Abstract
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯发泡胶及其制备方法和应用。所述的聚氨酯发泡胶由聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯、氯化石蜡、催化剂首先合成聚氨酯预聚体,然后加入泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和抛射剂制备而成。本发明制备的聚氨酯发泡胶具有优异的粘结性、耐候性和力学性能,能够替代常规粘接剂将瓷砖粘接在混凝土、金属等各类基材上。本发明制备方法简单易行,成本低廉,安全性高,易于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯发泡胶及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
聚氨酯发泡胶是气雾技术和聚氨酯泡沫技术交叉结合的产物。当物料从喷枪或料罐中喷出时,沫状的聚氨酯物料会迅速膨胀并与空气或接触到的基体中的水分发生固化反应形成泡沫。聚氨酯发泡胶是一种环保节能、使用方便的建筑材料,可适用于密封堵漏、填空补缝、固定粘结、保温隔音及塑钢或铝合金门窗和墙体间的密封堵漏及防水,使用越来越广泛。现在常用的发泡胶制备工艺是将所有物料全部加入发泡胶罐内,配料完成后需要振摇混合均匀,放置一段时间后才能使用,反应产生的热量不易释放,存在一定的危险性。
目前,在建筑装饰领域,一般采用瓷砖胶做瓷砖粘接剂,但瓷砖胶施工操作复杂,固化时间长,且可能对环境造成一定的污染。中国专利CN 112795356 A公开了一种聚氨酯发泡胶及其应用,提供了一种阻燃性能好、力学性能优异的聚氨酯发泡胶,并将其作为粘结材料粘结保温板与砂浆,表现出优异的粘结性能。但其聚氨酯软段的分子量相对较高使得发泡胶偏软,支撑强度较弱。中国专利CN 113372038 A公开了一种二氧化硅气凝胶-聚氨酯发泡胶复合保温材料及其制备方法,结合了二氧化硅气凝胶的保温隔热吸音优势与聚氨酯发泡胶可任意塑性的优点。但是其采用的二氧化硅气凝胶原料价格较高,不利于推广应用,且未提及发泡胶粘结性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种聚氨酯发泡胶,具有成本低、粘结性能好、力学性能优异、施工时间短的特点;本发明同时提供其制备方法和应用,工艺简单,易于规模化生产。
本发明所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,由如下质量份数的原料制成:

聚醚多元醇A,以丙二醇、二乙二醇或乙二醇中的一种或几种为起始剂,以氧化丙烯作为聚合单体制备而成,官能度为2,羟值为100-350mgKOH/g;优选山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产的INOVOL C204。
聚醚多元醇B,以甘油作为起始剂,以氧化丙烯或氧化乙烯的一种或两种作为聚合单体制备而成,官能度为3,羟值为150-500mgKOH/g;优选山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产的INOVOL C305、INOVOL C307或INOVOL C310中的一种或几种。
聚醚多元醇C,以双酚A作为起始剂,以氧化丙烯作为聚合单体制备而成,官能度为2,羟值为90-200mg KOH/g;优选山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产的INOVOL S207H或INOVOLS210H中的一种或两种。
聚酯多元醇为苯酐类聚酯多元醇,25℃黏度为2000-3000mPa·s,优选青岛瑞诺化工有限公司的PS-3152。
异氰酸酯I为甲苯二异氰酸酯,异氰酸酯II为多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯。
抛射剂为二甲醚、丙丁烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷、正戊烷或异戊烷中的一种或多种。优选地,抛射剂为二甲醚和丙丁烷的混合物,二甲醚与丙丁烷质量比为1-1.5:1.5。
催化剂为二甲基环已胺、四甲基乙二胺或双吗啉乙基醚(DMDEE)中的一种或多种,优选双吗啉乙基醚(DMDEE)。
泡沫稳定剂为有机硅表面活性剂-硅油,优选为中山东峻化工有限公司的H-3626或H-3972中的一种或两种。
本发明所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方量加入聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇,升温至100-110℃,-0.098MPa至-0.093MPa真空条件下脱水1.5-2h,控制水分含量≤0.05%,然后降温至60-70℃,加入异氰酸酯I,反应温度控制在75-80℃,反应1-3h;反应完毕后,再加入异氰酸酯II和氯化石蜡,降温至60℃以下,加入催化剂,搅拌均匀后放出,密封保存,即得聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)称取聚氨酯预聚体,按照配方量加入泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和抛射剂,摇匀,即可得到聚氨酯发泡胶。
所述的发泡胶用于建筑材料的瓷砖、保温板或砂浆中的填缝、修补或作为粘结材料进行使用。
本发明所述的发泡胶能够替代常规粘接剂将瓷砖粘接在混凝土、金属等各类基材上。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果如下:
(1)本发明采用三种不同分子量的聚醚多元醇,方便调节聚氨酯软硬段比例,提高其力学性能;聚酯多元醇的应用可提高其粘结性能。
(2)本发明将多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯提前进行预聚形成异氰酸酯基封端的预聚体,然后加入多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯、氯化石蜡和催化剂合成目标预聚体,再以此目标预聚体为主要原料配制聚氨酯发泡胶。与常规发泡胶相比具有以下优势:①可以及时释放反应热量,提高安全性;②使用甲苯二异氰酸酯便于降低生产成本;③制得的聚氨酯发泡胶具有优良的粘结性,力学性能优异,其作为瓷砖粘接剂使用时,可节省施工时间。
(3)本发明所述的制备方法,科学合理,简单易行,安全性高,采用现有工艺设备即可实现工业化生产,且制得的聚氨酯发泡胶施工方便。
(4)本发明所述的发泡胶用于建筑材料的瓷砖、保温板或砂浆中的填缝、修补或作为粘结材料进行使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例中采用的原料,除特殊说明外,均为市售原料。
实施例1
所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的制备方法如下:
(1)聚氨酯预聚体的制备:称取30份INOVOL C204、35份INOVOL C310、35份INOVOLS210H和10份PS-3152混合,升温至105℃,-0.095MPa真空条件下脱水2h,控制水分含量≤0.05%,然后降温至65℃,加入38.3份甲苯二异氰酸酯,反应温度控制在75℃,反应2h。反应完毕后加入65份多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯和200份氯化石蜡,降温至60℃以下,加入0.5份DMDEE,搅拌均匀后放出,密封保存,即得聚氨酯预聚体;测试其NCO%为5.698。
(2)称取200份聚氨酯预聚体、4份硅油、20份二甲醚、30份丙丁烷和2.55份DMDEE,混匀后直接发泡。
实施例2
所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的制备方法如下:
(1)聚氨酯预聚体的制备:称取30份INOVOL C204、30份INOVOL C305、40份INOVOLS207H和10份PS-3152混合,升温至100℃,-0.098MPa真空条件下脱水1.5h,控制水分含量≤0.05%,然后降温至60℃,加入40.2份甲苯二异氰酸酯,反应温度控制在80℃,反应1.5h。反应完毕后加入60份多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯和300份氯化石蜡,降温至60℃以下,加入0.54份DMDEE,搅拌均匀后放出,密封保存,即得聚氨酯预聚体;测试其NCO%为4.016。
(2)称取200份聚氨酯预聚体、7份硅油、26份二甲醚、35份丙丁烷和2.62份DMDEE,混匀后直接发泡。
实施例3
所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的制备方法如下:
(1)聚氨酯预聚体的制备:称取40份INOVOL C204、20份INOVOL C307、40份INOVOLS210H和15份PS-3152混合,升温至110℃,-0.093MPa真空条件下脱水1.8h,控制水分含量≤0.05%,然后降温至70℃,加入44.3份甲苯二异氰酸酯,反应温度控制在75℃,反应2h。反应完毕后加入50份多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯和250份氯化石蜡,降温至60℃以下,加入0.56份DMDEE,搅拌均匀后放出,密封保存,即得聚氨酯预聚体;测试其NCO%为5.134。
(2)称取200份聚氨酯预聚体、8份硅油、28份二甲醚、40份丙丁烷和2.48份DMDEE,混匀后直接发泡。
对比例1
用传统发泡胶生产工艺配制发泡胶,原料组分与实施例1相同,即将实施例1中原料按照配方量直接加入发泡胶罐中,振摇均匀,常温存放48h。
对比例2
异氰酸酯一次性投入,即聚氨酯发泡胶的制备步骤(1)一次性加入聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯I和异氰酸酯II,反应2h后,再加入氯化石蜡和催化剂制得聚氨酯预聚体,其余步骤和原料组分与实施例1相同。
对比例3
聚氨酯发泡胶的制备步骤(1)中不采用聚酯多元醇,其余组分和步骤与实施例1相同。
对比例4
为市售瓷砖胶。
拉伸粘结强度参照《陶瓷砖胶粘剂》(JC/T 547-2017)标准,水泥基胶粘剂原强度、浸水、热老化、冻融处理及晾置20min后拉伸粘结强度应该≥0.5MPa。
实施例1中的聚氨酯发泡胶作为瓷砖粘接胶使用时,其施工方法为:
使用前,去除施工表面的油污和浮尘,并在施工表面喷洒少量水。将聚氨酯发泡胶罐摇动至少60秒,确保罐内物料均匀,然后将发泡胶喷射于瓷砖背面,再将瓷砖粘贴于墙面或地面。由于重力的作用,未固化时瓷砖可能会下坠,刚粘贴后应进行适当支撑,待泡沫固化粘结后再撤离支撑。
实施例1-3与对比例1-3制得的聚氨酯发泡胶作为瓷砖粘接胶与对比例4瓷砖胶使用时,其技术参数见表1。
实施例1制得的聚氨酯发泡胶与对比例4瓷砖胶施工时间对比见表2,其中初凝时间是指施工可调整时间,固化时间是指进行下一步工序所需要的时间。

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇A为INOVOL C204;聚醚多元醇B为INOVOL C305、INOVOL C307或INOVOL C310中的一种或几种;聚醚多元醇C为INOVOL S207H或INOVOL S210H中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:聚酯多元醇为苯酐类聚酯多元醇,25℃黏度为2000-3000mPa·s。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:聚酯多元醇为PS-3152。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:抛射剂为二甲醚、丙丁烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷、正戊烷或异戊烷中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:抛射剂为二甲醚和丙丁烷的混合物,二甲醚与丙丁烷质量比为1-1.5:1.5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:催化剂为二甲基环已胺、四甲基乙二胺或双吗啉乙基醚中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡胶,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为有机硅表面活性剂。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方量加入聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇,升温至100-110℃,-0.098MPa至-0.093MPa真空条件下脱水1.5-2h,控制水分含量≤0.05%,然后降温至60-70℃,加入异氰酸酯I,反应温度控制在75-80℃,反应1-3h;反应完毕后,再加入异氰酸酯II和氯化石蜡,降温至60℃以下,加入催化剂,搅拌均匀后放出,密封保存,即得聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)称取聚氨酯预聚体,按照配方量加入泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和抛射剂,摇匀,即可得到聚氨酯发泡胶。
10.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的聚氨酯发泡胶的应用,其特征在于:所述的发泡胶用于建筑材料的瓷砖、保温板或砂浆中的填缝、修补或作为粘结材料进行使用。
