as shown in fig. 7, when a workpiece is machined, the side surface and the upper surface need to be machined at the same time, the machining equipment is large, the required working space is large, the fixing space reserved for the workpiece is small, the workpiece can be fixed from the center of the workpiece through the clamping of the fixing seat and the fixing part, and a space is reserved for the external machining of the workpiece.
The pawl mechanism 202 includes a pawl fixing seat 2022, a cavity 2023 for mounting the pawl 2024 is opened inside the pawl fixing seat 2022, the cavity 2023 is communicated with the insertion hole 2021, the two pawls 2024 are disposed in the cavity 2023 through two fixing shafts 2025, a pawl return spring 2026 is disposed between one ends of the two pawls 2024 corresponding to the insertion hole 2021, so that the two pawls 2024 are fitted to the tapered end portion 301 of the fixing portion 3, and a pin 204 is disposed on the outer surface of the pawl fixing seat 2022 and engaged with the inner side wall of the fixing seat 201. The lower end of the fixing seat 201 is provided with a first fixing groove 2011 used for matching a workpiece and a second fixing groove 2012 used for matching the fixing part 3.
The pawl mechanism utilizes a lever principle, two pawls are tightly buckled on the conical head part from two directions, and the pawls provide a vertical locking force for a workpiece. As shown in fig. 8-10, the detent mechanism can better engage the fixed portion.
It should be noted that the number of the releasers, the holders and the fixing parts in the present application is not one to one, and usually the releasers are equipped with the number of workers, that is, each worker has one releaser, the holders and the fixing parts are equipped with the number of the workpieces to be processed, that is, how many workpieces are processed simultaneously in the process, and how many holders and fixing parts are equipped.
The end part of the fixing part 3 is provided with a contracted conical head part 301, so that the conical head part 301 is inserted into the pawl mechanism 202; the outer side wall of the fixing part 3 is provided with a clamping pin 302, so that the clamping pin 302 is matched with the fixed seat 201 of the clamp 2.

When it is desired to unclamp, a disabler of the device is utilized. The releasing pin of the releaser is inserted into the jack, the pawl is pushed to rotate around the hinge pin, and the pawl is opened to pull out the clamping device to release clamping.
