When the conveying bottom plate 33 is used, the conveying bottom plate 33 is turned to the upper position in the conveying device groove 21 (at the moment, the conveying belt device 32 is positioned at the lower position of the conveying bottom plate 33), then the jacking cylinders 18 in the rack adjusting legs 16 are started, the jacking rods 181 respectively abut against the jacking grooves 182 at the corresponding positions, further, the supporting rack 2 can be rotated and jacked by taking the left turning shaft 12 and the right turning shaft 13 as shafts, at the moment, the supporting rack 2 can keep an inclined state (the small opening end of the splayed guide chute 34 is positioned at the lower position), and when product materials are placed in the large opening end of the splayed guide chute 34, the product materials can automatically slide towards the small opening end of the splayed guide chute 34; if the product materials need to be collected and then circulated, the loading device groove 35 can be firstly arranged at the small opening end of the splayed guide chute 34 before the product materials are placed, then the cylindrical loading barrel 361 is placed in the loading device groove 35, the arc-shaped gap 362 on the side wall of the cylindrical loading barrel 361 faces the small opening end of the splayed material guiding groove 34, the arc-shaped baffle 364 is rotated into the arc-shaped groove 363, the arc-shaped gap 362 is opened at the moment, finally the backing plate 365 is installed between the arc-shaped gap 362 and the small opening end of the splayed material guiding groove 34, because the supporting frame 2 is in an inclined state, the product materials can directly enter the cylindrical loading barrel 361 from the splayed material guiding groove 34 through the arc-shaped gap 362, after the collection is finished, the arc-shaped baffle 364 rotates to the arc-shaped notch 362 from the arc-shaped slot 363, and then the cylindrical loading barrel 361 can be taken down for circulation.
The two rack adjusting legs 16 can rotate by taking the rack adjusting leg fixing shaft 15 as an axis, so that a certain included angle is formed between the two rack adjusting legs 16, and the material loading conveyor is favorably placed; when the conveyer belt device 32 and the conveying bottom plate 33 are turned over, the loading device groove 35 needs to be taken down firstly, so that the interference between the loading device groove 35 and the supporting rack 2 is avoided; when the material distribution baffle device 323 is used to convey the product material, the leakage-proof plate 212 movably inserted into the leakage-proof plate insertion slot 211 needs to be detached in advance to prevent interference between the baffle 3232 and the leakage-proof plate 212.
