Abstract

As shown in fig. 3, the lower connection end of the rail 32 and the cross beam 37 form a magnetic suspension structure, a first magnetic assembly 321 with opposite magnetism is installed on the lower surface of the magnetic suspension structure, a second magnetic assembly 322 with opposite magnetism is installed on the side surface of the magnetic suspension structure, and a third magnetic assembly 323 with opposite magnetism is installed on the upper surface of the magnetic suspension structure, so that the first magnetic assembly 321, the second magnetic assembly 322, and the third magnetic assembly 323 generate magnetic force after being electrified. The friction between the rail and the cross beam is reduced when the rail moves, and particularly, when the rail and the mold move together, the rail and the cross beam form a magnetic suspension structure due to the fact that the mold is heavy in weight, and the rail and the cross beam can move more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 1, an infrared receiver 312 is disposed on an outer side surface of an end portion of the beam 37, an infrared transmitter 313 is disposed on an outer side surface of an upper connecting end of the rail 32, and the infrared receiver 312 and the infrared transmitter 313 are respectively connected to the controller 310, so that when the infrared receiver 312 receives a signal from the infrared transmitter 313, the controller 310 controls the second motor 39 to stop the movement of the rail 32. When the infrared receiver receives the signal of infrared transmitter, the controller controls the second motor to stop the rail from moving, and the problem of rail derailment caused by improper manual control is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, a supporting beam 311 is movably connected to an end of the rail 36, the supporting beam 311 can be fixed perpendicular to the cup making machine body 1, and the supporting beam is arranged to balance the mold placing frame.
