The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the mixed rubber is conveyed to a cold feed extruder by a rubber material trailer to be extruded and molded into an adhesive tape with certain temperature, width and thickness, the adhesive tape is subjected to temperature measurement by a temperature measuring device and then enters a 1# cooling roller in a water cooling roller device, the adhesive tape is guided by a riding wheel to be clockwise wound on the 1# cooling roller for about 4 circles, then enters a 2# cooling roller for about 4 circles through the riding wheel at the tail part of the 1# cooling roller, then enters a 3# cooling roller for about 4 circles clockwise winding at the head part of the 2# cooling roller, then is guided into a 4# cooling roller for 4 circles anticlockwise winding at the tail part of the 3# cooling roller, and finally enters a winding system from the head part of the 4# cooling roller, so that spiral winding is carried out to maximally increase the cooling time of the adhesive tape on the cooling roller so as to achieve a better temperature control effect, a temperature control unit of the water cooling roller provides temperature control for the whole water cooling roller device, and the temperature and the pressure of each water cooling roller can be set and checked on an operation system of the temperature control unit, the temperature detection devices are arranged when the rubber strips enter and exit the water-cooling roller device, so that the temperature can be conveniently set and checked to ensure that the temperature of the rubber strips is between 60 and 70 ℃, the rubber coating is convenient, and the influence of scorching on the performance of the fender rubber roller caused by long-time high temperature of the rubber strips is avoided; the adhesive tape gets into behind the multi-functional winding mechanism through leading the rubber tyer, speed adjusting device, adhesive tape thickness measuring device gets into flat, to one side, end full function covers gluey structure, then by covering gluey structure with the adhesive tape extrusion and winding on the work piece that is rotary motion by embedded weighing lathe bed drive, when covering gluey, need twine at last to cover gluey to cylindrical because of fender rubber roll roller core is mostly the toper at last, utilize the stroke of servo running gear and arm to cooperate when covering gluey to one side to carry out the successive layer compensation, reach required the requirement of covering gluey at last. the embedded type weighable lathe body is used for installing and driving a workpiece to rotate, weighing the roller core and the rubber amount wound and coated on the roller core in real time and feeding the rubber amount back to the control system;
the winding glue coating mechanism, the water cooling roller device, the water cooling roller temperature control unit, the cold feeding extruder, the extruder temperature control system and the roller type trimming mechanism are all arranged on the servo travelling mechanism and do linear reciprocating motion along the axial direction of the workpiece along with the servo travelling mechanism;
the winding and glue coating mechanism can complete the feeding motion of approaching or departing from the roller core along the direction vertical to the axis of the fender roller core, thereby completing the glue coating operation of the roller core;
the water cooling roller device and the water cooling roller temperature control unit are used for controlling the temperature of the rubber strip extruded from the cold feed extruder so that the temperature of the rubber strip is in a set temperature range; the cold feeding extruder is controlled by an extruder temperature control system;
the roller shape trimming mechanism is used for trimming the end face of the rubber roller after the rubber coating is finished;
the control system controls the embedded type weighing lathe bed, the winding and glue coating mechanism, the water cooling roller device, the water cooling roller temperature control unit, the cold feed extruder, the extruder temperature control system and the roller type trimming mechanism.

The ultra-large rubber covered roller winding machine for the fender according to claim 1, wherein the embedded type weighing lathe bed comprises a headstock driving device, a universal coupling, a chuck support and front and rear brackets, the headstock driving device is connected with the chuck through the universal coupling, and the chuck is supported by the chuck support; the front and rear brackets are used for supporting the front and rear ends of the workpiece respectively.
