Description

Extreme pressure antiwear additive for hydraulic oil of crane
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hydraulic oil additive, in particular to a hydraulic oil extreme pressure anti-wear additive for a crane.
Background
For a long time, the problem of the shaking abnormal sound of the amplitude-variable oil cylinder is generated due to overlarge lateral load in the actual work of the large-tonnage and super-tonnage all-ground wheel type hydraulic crane, and the problem can not be completely solved from the design and manufacture all the time.
Chinese patent discloses a gear oil additive (CN 102239239A) aiming at improving the service life of engine gears by improving the lubrication state of the gear meshing surfaces. Gear oil formulations comprising a gear oil and a film former are disclosed. The film former comprises a polymeric ester which is the reaction product of at least one polyfunctional alcohol, a dimerised fatty acid, optionally an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 5 to 18 carbon atoms and one or more components for reducing the acid value of the polymeric ester to below 5mgKOH/g, and the resulting polymeric ester has a kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ in the range of 400-5000mm2/s and a weight average molecular weight in the range of 5000-20000.
When the gear oil additive is applied to hydraulic oil of a working fluid of a hydraulic oil cylinder of a crane, the problem of shaking abnormal sound of the amplitude variation oil cylinder of most all-terrain wheeled cranes can be solved. However, excessive additives can corrode part of the seal to cause leakage and the like, and the additive can not solve the noise problem of a hydraulic system of the excavating machinery using shell-series hydraulic oil.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extreme pressure anti-wear additive for hydraulic oil for a crane, which is added into the hydraulic oil of a working fluid of a hydraulic oil cylinder so as to improve the lubricating property of two friction surfaces of the hydraulic oil cylinder and solve the problem of the vibration and abnormal sound of a luffing oil cylinder.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the hydraulic oil extreme pressure anti-wear additive for the crane comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8.8-9.5 parts of pentaerythritol monooleate, 31.5-32.5 parts of pentaerythritol dioleate, 38.5-39.5 parts of pentaerythritol trioleate, 11.6-12.6 parts of pentaerythritol tetraoleate, 6.3-7.3 parts of isooctyl oleate, 1 part of dithiocarbamic acid ester, 1 part of ZDDP and 0-0.5 part of molybdenum disulfide.
It further comprises the following steps: the pentaerythritol monooleate, the pentaerythritol dioleate, the pentaerythritol trioleate and the pentaerythritol tetraoleate are produced into the basic grease through a reaction container according to the mass ratio, and the basic grease meets the cleanliness standard of-17/14.
The ZDDP used was an esterification agent numbered 3100.
The additive is added into a hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic crane, and the mass percentage of the additive in the total hydraulic oil is 4-6 per mill.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: after the additive is added into the working fluid hydraulic oil of the hydraulic crane, the additive finally enters the amplitude-variable oil cylinder, the lubrication state between the metal matrix and the nonmetal seal of the amplitude-variable oil cylinder under the heavy-load working condition is improved, the friction coefficient is greatly reduced, the abrasion resistance is obviously improved, the vibration and abnormal sound of the amplitude-variable oil cylinder are reduced, the after-sale repair of products is avoided, and the product competitiveness is improved.
Detailed Description
The following are specific examples of the present invention, which will now be further described.
Example one
The hydraulic oil extreme pressure anti-wear additive for the crane comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8.8-9.5 parts of pentaerythritol monooleate, 31.5-32.5 parts of pentaerythritol dioleate, 38.5-39.5 parts of pentaerythritol trioleate, 11.6-12.6 parts of pentaerythritol tetraoleate, 6.3-7.3 parts of isooctyl oleate, 1 part of dithiocarbamic acid ester, 1 part of ZDDP and 0-0.5 part of molybdenum disulfide.
Pentaerythritol monooleate, pentaerythritol dioleate, pentaerythritol trioleate and pentaerythritol tetraoleate are used as lubricants, the CASNo of the pentaerythritol monooleate is 10332-32-8, and the CASNo of the pentaerythritol tetraoleate is 19321-40-5. Pentaerythritol monooleate, pentaerythritol dioleate, pentaerythritol trioleate and pentaerythritol tetraoleate are produced into basic grease through a reaction container according to the mass ratio, and the basic grease meets the-17/14 cleanliness standard.
Isooctyl oleate is used as friction modifier and film-forming agent, and CASNo of isooctyl oleate is 26761-50-2.
The dithiocarbamic acid ester is used as a long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon, one end of the sulfur-containing atom has higher polarity and is easy to be adsorbed on the surface of a metal matrix, so that a layer of protective film is formed, the micro surface can be filled, the roughness is reduced, and a certain anti-wear effect is achieved.
ZDDP is a typical ashless extreme pressure antiwear agent, in this example ZDDP uses an esterifying agent with the code 3100, which mainly plays an extreme pressure role.
The molybdenum disulfide is an ash extreme pressure antiwear agent, and the practice proves that the nano molybdenum disulfide has the effect of weakening the shaking abnormal sound of the oil cylinder.
When in use, the additive is added into a hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic crane, and the mass percentage of the additive in the total hydraulic oil is 4-6 per mill. For example, for a wheel type all-terrain hydraulic crane with the service life of less than 100T, 2 barrels of the additive with the net content of 1L are added into a hydraulic oil tank, and the problem of shaking abnormal sound can be effectively reduced after the hydraulic oil tank is operated for a plurality of times. For a 100-1600T wheel type all-ground hydraulic crane, 6 barrels or more barrels of the additive with the net content of 1L are added into the hydraulic oil tank.
This application obtains the inspiration from the antiwear agent of engine gear oil, solves hydraulic system shake problem through the lubricating property who improves two friction surfaces of hydraulic cylinder. The embodiment takes the hydraulic oil as a carrier, reduces the noise, the shaking and other bad feedbacks generated by a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic oil cylinder in a hydraulic system by improving the characteristics of a lubricating film on the surface of a hydraulic element, and solves the shaking abnormal sound problem of the amplitude-variable oil cylinder of the large-tonnage and super-tonnage cranes.
