The elastic blocks 1023 are provided with bar-shaped grooves 10231 for limiting the travel and are matched with the clamping blocks in the cylindrical channels 1022, as shown in fig. 6, the four elastic blocks are provided with bar-shaped grooves, so that the movement travel of the handle can be ensured, and obviously, the length of the bar-shaped grooves is related to the opening angle of the pawl.

The clamp holder 2 comprises a fixed seat 201, wherein the fixed seat 201 is cylindrical, a pawl mechanism 202 is inserted into the fixed seat 201, and a spring 203 is arranged between the pawl mechanism 202 and the fixed seat 201, so that the pawl mechanism 202 can be positioned in the fixed seat 201 to float; two insertion holes 2021 for matching with the release pins are formed at the end part of the pawl mechanism 202;
as shown in fig. 7, when a workpiece is machined, the side surface and the upper surface need to be machined at the same time, and the machining instrument is large, and the required working space is large, so that the fixing space reserved for the workpiece is small.
The pawl mechanism 202 includes a pawl fixing base 2022, a cavity 2023 for installing a pawl 2024 is formed in the pawl fixing base 2022, the cavity 2023 is connected to the jack 2021, two pawls 2024 are disposed in the cavity 2023 through two fixing shafts 2025, a pawl return spring 2026 is disposed between one ends of the two pawls 2024 corresponding to the jack 2021, so that the two pawls 2024 are matched with the cone head 301 of the fixing portion 3, and a pin 204 is disposed on the outer surface of the pawl fixing base 2022 and is clamped on the inner side wall of the fixing base 201. The lower end of the fixing seat 201 is provided with a first fixing groove 2011 for matching with a workpiece and a second fixing groove 2012 for matching with the fixing part 3.
The pawl mechanism utilizes the lever principle, two pawls are fastened on the conical head part from two directions, and the pawls provide a vertical locking force for a workpiece. As shown in fig. 8-10, the detent mechanism is better able to engage the securing portion.
The number of the releasers, the holders and the fixing portions in the present application is not one to one, but the number of the releasers is usually one, that is, each worker is provided with one releaser, the number of the holders and the fixing portions is provided with the number of workpieces to be processed, that is, the number of the holders and the fixing portions is provided with the number of the workpieces to be processed at the same time in the process.
A fixing portion 3, wherein a tapered head portion 301 is contracted at an end portion of the fixing portion 3, and the tapered head portion 301 is inserted into the pawl mechanism 202; the outer side wall of the fixing portion 3 has a locking pin 302, so that the locking pin 302 is engaged with the fixing seat 201 of the holder 2.
When the fixing part and the clamp holder are matched to clamp the workpiece, the release device can leave the clamp holder, so that the workpiece can be processed conveniently, and the occupied area of the release device is reduced.
The fixing device further comprises a fixing table 4 connected to the fixing part, wherein the center of the fixing table 4 is recessed inwards to form a positioning cavity 401 for installing a workpiece, and a plurality of bolt holes 402 and a positioning pin 403 are formed in the bottom of the positioning cavity 401 in an inserted mode.
The number of bolt holes 402 in this application is five.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
when the workpiece is required to be clamped, the clamping device penetrates through the workpiece to be pressed downwards, the pawl clamps the conical head under the action of the reset spring, and the workpiece is firmly clamped. When the clamping needs to be released, a release of the device is utilized. The release pin of the release device is inserted into the insertion hole, the pawl is pushed to rotate around the hinge pin, and the pawl is opened to pull out the clamp to release the clamping.
