In the oven, the second air return opening and the second air supply opening are respectively arranged at the bottom and the side part of the cylindrical structure (an included angle is formed between the second air return opening and the second air supply opening), so that when hot air flows through the section 4, most of the hot air can be heated in a manner of penetrating through the food to be cooked layer by entering the food to be cooked from the bottom, and the utilization rate of the hot air is improved.
To further optimize the outer circulation path, the present invention introduces a constraining section comprising a first constraining portion configured for zone 3 and a second constraining portion configured for zone 1. In one possible embodiment, the first and second constrained portions are configured as follows:
1) the first guide portion corresponding to the section 3 is of the specific form: the first guide portion is disposed for a plurality of blowing points of the first blowing port. The first guide portion comprises a first main tube 41 and a second main tube 42 of a bent structure, the vertical portion of which is the upstream portion provided with a nozzle at a position corresponding to each blowing point, according to the orientation in fig. 2. The transverse part is a downstream part, the downstream part further comprises a plurality of parallel branch pipes 43 which are arranged between the two main pipes and distributed along the axial direction of the main pipes, each branch pipe is provided with a communicating pipe section 431 along the axial direction of the branch pipe, the pipe openings of the communicating pipe sections are communicating openings, and each communicating opening is aligned with the second air return opening, so that air sent out through the corresponding communicating opening can be guided to the corresponding position of the second air return opening. As in the present embodiment, the air from the first supply port can be delivered to the communication hole in the bottom of the basket in a multi-point delivery form by the cooperation of the plurality of branch pipes and the plurality of communication ports on each branch pipe.
It is obvious that the above-mentioned construction form is only an exemplary description of the first restriction portion corresponding to the section 3, and those skilled in the art can flexibly construct the first restriction portion according to actual needs. Such as may be: changing two pipelines with a plurality of nozzles of the upstream part into two chambers which are separated from the left and the right and cover corresponding areas and are communicated with the downstream part; and the like.
2) The second guide portion corresponding to section 1 is of the specific form: with the fry basket in place, the second supply port 31 is generally aligned with the first return air port 21 with a clearance (e.g., within approximately 5 cm). In order to reduce or avoid the overflow of the hot air flow caused by the existence of the gap when the hot air flow flows through the aforementioned section 1 (once the hot air flow participating in the external circulation is reduced, which affects the performance of the external circulation to a certain extent), in the present embodiment, a cylindrical structure 33 which is closed in the whole circumferential direction is provided at a position corresponding to the second air blowing opening, and the macroscopic shape of the cross section of the cylindrical structure 33 is a square, square microstructure which completely surrounds the first air blowing opening, and is a wavy line. Therefore, the hot air flow can be effectively prevented from diffusing to the periphery when flowing through the section 1, the diffusion of the hot air flow can not only reduce the hot air flow which accurately participates in the external circulation, but also can cause that the part of the hot air flow enters the frying chamber through the second air return opening at the bottom together with the heated hot air flow which is sent into the inner container through the first air supply opening before being heated, and the quality of the external circulation is influenced. In addition, the arrangement of the cylindrical structure 33 can also prevent the hot air sent to the inner container from flowing back to the frying chamber through the second air supply opening by the first air supply opening to a certain extent, so that the phenomenon that the external circulation is damaged due to the reverse flowing can be avoided.
It is obvious that the above-mentioned cylindrical structure is only an exemplary description of the second constraint part corresponding to the segment 1, and those skilled in the art can flexibly construct the second constraint part according to actual needs. Such as one baffle or a combination of several baffles, which may not be all circumferentially distributed, etc.
Preferably, the present invention provides a stirring member, such as a stir bar 34 in this embodiment, within the fry basket. It can be seen that in the inventive oven, an increase in air frying functionality is achieved through the configuration of the fry basket. On the basis, the second air supply outlet and the second air return outlet of the frying basket are set, so that an external circulation path of hot air flow of the oven during air frying is constructed. Based on the external circulation path, the probability that hot air flows through the food materials to be cooked layer by layer can be increased, the hot air utilization rate is improved on the basis, and the cooking performance of the oven is improved. And, by introducing the constraining section (especially the second constraining section introduced therein) in the section of the external circulation path, it is possible to better constrain the hot gas flow to complete the external circulation on the flow path in a predetermined manner.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A guided cooking apparatus with an air-frying function added thereto, the cooking apparatus comprising:
1) a cooking body formed with a cooking chamber;
2) a fan guard assembly capable of heating air and including a first return air opening to allow air to flow out of the cooking chamber and a first supply air opening to allow air to flow into the cooking chamber; and
3) a fry basket removably disposed in the cooking chamber, the fry basket forming a fry chamber for holding food material to be cooked;
the frying basket is provided with a second air supply opening corresponding to the first air return opening, so that the air in the frying chamber can reach the first air return opening through the second air supply opening;
wherein the fry basket has a second air return opening corresponding to the first air supply opening so that at least a portion of the air supplied through the first air supply opening reaches the fry chamber through the second air return opening;
the cooking apparatus further includes a restraint portion including:
a first restriction portion arranged in a flow path of air corresponding to the first blowing port → the second return air port, and
a portion of the first constraining portion near the downstream side, as viewed in the flow direction of the air, includes a plurality of communicating structures so as to:
at least a portion of the air arriving at the second return air inlet is distributed to the basket chamber via at least a portion of the plurality of communication structures.
2. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first restriction portion includes an upstream portion and a downstream portion which are provided along a flow direction of the air and communicate with each other, the upstream portion communicating with at least a part of the first air blowing port, and the plurality of communication structures are provided in the downstream portion.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 2, wherein the downstream portion is a conduit.
4. The cooking apparatus of claim 3, wherein the conduit comprises a main conduit in communication with the upstream portion and at least one branch conduit in communication with the main conduit,
wherein the communicating structures are distributed at least on the branch pipes.
5. The cooking apparatus of claim 4, wherein the main pipe comprises a first main pipe and a second main pipe, the at least one branch pipe being disposed between the first main pipe and the second main pipe.
6. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the restraint portion comprises:
a second restriction portion disposed in a flow path of air corresponding to the first return air opening → the first blowing opening.
7. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first air return opening is disposed in the cooking chamber away from the operator, the second air supply opening is disposed facing the first air return opening, and the second air return opening is disposed proximate a bottom region of the fry basket.
8. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fan guard assembly comprises:
a fan guard disposed within the cooking chamber;
wherein the fan guard is provided with a heating member and a fan at a side remote from an operator and has a hot air chamber so as to:
under the action of the fan, air in the frying chamber reaches the hot air chamber through the first air return opening, is heated by the heating member and then is guided to the first air supply opening.
9. The cooking apparatus of claim 8, wherein the cooking body includes a back plate, the fan guard and the back plate forming the hot air chamber.
10. The cooking apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first air return opening is disposed proximate a middle portion of the fan guard,
the fan is a centrifugal fan, the first air supply outlet comprises a plurality of air supply outlets distributed on the outer side of the first air return outlet, so that:
and under the action of the centrifugal fan, the air sucked into the hot air chamber through the first air return opening is thrown to the first air supply opening.
