In the process that the rotating shaft 159 rotates, the concave disc 164 rotates along with the concave disc, when the groove on the front side of the concave disc 164 is separated from the blocking ball 163, the blocking ball 163 is driven to move forwards, the fifth spring 162 is compressed, and when the groove on the rear side of the concave disc 164 is separated from the blocking ball 163, the blocking ball 163 is driven to move backwards to be blocked in the groove under the action of the fifth spring 162, so that the position of the concave disc 164 can be limited, the position of the rotating shaft 159 can be fixed, and convenience is provided for people to push out low-layer materials.

In the process that the first connecting block 146 slides downwards, the first connecting block 146 drives the second connecting rod 171 to slide downwards, the second rack 172 slides downwards, under the mutual meshing action of the flat gear 175 and the second rack 172, the flat gear 175 rotates, the flat gear 175 drives the second connecting shaft 174, the second connecting shaft 174 drives the reel 176 to rotate, the reel 176 rotates to loosen the pull rope 177, and after the push plate 151 is loosened, the push plate 151 moves forwards to straighten the pull rope 177; when the first connecting block 146 moves upwards to drive the second connecting rod 171 and the second rack 172 to move upwards, and when the second rack 172 and the flat gear 175 are meshed again, the flat gear 175 is driven to rotate reversely to reset, and the flat gear 175 drives the second connecting shaft 174 and the reel 176 to rotate to reset, so that the reel 176 rotates the winding pull rope 177, and the push plate 151 moves backwards to reset; so alright reset push pedal 151, reduced the artifical manual intensity of labour who resets push pedal 151 certainly.

A conveying device for low-rise building materials comprises a fixing frame (1), rotating wheels (2), universal wheels (3), first connecting plates (4), guide rails (5), sliding blocks (6), first springs (7), a material discharging plate (8), baffles (9), handrails (10) and handles (11), wherein the rear side of the fixing frame (1) is rotatably connected with the two rotating wheels (2), the front side of the fixing frame (1) is rotatably connected with the two universal wheels (3) capable of adjusting the direction of the building materials in the conveying process, the left side and the right side of the fixing frame (1) are respectively provided with the first connecting plates (4), the two first connecting plates (4) are respectively provided with the two guide rails (5), the four guide rails (5) are respectively connected with the sliding blocks (6) in a sliding manner, the first springs (7) are connected between the sliding blocks (6) and the guide rails (5), the baffles (9) are arranged between the four sliding blocks (6), baffle (9) sub-unit connection has blowing board (8), and blowing board (8) and mount (1) joint cooperation, handrail (10) are installed on the upper portion of mount (1) rear side, handle (11) are all installed at both ends about blowing board (8) rear side, a serial communication port, still including mechanism of uncapping (12) and shockproof mechanism (13), install mechanism of uncapping (12) that can shelter from building material on baffle (9), shockproof mechanism (13) of reducible building material vibrations are installed to the front side of mount (1).

The conveyor for low-rise building materials according to claim 1, wherein the lid opening mechanism (12) comprises a lid plate (121), a first fixing block (122), stay wire (123), second fixed block (124) and torsion spring (125), second fixed block (124) are all installed to the left and right sides of baffle (9) rear side, be connected with apron (121) that can protect building material between two second fixed blocks (124) with the rotary type, both ends all overlap torsion spring (125) about apron (121), the both ends of torsion spring (125) are connected respectively between apron (121) and second fixed block (124), first fixed block (122) are installed on the upper portion of mount (1) rear side, the wire (123) have been gone up the round joint in first fixed block (122), the upper portion at apron (121) is connected to the other end of stay wire (123).

The conveying device for the low-rise building materials according to claim 2, wherein the anti-vibration mechanism (13) comprises first connecting frames (131), second connecting plates (132), first connecting rods (133), second springs (134) and protecting plates (135), two first connecting frames (131) are installed at the front side of the fixing frame (1), the second connecting plates (132) are installed between the two first connecting frames (131), the second connecting plates (132) are matched with the material discharging plate (8) in a clamping mode, the first connecting rods (133) are connected to the left side and the right side of each second connecting plate (132) in a sliding mode, the protecting plates (135) capable of resisting vibration of the building materials are installed between the two first connecting rods (133), and the second springs (134) are connected between the upper ends and the lower ends of the two first connecting rods (133) and the second connecting plates (132).

The apparatus for transporting a low-rise building material according to claim 3, further comprising an elevating mechanism (14) for elevating the building material, wherein the elevating mechanism (14) comprises a second connecting frame (141), a motor (142), and a first connecting shaft (143), lead screw (144), nut (145) and first connecting block (146), second link (141) are installed to the lower part of mount (1) rear side, motor (142) are installed to the upper portion of mount (1) rear side, be connected with first connecting axle (143) on the output shaft of motor (142), the sub-unit connection of first connecting axle (143) has lead screw (144) of adjustable building material height, threaded connection has nut (145) on lead screw (144), first connecting block (146) are installed to the rear side of flitch (8), be connected between first connecting block (146) and nut (145).

The conveying device for the low-rise building materials as claimed in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a pushing mechanism (15) capable of pushing the building materials out, wherein the pushing mechanism (15) comprises a pushing plate (151), a fixing rod (152), a third spring (153), a third fixing block (154), a clamping block (155), a fourth spring (156), a touch block (157), a first rack (158), a rotating shaft (159), a one-way gear (1510) and a touch rod (1511), the pushing plate (151) is movably connected to the rear side of the baffle (9), the fixing rods (152) are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the baffle (9), the third spring (153) is sleeved on the two fixing rods (152), two ends of the third spring (153) are respectively connected between the fixing rod (152) and the pushing plate (151), the third fixing block (154) is respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the rear side of the top of the baffle (9), all sliding type is connected with fixture block (155) on third fixed block (154), all install touch piece (157) on two fixture blocks (155), be connected with four fourth spring (156) between fixture block (155) and third fixed block (154), first rack (158) are all installed at the left and right sides both ends of baffle (9) rear side, the equal rotary type in left and right sides at mount (1) rear portion is connected with pivot (159), be connected with one-way gear (1510) on pivot (159), and one-way gear (1510) and first rack (158) intermeshing, install touch pole (1511) that can loosen push pedal (151) on pivot (159), touch pole (1511) and touch piece (157) contact cooperation.

The conveying device for the low-rise building materials, according to claim 5, is characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism (16) used for limiting, wherein the clamping mechanism (16) comprises a second connecting block (161), a fifth spring (162), a clamping ball (163) and a concave disc (164), the second connecting block (161) is installed on the left side and the right side of the fixing frame (1), the fifth spring (162) is arranged in the second connecting block (161), the concave disc (164) is installed and connected on the rotating shaft (159), and the clamping ball (163) capable of clamping the building materials is installed on the concave disc (164).

The conveying device for the low-rise building materials according to claim 6, further comprising a reset mechanism (17) capable of resetting the push plate (151), wherein the reset mechanism (17) further comprises a second connecting rod (171), a second rack (172), fourth fixing blocks (173), a second connecting shaft (174), a flat gear (175), a reel (176) and a pull rope (177), the second connecting rod (171) is installed on each of the left side and the right side of the first connecting block (146), the second racks (172) are installed on the two second connecting rods (171), the second racks (172) are in sliding fit with the fixed frame (1), the two fourth fixing blocks (173) are installed on each of the left side and the right side of the rear side of the bottom of the fixed frame (1), the second connecting shaft (174) is rotatably connected between the two adjacent fourth fixing blocks (173), and the flat gear (175) is installed on the second connecting shaft (174), and the flat gear (175) and the second rack (172) are meshed with each other, the middle part of the second connecting shaft (174) is rotatably connected with a reel (176), the reel (176) is wound with a pull rope (177) capable of sliding the push plate (151), the other end of the pull rope (177) is connected to the push plate (151), and the pull rope (177) is in sliding fit with the baffle (9).
8. The conveyance device for low-rise building materials according to claim 7, wherein the concave disc (164) is recessed at both front and rear sides thereof, and the catching balls (163) are engaged with the recesses.
