Further, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the bottom of the cartridge 410 is provided with sealing platforms 414 on both sides of the elongated discharge chute 412, and the discharge member 420 is tightly abutted against the two sealing platforms 414, so as to prevent paint from flowing out from between the sealing platforms 414 and the discharge member 420, and ensure that paint uniformly flows out from the discharge holes 421 below the elongated discharge chute 412.
Further, a gasket (not shown) is provided between the discharging member 420 and the sealing base 414, and the sealing property between the sealing base 414 and the discharging member 420 is enhanced by the gasket, so that the paint is prevented from flowing out between the sealing base 414 and the discharging member 420.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the cartridge 410 is positioned above the brush roll 300 with the discharge holes 421 proximate to the upper outer wall of the brush roll 300 so that the paint in the paint reservoir 411 flows out of the plurality of discharge holes 421 and is uniformly added to the surface of the brush roll 300. Wherein the cartridge 410 may be located directly above, left above, right above, or elsewhere on the brush roll 300, preferably the cartridge 410 may be located directly above the brush roll 300 such that paint within the paint reservoir 411 is added to the surface of the brush roll 300 from a plurality of exit apertures 421.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the discharge holes 421 are proximate to the surface of the product such that paint within the paint reservoir 411 flows out of the plurality of discharge holes 421 and is uniformly added to the surface of the product.
Further, the brush roller 300 may be a brush roller, a smooth roller, a toothed roller, or the like. Preferably, the brush roller 300 is a brush roller, which has good brushing effect and high brushing uniformity, and can brush the paint in the large scratches and large pits on the surface of the product, so that the product applicability is high.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the feeding mechanism 400 further includes a first stand 440 and two rotating frames 450. The first stand 440 is fixedly mounted on the frame 100, the centers of the two rotating frames 450 are rotatably connected to the first stand 440 through a rotating shaft 441, the two rotating frames 450 are spaced apart, a space is formed between the two rotating frames 450, and the rotating frames 450 are substantially in the shape of fan blades. A plurality of cartridges 410 are uniformly installed around between the two rotating frames 450. The cartridge 410 is connected to two rotating frames 450 at both ends thereof. Specifically, the cartridge 410 is provided with four. By rotating the rotating frame 450, different cartridges 410 can be made to be close to the surface of the brushing roller 300 or the surface of the product, and the cleaning and maintenance of the cartridges 410 can be facilitated. Wherein, the rotating frame 450 can be driven to rotate by manpower or a motor.
Further, the discharging members 420 of the plurality of cartridges 410 are respectively provided with discharging holes 421 having different diameters or different densities. The discharge holes 421 with different diameters or different densities have different amounts of paint discharge, and for different products, the surfaces of the products need to be coated with paint with different thicknesses, so that the material boxes 410 corresponding to the products can be pressed close to the surfaces of the brushing rollers 300 or the surfaces of the products by rotating the rotating frame 450, and the practicality is extremely high.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the loading mechanism 400 further includes a second stand 460 and a water tray 461. The second stand 460 is fixedly mounted on the frame 100, and the water tray 461 is slidably connected to the second stand 460 through a sliding rail structure. One of the cartridges 410 is located below the water tray 461, and the other cartridge 410 is located above the water tray 461. The water tray 461 can move in and out between the two rotating frames 450 and hold water or paint dropped from the cartridge 410 when the water tray 461 moves in between the two rotating frames 450.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, when the rotating frames 450 are rotated, the water tray 461 needs to be moved out between the two rotating frames 450, so as to prevent the water tray 461 from blocking the rotation of the rotating frames 450. When the material box 410 above the water containing disc 461 is cleaned, the water containing disc 461 is moved between the two rotating frames 450, and cleaning water or paint falls on the water containing disc 461, so that the material box 410, the brush coating roller 300 or the product below the water containing disc 461 cannot be polluted, and the cleaning machine has a reasonable structure and extremely high practicability.
In a particular embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the slide track structure includes a water tray slide track 462 and a slider 463. The slider 463 is mounted on the second stand 460, and the water tray slide rail 462 is horizontally slidably connected to the second stand 460 by the slider 463, and the water tray 461 is mounted on the water tray slide rail 462, so that the water tray 461 can move in or out between the two rotating frames 450.
In other embodiments, the slide track structure includes a water tray slide track 462 and a slider 463. The water tray slide rail 462 is horizontally installed on the second stand 460, the slider 463 is slidably connected to the water tray slide rail 462, and the water tray 461 is installed on the slider 463, so that the water tray 461 can move in or out between the two rotating frames 450.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the conveying mechanism 200 includes a conveying roller 210, a conveying roller driving part 220 and two conveying roller bearings 230. The two conveying roller bearings 230 are symmetrically installed on the frame 100 through bearing installation frames 231, and two ends of the shaft of the conveying roller 210 are respectively rotatably connected to the two conveying roller bearings 230 and are driven to rotate by the conveying roller driving part 220. A repair gap is formed between the transfer roller 210 and the brush roller 300. The product is continuously conveyed along the repair gap by the rotation of the conveying roller 210.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the conveying roller driving part 220 includes a first transmission part 221 and a first motor 222, both of which are mounted on a bearing mounting frame 231. The output end of the first transmission part 221 is fixedly connected with one end of the conveying roller 210, and the rotating shaft of the first motor 222 is fixedly connected with the input end of the first transmission part 221. The first motor 222 drives the conveying roller 210 to rotate through the first transmission part 221, and the structure is simple.
The structure of the brush roller driving assembly 310 is basically identical to the structure and the working principle of the conveying roller driving component 220, so that the description of how the brush roller driving assembly 310 drives the brush roller 300 to rotate is omitted here.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the conveying mechanism 200 further includes a lift driving cylinder 240 and two Z-direction linear guides 250. The two Z-direction linear guides 250 are symmetrically installed on the frame 100, and the sliding blocks 463 on the two Z-direction linear guides 250 are fixedly connected with the bearing mounting frame. The cylinder body of the lifting driving cylinder 240 is fixedly installed on the frame 100, and the driving rod of the lifting driving cylinder 240 is connected with the bearing mounting frame and is used for driving the conveying roller 210 to approach or separate from the paint roller.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lifting driving cylinder 240 drives the conveying roller 210 to move upward, thereby driving the conveying roller 210 to approach the brush roller 300. The lifting driving cylinder 240 drives the conveying roller 210 to move downwards, so that the conveying roller 210 is driven to be far away from the brushing roller 300, and cleaning and nursing of the conveying roller 210 and the brushing roller 300 are facilitated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the paint brush apparatus further includes a cleaning mechanism 500. The cleaning mechanism 500 includes a swing arm 510, a swing arm drive assembly 520, a first recovery box 530, and a first scraper 540. The first end of the swing arm 510 is rotatably connected to the frame 100 through a connecting shaft, the first recovery box 530 is fixedly mounted on the second end of the swing arm 510, and the first scraper 540 is mounted on the first recovery box 530. The swing arm driving assembly 520 is mounted on the frame 100, and the swing arm driving assembly 520 is connected with the swing arm 510 and is used for driving the first scraper 540 to be close to or far away from the outer wall of the conveying roller 210.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the conveying roller 210 rotates to convey a product, a little of paint on the product may drop onto the conveying roller 210, and after the conveying roller 210 rotates to pass through the first scraper 540, the paint or dust attached to the outer wall of the conveying roller 210 is scraped off and collected in the first recovery box 530, so that paint recycling is realized, and waste is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning mechanism 500 includes a second recovery box 550 and a second scraper 560. The second recovery box 550 is mounted at a second end of the swing arm 510, and the second scraper 560 is mounted on the second recovery box 550. The first scraper 540 and the second scraper 560 are respectively located at two sides of the conveying roller 210, and the swing arm driving assembly 520 is used for driving the first scraper 540 and the second scraper 560 to simultaneously cling to or keep away from the outer wall of the conveying roller 210.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second blade 560 operates in accordance with the first blade 540, and the second blade 560 serves to scrape off paint or dust adhering to the outer wall of the conveying roller 210 and collect it in the second recovery box 550. The first scraper 540 and the second scraper 560 scrape off the paint or dust on the outer wall of the conveying roller 210 at the same time, so that the paint or dust is scraped off cleanly and the collection effect is good. Wherein, the swing arm driving assembly 520 drives the first scraper 540 and the second scraper 560 to be away from the outer wall of the conveying roller 210 at the same time, so as to facilitate cleaning and nursing of the conveying roller 210, the first scraper 540, the second scraper 560, the first recovery box 530 and the second recovery box 550.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the swing arm driving assembly 520 includes a swing arm driving cylinder 521 and a hinge seat 522. The hinge seat 522 is symmetrically installed on the frame 100, the cylinder body of the swing arm driving cylinder 521 is provided with a hinge portion 521a, the hinge portion 521a is hinged with the hinge seat 522, and the driving rod of the swing arm driving cylinder 521 is rotatably connected with the middle portion of the swing arm 510. The swing arm 510 is driven to swing up and down through the telescopic movement of the swing arm driving cylinder 521, so that the first scraper 540 and the second scraper 560 are driven to be simultaneously attached to or away from the outer wall of the conveying roller 210, and the structure is simple and the movement is reliable.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the paint brushing apparatus further comprises a product delivery assembly 600. The product delivery assembly 600 is mounted to the frame 100 beside the brush gap 330 and delivers product to the brush gap 330 through the product delivery assembly 600.
In other embodiments, the conveyor 200 and the product delivery assembly 600 are primarily used to carry and deliver products (e.g., leather). For example, the conveyor 200 and product conveyor assembly 600 may be in the form of a conveyor line structure such as a belt or plate chain, as is well known in the art. In the working state, the conveying mechanism 200 and the product conveying assembly 600 drive the product (such as leather) to continuously convey forwards, so that the structure is simple, and the movement is stable.
The rest of the present embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, and the unexplained features in the present embodiment are all explained by the first embodiment, and are not described here again.

Claims (9)

1. The coating brushing device is characterized by comprising a frame, a conveying mechanism, a brushing roller driving assembly and a feeding mechanism;
the conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame, and two ends of the brushing roller are rotationally connected to the frame and are driven to rotate by the brushing roller driving assembly; the brushing roller is positioned above the conveying mechanism, and a brushing gap is formed between the brushing roller and the conveying mechanism;
the feeding mechanism comprises at least one material box; the material box is arranged on the frame, a coating containing cavity is arranged in the material box, an elongated discharging groove communicated with the coating containing cavity is formed in the bottom of the material box, the elongated discharging groove is covered with a discharging piece, and a plurality of discharging holes are uniformly formed in the elongated discharging groove by the discharging piece; the paint in the paint containing cavity is uniformly added on the surface of the brush-coating roller or the surface of a product through a plurality of discharge holes;
the feeding mechanism further comprises a first vertical frame and two rotating frames; the first stand is fixedly arranged on the frame, the centers of the two rotating frames are rotatably connected with the first stand through a rotating shaft, and a plurality of material boxes are uniformly arranged around the space between the two rotating frames.
2. The paint brush apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the discharging piece is a mesh cloth or a screen plate, and meshes of the mesh cloth or the screen plate are the discharging holes.
3. The paint brush apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the two opposite ends of the discharging piece are connected with hooks, an opening is formed in the top of the material box, the two hooks are respectively connected to the edges of the two opposite sides of the opening in a hanging mode, and the discharging piece covers the bottom of the material box.
4. The paint brush apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the material box is provided with sealing tables at two sides of the slender discharging groove, and the discharging piece is tightly abutted against the two sealing tables.
5. The paint brush apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the discharging pieces on the material boxes are respectively provided with discharging holes with different diameters or different densities.

The paint brush apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the feeding mechanism further comprises a second vertical frame and a water containing disc; the second stand is fixedly arranged on the frame, the water containing disc is connected to the second stand in a sliding mode through a sliding rail structure, the water containing disc can move in or out between the two rotating frames, and water or paint dropping from the material box is contained when the water containing disc moves in between the two rotating frames.

A paint brush apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying roller, a conveying roller driving part and two conveying roller bearings; the two conveying roller bearings are symmetrically arranged on the frame through bearing mounting frames, and two ends of the conveying roller shaft are respectively and rotatably connected with the two conveying roller bearings and are driven to rotate through the conveying roller driving part; and a repair gap is formed between the conveying roller and the brushing roller.

The paint brush apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the coating brushing device further comprises a cleaning mechanism; the cleaning mechanism comprises a swing arm, a swing arm driving assembly, a first recovery box and a first scraper; the first end of the swing arm is rotatably connected to the frame, the first recovery box is arranged at the second end of the swing arm, and the first scraper is arranged on the first recovery box; the swing arm driving assembly is installed on the frame, and is connected with the swing arm and used for driving the first scraper to cling to or keep away from the outer wall of the conveying roller.

The paint brush apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the cleaning mechanism comprises a second recovery box and a second scraper; the second recovery box is arranged at the second end of the swing arm, and the second scraper is arranged on the second recovery box; the first scraper and the second scraper are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying roller, and the swing arm driving assembly is used for driving the first scraper and the second scraper to be simultaneously attached to or away from the outer wall of the conveying roller.
