a first adsorption conveyor belt mechanism (5) horizontally placed is arranged above the net sleeve storage box (6), the first adsorption conveyor belt mechanism (5) adsorbs the net sleeves in the net sleeve storage box (6), the net sleeves are conveyed to a transverse pushing mechanism (4), the net sleeves are pushed into an airflow type dispersing box (3) by the transverse pushing mechanism (4), the airflow type dispersing box (3) disperses and blows out the net sleeves, then the net sleeves are captured and aligned by an aligning mechanism (2), and a net sleeve opening mechanism (1) picks up the net sleeves and opens the net sleeves;
the net cover opening mechanism (1) comprises a lifting seat plate (1.1) driven by a lifting cylinder (1.2), a low-voltage generator A (1.3) and a low-voltage generator B (1.4) opposite to the low-voltage generator A are respectively arranged at two ends of the lifting seat plate (1.1), the low-voltage generator B (1.4) is arranged on a rotating seat (1.5) through a steering engine B (1.11), the rotating seat (1.5) is arranged at the output end of a rotating motor (1.6), and the rotating motor (1.6) is fixed above the lifting seat plate (1.1).

The fruit net cover opening device with the straightening function according to claim 1, characterized in that the low pressure generator A (1.3) is mounted on the lifting seat plate (1.1) through a combined structure of a slide block (1.9) and a slide rail (1.8), and the tail part of the low pressure generator A (1.3) is provided with a cylinder (1.10) for pushing the low pressure generator A to move; the cylinder (1.10) is arranged on the lifting seat plate (1.1) through a bracket.

The fruit mesh opening device with the straightening function according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the other side of the rotating seat (1.5) is provided with a low-voltage generator C (1.7) through a steering engine; the low-voltage generator C (1.7) is arranged at right angles to the low-voltage generator B (1.4).

The fruit mesh opening device with the straightening function according to claim 1, wherein the adsorption conveyor belt mechanism (5) comprises an adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), adsorption holes are formed in a belt surface of the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), a low-pressure generator D (5.2) is arranged in the middle of the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), a pressure equalizing groove plate (5.3) is arranged between the low-pressure generator D (5.2) and an inner belt surface of the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), and the pressure equalizing groove plate (5.3) is attached to the belt surface of the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1).

The fruit mesh opening device with the straightening function according to claim 4, wherein the straightening mechanism (2) comprises a second adsorption conveyor belt mechanism (5) which is vertically arranged, a horizontal conveyor belt (2.1) is arranged below the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), and an inclined blanking guide plate (2.6) is arranged below the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1) of the horizontal conveyor belt (2.1); a transverse moving guide plate (2.2) is arranged on the belt surface of the horizontal conveyor belt (2.1); a protective plate (2.3) is arranged on the side of the horizontal conveyor belt (2.1) and at the position opposite to the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1) of the vertically arranged adsorption conveyor belt mechanism (5).

The fruit mesh opening device with the straightening function according to claim 5, characterized in that a scraping device is arranged on the side of the feeding side of the adsorption conveyor belt (5.1), the scraping device comprises a scraping roller (2.4), and the scraping roller (2.4) is driven by a scraping motor (2.5); and a scraping plate is arranged on a roll shaft of the scraping roll (2.4), and a distance which is 1.5 times of the thickness of the net sleeve is reserved between the scraping plate and the adsorption conveying belt (5.1).

The fruit mesh opening device with the smoothing function according to claim 1, wherein the air-flow type dispersing box (3) comprises a dispersing box body (3.1), and the top plate (3.2) and the bottom plate (3.3) of the dispersing box body (3.1) are both net plates; a fan (3.4) is arranged below the bottom plate (3.3); a cover plate (3.5) floating up and down is arranged above the top plate (3.2); wherein a feed inlet (3.7) and a discharge outlet (3.8) are respectively arranged on a pair of opposite side plates; discharge side baffles (3.9) are arranged on two sides of the discharge port (3.8), the cover plate (3.5) is installed above the top plate (3.2) through a floating cylinder (3.6), the cylinder body of the floating cylinder (3.6) is installed in the dispersion box body (3.1), the piston rod shaft penetrates through the top plate (3.2) to be connected with the cover plate (3.5), the cylinder baffle (3.10) is arranged in the box body, and a floating cylinder installation cavity is formed by the cylinder baffle (3.10) and the inner wall of the cylinder in a surrounding mode.

The fruit net cover opening device with the straightening function according to claim 1, wherein the transverse pushing mechanism (4) comprises a net conveying channel (4.1), a net conveying cylinder (4.2) is arranged at the tail end of the net conveying channel (4.1), a net cover push plate (4.3) is arranged at the front end of a piston rod of the net conveying cylinder (4.2), and a feeding notch is formed in the side wall, located on the horizontal conveying belt mechanism (5), of the net conveying channel (4.1); the front end of the net feeding channel (4.1) is provided with a baffle (4.4) pushed by a baffle cylinder (4.5).

The fruit net cover opening device with the straightening function according to claim 1, wherein the net cover storage box (6) comprises a U-shaped net cover box (6.1) with two open ends, the open ends of the two sides of the net cover box (6.1) are provided with a blocking fixed baffle (6.2), the two sides of the net cover box (6.1) are provided with ball screws (6.3), and the sliding nuts of the ball screws (6.3) are fixedly arranged on the side walls of the net cover box (6.1); the two sides of the ball screw (6.3) are provided with net cover box feed bars (6.4), the net cover box feed bars (6.4) are connected with the net cover box (6.1) through sliding blocks on the sides of the net cover box (6.1), the ball screws (6.3) on the two sides are connected through synchronous belts, and one of the ball screws (6.3) is driven by a stepping motor for driving the ball screw.
