Description

Gypsum-based lightweight plastering material and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a gypsum-based lightweight plastering material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, wall plastering is mainly divided into a leveling layer and a white scraping layer. The leveling layer mainly uses cement-based plastering mortar and whitewash stone, and the white scraping layer mainly comprises various putty. The leveling layer generally has the problems of rough wall surface, large wall surface color difference, hollowing, cracking and the like, and the subsequent repair is difficult and complicated. The white layer is mainly subject to the problem of dusting due to insufficient strength. The existing plastering has complex overall construction process, high cost and difficult maintenance of subsequent quality.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the skilled person is how to provide plastering gypsum with simple construction and excellent quality.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the wall plastering cost is reduced, the effects of leveling and white layer scraping can be realized by the material at one time, and the material cost and the construction cost are saved.
2. The material can be constructed by adopting a machine spraying method or a manual method, and accords with the existing wall construction system.
3. The material belongs to aerogel micro-expansion material, the expansion coefficient is 0.1-1.15%, and the problem of cracking of wall plastering is thoroughly solved.
4. The material has excellent plastic effect, can be thin or thick, has no flow drop phenomenon, has the construction range of 0.5-4cm, and avoids the problem of wall surface wave wall.
5. The material is fine and smooth, and the balance of a square hole sieve of 1.0mm is 0.
6. After the material is dried, the color is uniform, the whiteness is pure, and the delivery standard can be reached at one time. The traditional gypsum ingredients are only natural gypsum, river sand and heavy calcium powder. The river sand is replaced on the basis of natural gypsum and heavy calcium powder, yellow sand and gray sand of the traditional gypsum are abandoned, white sand is adopted, color change caused by the color of the filling material is avoided, various additives are added to refine the product performance, and the product quality is optimized. Meanwhile, the bottom layer gypsum adopted in the market is yellow, the surface layer gypsum does not have the condition of single survival and needs to be matched with the bottom layer gypsum for use, and the white-degree-adjustable gypsum plaster can meet the whiteness requirement of the traditional surface layer gypsum, has all the characteristics of the traditional bottom layer gypsum and has the condition of one-time survival. Although the natural white gypsum has high overall whiteness, natural color difference exists, and the product adopts pigments such as ultramarine blue and the like to correct the whiteness of the white gypsum and neutralize yellow components in the white gypsum so as to achieve the effect of pure and clean whiteness. In addition, the traditional gypsum on the market is a neutral system, and the crack control agent is adopted to control the product crack and adjust the material property to be alkalescent, so that the product stability is improved, and the delivery quality is ensured. In addition, the whole formula of the invention adopts a high water retention rate system, and avoids water loss cracking caused by different thicknesses and color difference caused by different water retention effects.
