 52 is smaller than the area of the cross section of the secondary spray cylinder 51, an arc-shaped secondary slit 53 is formed between the secondary floating sheet 52 and the inner wall of the secondary spray cylinder 51, and the bottom of the secondary floating sheet 52 is connected with the inner wall of the secondary spray cylinder 51 through at least two secondary support wires 521; liquid inlet 21 has been seted up to the bottom of flourishing liquid drain pan 2, and this inlet 21 is connected with the one end of feed liquor pipe 6, and the other end of feed liquor pipe 6 is connected with the top of infusion section of thick bamboo 7, the bottom of infusion section of thick bamboo 7 is connected with rotatory drive end 75.
The use method of the supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device comprises the following steps: the centrifugal spinning solution is conveyed into the liquid containing cavity 11 through the liquid inlet pipe 6 by the liquid conveying cylinder 7 until the spinning solution spreads in the main spray cylinder 41 and the secondary spray cylinder 51, the main floating piece 42 and the secondary floating piece 52 float on the liquid level, the liquid containing bottom shell 2, the side wall shell 1 and the liquid containing top shell 3 are driven to rotate together through the rotary driving end 75 so as to drive the liquid containing cavity 11 to rotate, at the moment, the centrifugal spinning solution is thrown out outwards under the action of the rotary force, jet flows are thrown out from the main slit 43 and the secondary slit 53 so as to form centrifugal spinning fibers, the thrown centrifugal spinning fibers are shot to the collecting device 8 to be collected, meanwhile, the jet flows push the main floating piece 42 and the secondary floating piece 52 to move on the liquid level so as to change the positions of the main floating piece 42 and the secondary slit 52, so as to change the positions and the shapes of the main slit 43 and the secondary slit 53, and further form jet flows with different positions or angles, and in addition, the restoring force of the main supporting filament 421 and the secondary supporting filament 521 correspondingly acts on the main floating piece 42 and the secondary floating piece 52, so as to change the positions of the main floating piece 42 and the secondary floating piece 52.
Example 2:
the basic contents are the same as example 1, except that:
the main supporting wire 421 and the secondary supporting wire 521 are made of metal or elastic plastic. Preferably, the primary support wire 421 and the secondary support wire 521 are all metal spring wires. It is further preferable that the main floating piece 42 and the sub floating piece 52 are made of metal material or high temperature resistant plastic.

the main floating sheet 42 and the secondary floating sheet 52 have the same structure and comprise a floating sheet bottom plate 44 and a plurality of floating sheet nozzles 45 arranged on the floating sheet bottom plate; the floating sheet bottom plate 44 is provided with a plurality of through floating sheet through holes 441, the floating sheet nozzle 45 comprises a sheet spraying middle cylinder 451, a sheet spraying top port 452 and a sheet spraying bottom port 453, the two ends of the sheet spraying middle cylinder 451 are provided with the sheet spraying top port 452 and the sheet spraying bottom port 453, the sheet spraying top port 452 is higher than the floating sheet bottom plate 44, and the sheet spraying middle cylinder 451 is communicated with the floating sheet through holes 441 through the sheet spraying bottom port 453. The sheet-ejection cylinder 451 has a truncated cone structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, and the area of the sheet-ejection port 452 is smaller than the area of the sheet-ejection port 453.
Example 4:
the basic contents are the same as example 1, except that:
the liquid containing top shell 3 and the liquid containing bottom shell 2 have the same structure, and both comprise a central part 33 and a plurality of supporting arm parts 34, the periphery of the central part 33 is connected with the inner ends of all the supporting arm parts 34, and the outer ends of the supporting arm parts 34 extend outwards; the central part 33 of the liquid containing top shell 3 is provided with a main liquid port 31, the support arm part 34 of the liquid containing top shell 3 is provided with a secondary liquid port 32, and the central part 33 of the liquid containing bottom shell 2 is provided with a liquid inlet 21.
Example 5:
the basic contents are the same as example 4, except that:
the top of a transfusion tube 7 is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe 6, the part of the side wall of the transfusion tube 7 close to the bottom end of the transfusion tube is communicated with a liquid source 72 through a transfusion tube 71, an upper arc-shaped piece 73 and a lower arc-shaped piece 74 which are opposite up and down are arranged in the transfusion tube 71, the upper arc-shaped piece 73 protrudes downwards, the lower arc-shaped piece 74 protrudes upwards, the fixed ends of the upper arc-shaped piece 73 and the lower arc-shaped piece 74 are all close to the liquid source 72, and the free ends of the upper arc-shaped piece 73 and the lower arc-shaped piece 74 are all close to the transfusion tube 7. When the spinning liquid level adjusting device is used, the combination of the upper arc-shaped piece 73 and the lower arc-shaped piece 74 not only can achieve the effect of a one-way valve, but also can adjust the liquid level stability of spinning liquid in the liquid containing cavity 11. In addition, the liquid inlet amount can be controlled while the spinning machine rotates, so that the spinning machine not only can achieve a supplement effect, but also has a function of pushing the spinning solution outwards, and the centrifugal spinning effect is enhanced.

referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connection design among the "main nozzle 41, the main floating plate 42, and the main supporting filament 421" is the same as the connection design among the "secondary nozzle 51, the secondary floating plate 52, and the secondary supporting filament 521", as can be seen from fig. 2, the main floating plate 42 and the secondary floating plate 52 are of a sheet or plate structure, as can be seen from fig. 3, the main floating plate 42 and the secondary floating plate 52 are of a truncated cone structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and in addition, on the basis of the truncated cone structure, a cage-shaped truncated cone structure is also preferred, that is, the truncated cone structure is a cage-shaped structure with a plurality of through holes.

A supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device is characterized in that: the supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device comprises a liquid containing bottom shell (2), a liquid containing top shell (3), a main spray head (4) and a plurality of secondary spray heads (5), wherein the periphery of the liquid containing bottom shell (2) is connected with the periphery of the liquid containing top shell (3) through a side wall shell (1), the liquid containing bottom shell (2), the side wall shell (1) and the liquid containing top shell (3) enclose a liquid containing inner cavity (11), a main liquid port (31) and a plurality of secondary liquid ports (32) are formed in the middle of the liquid containing top shell (3), the main liquid ports (31) correspond to the main spray heads (4) one by one, and the secondary liquid ports (32) correspond to the secondary spray heads (5) one by one;
the main spray head (4) comprises a main spray cylinder (41) and a main floating sheet (42), the bottom end of the main spray cylinder (41) is communicated with the liquid containing inner cavity (11) through a main liquid port (31), the top end of the main spray cylinder (41) extends upwards, a main floating sheet (42) floats on the part, close to the top end, in the main spray cylinder (41), the area of the main floating sheet (42) is smaller than that of the cross section of the main spray cylinder (41), an arc-shaped main slit (43) is formed between the main floating sheet (42) and the inner wall of the main spray cylinder (41), and the bottom of the main floating sheet (42) is connected with the inner wall of the main spray cylinder (41) through at least two main supporting wires (421);
the secondary sprayer (5) comprises a secondary spraying cylinder (51) and a secondary floating sheet (52), the bottom end of the secondary spraying cylinder (51) is communicated with the liquid containing inner cavity (11) through a secondary liquid opening (32), the top end of the secondary spraying cylinder (51) extends upwards, the part, close to the top end, in the secondary spraying cylinder (51) floats the secondary floating sheet (52), the area of the secondary floating sheet (52) is smaller than that of the cross section of the secondary spraying cylinder (51), an arc-shaped secondary slit (53) is formed between the secondary floating sheet (52) and the inner wall of the secondary spraying cylinder (51), and the bottom of the secondary floating sheet (52) is connected with the inner wall of the secondary spraying cylinder (51) through at least two secondary supporting wires (521);
a liquid inlet (21) is formed in the bottom of the liquid containing bottom shell (2), the liquid inlet (21) is connected with one end of a liquid inlet pipe (6), the other end of the liquid inlet pipe (6) is connected with the top end of an infusion cylinder (7), and the bottom end of the infusion cylinder (7) is connected with a rotary driving end (75);
the supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device operates according to the following method: the centrifugal spinning solution is conveyed into the liquid containing inner cavity (11) through the liquid inlet pipe (6) by the liquid conveying cylinder (7) until the spinning solution spreads in the main spray cylinder (41) and the secondary spray cylinder (51), the main floating piece (42) and the secondary floating piece (52) float on the liquid level, the liquid containing bottom shell (2), the side wall shell (1) and the liquid containing top shell (3) are driven to rotate together through the rotary driving end (75) to drive the liquid containing inner cavity (11) to rotate, at the moment, the centrifugal spinning solution can be thrown outwards under the action of the rotary force, jet flows outwards from the main slit (43) and the secondary slit (53) to form centrifugal spinning fibers, the thrown centrifugal spinning fibers can be shot to the collecting device (8) to be collected, meanwhile, the jet flows can push the main floating piece (42) and the secondary floating piece (52) to move on the liquid level to change the positions of the main floating piece (42) and the secondary floating piece (52), so as to change the positions of the main slit (43) and the secondary slit (53), and further change the restoring force of the main floating piece (42) or the secondary floating piece (52) to form a main floating piece (521) and a main floating piece supporting angle, and a main floating piece supporting force which corresponds to change the secondary filament.
2. The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the main supporting wire (421) and the secondary supporting wire (521) are made of metal or elastic plastic.
3. The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the main supporting wire (421) and the secondary supporting wire (521) are all metal spring wires.
4. The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the main floating sheet (42) and the secondary floating sheet (52) are both made of metal materials or high-temperature-resistant plastics.

The supporting and floating type centrifugal spinning device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the main floating piece (42) and the secondary floating piece (52) have the same structure and both comprise a floating piece bottom plate (44) and a plurality of floating piece nozzles (45) arranged on the floating piece bottom plate; the floating piece spraying device is characterized in that a plurality of through floating piece through holes (441) are formed in the floating piece bottom plate (44), the floating piece spraying nozzle (45) comprises a piece spraying middle cylinder (451), a piece spraying top opening (452) and a piece spraying bottom opening (453) which are formed in two ends of the floating piece spraying middle cylinder, the piece spraying top opening (452) is higher than the floating piece bottom plate (44), and the piece spraying middle cylinder (451) is communicated with the floating piece through holes (441) through the piece spraying bottom opening (453).

The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the piece spraying middle cylinder (451) is in a cone frustum structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, and the area of the piece spraying top opening (452) is smaller than that of the piece spraying bottom opening (453).

The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the liquid containing top shell (3) and the liquid containing bottom shell (2) are consistent in structure and respectively comprise a central part (33) and a plurality of arm supporting parts (34), the periphery of the central part (33) is connected with the inner ends of all the arm supporting parts (34), and the outer ends of the arm supporting parts (34) extend outwards;
the liquid container is characterized in that a main liquid port (31) is formed in the central portion (33) of the liquid containing top shell (3), a secondary liquid port (32) is formed in the support arm portion (34) of the liquid containing top shell (3), and a liquid inlet (21) is formed in the central portion (33) of the liquid containing bottom shell (2).
8. The supported and floated centrifugal spinning device as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the number of the arm supporting parts (34) is eight, and the arm supporting parts are uniformly arranged along the same circumference.
