From the above examples, the invention provides an economical synthetic flame-retardant hydraulic fluid composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.01-1 part of anticorrosive agent, 0.01-3 parts of antiwear agent, 0.001-1 part of antifoaming agent and 93-100 parts of base oil; the antioxidant is selected from one or more of hindered amine antioxidant, semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, oligomer antioxidant and polymer antioxidant; the anticorrosive agent is selected from one or more of phosphoniumhydroxylate, sulfydryl benzothiazole and benzotriazole anticorrosive agents; the antiwear agent is selected from one or more of organic chloride type, organic sulfide type, organic phosphide type and organic metal salt type antiwear agents; the antifoaming agent is selected from one or more of polyether type, organic silicon type, amide type and acrylate type antifoaming agent; the base oil is selected from two or more of trimethylolpropane oleate, pentaerythritol oleate, glycerol oleate, hydrogenated base oil and vegetable oil. The hydraulic fluid composition adopts at least two of trimethylolpropane oleate, pentaerythritol oleate, glycerol oleate, hydrogenated base oil and vegetable oil as base oil, and is supplemented with other components, so that the hydraulic fluid composition has high-temperature flame retardancy. Also has better oil-water separation performance, foam performance and antirust property. The experimental results show that: the flash point of the hydraulic fluid composition is 271-291 ℃; maximum no-seizing load PB687N to 932N; the diameter d of the abrasive wear scar is 0.42-0.6 mm.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. An economical synthetic flame-retardant hydraulic fluid composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.01-1 part of anticorrosive agent, 0.01-3 parts of antiwear agent, 0.001-1 part of antifoaming agent and 93-100 parts of base oil;
the antioxidant is selected from one or more of hindered amine antioxidant, semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, oligomer antioxidant and polymer antioxidant;
the anticorrosive agent is selected from one or more of phosphoncarboxylate, thiobenzothiazole and benzotriazole;
the antiwear agent is selected from one or more of organic chloride type, organic sulfide type, organic phosphide type and organic metal salt type antiwear agents;
the antifoaming agent is selected from one or more of polyether type, organic silicon type, amide type and acrylate type antifoaming agent;
the base oil is selected from two or more of trimethylolpropane oleate, pentaerythritol oleate, glycerol oleate, hydrogenated base oil and vegetable oil.

The economical synthetic flame-retardant hydraulic fluid composition according to claim 1, wherein the base oil is selected from the group consisting of a mixture of pentaerythritol oleate and a hydrogenated base oil in a mass ratio of 8:2, a mixture of trimethylolpropane oleate and a hydrogenated base oil in a mass ratio of 8: 2; and one or more of a mixture of glycerol oleate and hydrogenated base oil in a mass ratio of 8: 2.
3. The economical synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition has a sulfur content of not less than 100ppm, a phosphorus content of not less than 100ppm and a nitrogen content of not less than 600 ppm.
4. The economical synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid composition according to claim 1, comprising in particular:
100 parts of pentaerythritol oleate and hydrogenated base oil mixture, 1 part of hindered amine antioxidant, 1 part of semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, 3 parts of phosphate antiwear agent, 0.1 part of benzotriazole anticorrosive agent and 0.05 part of organosilicon antifoaming agent;
or comprises 100 parts of trimethylolpropane oleate and hydrogenated base oil mixture, 0.8 part of hindered amine antioxidant, 0.8 part of semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, 0.05 part of organic sulfide type antiwear agent, 0.05 part of organic phosphorus sulfide type antiwear agent, 0.1 part of benzotriazole type anticorrosive agent and 0.01 part of organosilicon type antifoaming agent;
or comprises 100 parts of a mixture of glycerol oleate and hydrogenated base oil, 0.5 part of hindered amine antioxidant, 0.5 part of semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, 0.02 part of organic sulfide type antiwear agent, 0.02 part of organic sulfide phosphide type antiwear agent, 0.1 part of benzotriazole type anticorrosive agent and 0.005 part of organosilicon type antifoaming agent.
5. A method for preparing the economical synthetic flame-retardant hydraulic fluid composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
0.1-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.01-1 part of anticorrosive agent, 0.01-3 parts of antiwear agent, 0.001-1 part of antifoaming agent and 93-100 parts of base oil are blended under the conditions that the temperature is not lower than 100 ℃, the vacuum degree is not lower than-0.09 MPa and the stirring dehydration time is not lower than 1.5h, so as to obtain the economic synthetic flame-retardant hydraulic fluid composition.
