Wine filling and discharging device and oak barrel using same
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of beer filling, in particular to a beer filling and discharging device and an oak barrel using the same.
Background
Oak barrels are very important brewing equipment in the process of brewing wine, especially the containers necessary for brewing high-grade wines and brandies. The brewing process of high-end refined beer sometimes uses used old wine oak barrels for post-fermentation and aging, and flavor is increased. In recent years, along with the increasing demands of people on life quality, the use of oak barrels is also increasing.
The wooden cells of the oak barrel wall have a tiny ventilation function, a small amount of air can pass through the barrel wall and penetrate into the barrel to enable the wine to generate moderate oxidation, so that the structure of the wine can be stabilized and the fragrance in the barrel can be fused into the wine. In the process, the oak tannin dissolved from the oak barrel is fused with the tannin of the wine, and part of unstable tannin is separated out, so that the wine body becomes soft and fine. The draught beer brewery uses large oak barrels or tanks for fermentation and then matures in small oak barrels. Most new wineries now use stainless steel equipment to complete the fermentation process. The post-fermentation process of the refined beer in the oak barrel can be continuously blended with the aroma of the wine or whisky, and the flavor of the oak is combined to generate a special flavor.
Any transfer of wine from the fermentation apparatus to the ripening oak barrel and the addition of additional equipment during ripening is accomplished by adding a length of rigid tubing to the end of the delivery hose, inserting it directly into the ripening oak barrel, and then utilizing the gravitational potential energy difference or the delivery apparatus. The wine in the oak barrel also needs an independent wine outlet device during filling or split charging, so that no matter wine is fed or discharged, a set of special equipment is needed, the related parts are more, and the operation is more troublesome.
As shown in a portable oak barrel wine bottle disclosed in Chinese patent publication No. ZL201820571256.1 (bulletin No. CN 208265765U). But the stopper of this patent is sealed insecure easily, and the rubber buffer directly overlaps on the discharging pipe, and the distance of guaranteeing the lower extreme of first defeated wine pipe to be adjustable from the cask diapire when sealed necessarily, can not adapt to the rubber cask of co-altitude, and the commonality is poor.

According to the utility model, the functions of wine intake, wine suction and nitrogen charging of the oak barrel are integrated, the equipment cost and occupied space are reduced, the operation is simple and convenient, the production efficiency is improved, the accurate control of the wine intake is realized, the tightness is good, and the oxidation of wine liquid can be prevented in the process of wine intake and wine suction.
However, this patent has the following drawbacks: 1. when the wine sucker is taken out from the oak barrel, the residual wine drops in the wine inlet and outlet pipelines cannot be prevented from falling onto the ground; 2. although the expansion plug device can realize sealing and also play a certain positioning role, the expansion plug device still moves axially with the barrel body under the action of air pressure in the barrel body, so that the sealing performance is poor; 3. this patent carries out gaseous carrying through the nitrogen filling pipeline, and the height of admitting air can not be adjusted along with rising stopper device, and when the staving of adaptation not co-altitude, it is comparatively troublesome to adjust.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the positioning assembly 8 is disposed at the second end of the sleeve 4, and the positioning assembly 8 includes a claw 81 and a second elastic member 82, where the claw 81 is connected to the sleeve 4 and can move radially relative to the sleeve 4, and a lower portion of the claw 81 has a third conical structure 811 with a large upper portion and a small lower portion. In this embodiment, three claws 81 are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 4. The second elastic member 82 acts on the jaws 81 so that the jaws 81 always maintain a tendency to move away from the sleeve 4. The second elastic member 82 may be a V-shaped spring.
Because of the third conical structure 811 on the jaw 81, when the jaw 81 passes through the wine inlet on the barrel body, the jaw 81 is extruded and retracted (the direction that the inner finger approaches the sleeve 4), so that the jaw passes through the wine inlet smoothly; after the claw 81 enters, the claw will be stretched outwards (the outer direction is away from the sleeve 4) under the action of the second elastic element 82 until the claw abuts against the inner wall of the barrel body, so as to play a role in positioning the wine filling and discharging device, and prevent the wine filling and discharging device from being ejected under the action of air pressure after the air enters the barrel body.
Similar to point contact between the jaws 81 and the tub, the jaws 81 are abutted against the tub at a as shown in fig. 5. When the pipe body 1 needs to be taken out, the sleeve 4 is rotated, and the clamping jaws 81 are retracted under the action of friction force of the barrel body so as to conveniently and smoothly move out of the barrel body.
The sleeve 4 may be designed as a separate piece of two threaded connections, one for the gas port 41 to be designed on and the other for the first seal 5, the pressing assembly 7, the positioning assembly 8 etc. The sleeve 4 is also provided with a safety valve. The first sealing member 5, the second sealing member 6 and the rubber ring can be made of deformable rubber or other flexible materials.
The use process of the wine filling and discharging device of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly unscrewing the pressing piece 62, adjusting the sleeve 4 to a proper position (the proper position means that the height of the first sealing piece 5 on the tube body 1 can be matched with the height of the barrel body), and then stretching the lower end of the tube body 1 into the barrel body from a wine inlet on the barrel body until the ejector rod 24 touches the bottom wall of the barrel body; at this time, the claw 81 is still outside the barrel body, grabs the sleeve 4, rotates anticlockwise, applies a downward force, and continuously receives the claw 81 under the action of friction force, and after the receiving is completed, the claw 81 enters the barrel body and outwards expands to prop against the inner wall of the barrel body under the action of the second elastic piece 82. At this time, the first sealing element 5 is inserted into the wine inlet of the barrel 3, and the wall surfaces of the first sealing element are attached.
The pipe body 1 is lightly pressed downwards until the plug 22 opens the plugging port 213 under the pushing of the ejector rod 24, and then the pressing piece 62 is screwed; at this time, the handle 722 is pressed down, and the roller 7211 drives the pressing member 73 to move downward, so that the first sealing member 5 deforms radially to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the wine inlet, and the installation of the wine filling and discharging device on the barrel body is completed.
If wine is to be filled, one of the air passing ports 41 is connected with carbon dioxide and is introduced, after the air in the barrel body is completely discharged, the upper end of the pipe body 1 is connected with a connector, the connector is directly or indirectly connected with a vessel for containing wine to be contained, the other air passing port 41 is opened, and the air passing port 41 is used as an air outlet in the process of filling wine.
If the wine is to be discharged, the connector is directly or indirectly connected with the wine receiving device, then one of the gas passing ports 41 is closed, the other gas passing port 41 is filled with carbon dioxide gas, and the wine continuously flows out under the action of the gas pressure.
A section of transparent pipe body can be designed between the pipe body 1 and the joint 9, and the transparent pipe body is provided with a sight glass 91 so as to install the flowing condition of the wine liquid, whether the wine liquid is clear or not, and the like. A lamp 92 may also be provided on the transparent tube 91 for providing illumination in a low light environment.
