step 3, inflating, namely rotating the outer operating block 4-1 for angles under the action of the second outer operating cam 12, simultaneously driving the inner operating rod 4-2 to rotate, shifting the valve rod head component 5-1 by the fork-shaped end part of the inner operating rod 4-2, moving the gas valve rod 5-2 upwards on the gas valve rod seat 5-3, disengaging the gas sealing gasket 5-6, opening a gas channel, and inflating CO2 in the filling cylinder into a sandwich bottle through the vent pipe 6, the connecting pipe 4-3, the gas channel on the valve core seat 5-4, the liquid valve rod 5-7, the gas channel on the valve main body 3 and the valve lower seat 2-1 and the long pipe 8;
step 4, filling, namely after filling, the gas pressure in the bottle is equal to that in the cylinder, the external operating block 4-1 continuously rotates degrees under the action of the second external operating cam 12 to drive the internal operating rod 4-2 to rotate, the forked end part of the internal operating rod 4-2 pulls the valve rod head component 5-1 and the gas valve rod 5-2 to continuously move upwards in the gas valve rod seat 5-3, the gas valve rod 5-2 drives the liquid valve rod 5-7 to ascend through the opening baffle ring 5-5, the liquid sealing gasket 5-8 is separated, a liquid passage is also opened, the material flows into the bottom of the bottle from the filling cylinder through the liquid passage on the valve main body 3 and the valve lower seat 2-1 and the central passage of the long pipe 8, along with the rise of the liquid level in the bottle, the gas in the bottle returns to the filling cylinder through the gas return passage (the same passage as the liquid passage in the attached figure 3, but the direction of the gas flow is opposite), and when the liquid level reaches the interlayer opening of the long pipe 8;
step 5, closing the valve, namely, continuing to rotate the filling cylinder, enabling the external operating block 4-1 to reversely rotate under the action of the th external operating cam 11 to drive the internal operating rod 4-2 to reversely deflect, forcing the gas valve rod 5-2 and the liquid valve rod 5-7 to descend, closing the gas channel and the liquid channel, and ending the filling process;
step 6: exhausting: the exhaust valve rod 2-2 pushes the sealing gasket 2-4 to be separated under the action of the exhaust cam 14, an exhaust channel is opened, and bottleneck air is exhausted to an exhaust cavity on the cylinder from a gap between the long pipe 8 and the fixed seat 1-2 through an air channel on the lower valve seat 2-1; after the exhaust is finished, the exhaust cam 14 is disengaged, and the exhaust valve rod 2-2 and the sealing gasket 2-4 are reset under the action of the spring 2-5;
and 7: discharging: the bottle falls and the filled bottle is discharged.
Step 2 and step 3 may be repeated multiple times depending on the process requirements to obtain high CO2 purity.
The method comprises the steps of dividing a bottle from a conveying mechanism 22 into bottles with equal pitch, enabling the bottles to enter a rotating table 3-2 of a filling mechanism 23 by a bottle feeding shifting wheel 3-8, enabling a bottle mouth to be pre-covered under the action of a pre-covering cam of a control ring system 3-4 at the moment when the bottle enters the rotating table 3-2 of the filling mechanism 23, driving the bottle to enter the rotating table 3-2 of the filling mechanism 23, enabling a corresponding lifting cylinder to lift upwards at a set speed after a signal device of the control ring system 3-4 detects a bottle signal, enabling a bottle mouth to tightly press a fixed seat 1-2 through a bottle mouth sealing gasket to form a closed cavity, enabling a vacuum valve rod 2-3 in a vacuum cam long tube filling valve 3-3 of the control ring system 3-4 to enable the interior of the bottle to be communicated with a vacuum system, exhausting air in the bottle to form times of centering, enabling an external operating mechanism 4-4 to be shifted by an air opening valve installed on an air opening valve in the control ring system 3-4, opening the air valve rod 5-2, enabling the upper portion of a back pressure gas (2) in a filling cylinder 3-5 to be communicated with an air pressure equalizing track, enabling the internal of the internal filling cylinder to be opened, enabling the internal of the internal cylinder 3-4 of the internal cylinder, enabling the internal cylinder to be connected with a cylinder, enabling the internal cylinder to be continuously connected with a cylinder, enabling the internal cylinder to be opened, enabling the cylinder 3-4 of the cylinder, enabling the cylinder to be connected with a cylinder to form a cylinder, enabling the cylinder to be connected with a cylinder, enabling a cylinder to continuously connected with a cylinder, enabling a cylinder to be connected with a cylinder, enabling a cylinder to be opened, enabling a cylinder to be connected with a cylinder, enabling a cylinder to be continuously connected with a cylinder, enabling a cylinder to be opened, enabling.
