Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen electrical equipment, in particular to cooking equipment with a partition air frying function.
Background
The air fryer is used as kitchen electrical equipment of new jin food class, and the working principle of the air fryer is that hot air flow replaces hot oil which is originally used for frying, the hot air flow circulates in a closed space (a frying basket), and grease of food materials is used for frying the food materials. Since no new grease is introduced, it is equivalent to frying by air from the viewpoint of whether or not grease is introduced. However, in the commercially available air fryer, during the frying process of the food material, the hot air path of the hot air flow in the frying basket is mainly promoted as the hot air flow is continuously blown to the surface layer of the food material, and the hot air flow often cannot penetrate through the food, so that the utilization rate of the hot air has a certain promotion space.
With the advent of kitchen appliances that correspond to various cooking modes (e.g., steaming, baking, frying, etc.), there has also been a multi-functional cooking appliance that includes air frying. Namely: the air frying and one or more cooking modes are integrated in one cooking device, so that one cooking device can realize multiple cooking modes. Such as:
chinese utility model patent (CN213786957U) discloses a multifunctional oven, and specifically discloses the following: the oven door is hinged on the oven shell, a baking cavity consisting of a U-shaped liner, a bottom back plate and the oven door is arranged in the oven shell, the U-shaped liner and the bottom back plate form an oven outer cavity, heating pipes are respectively arranged on the inner top surface of the U-shaped liner of the baking cavity and the bottom surface of the bottom back plate, a top shaded pole motor is arranged at the top of the U-shaped liner, it is used for radiating upside fan including one end oven outer cavity intercommunication, one end and roast chamber intercommunication make the downside fan that the air flows when the air is fried, another vent of upside fan and downside fan sets up on the rear panel of end back plate, it is equipped with detachable air and fries the dish to roast intracavity, the gridion, fry in shallow oil the dish, four sides of oven shell are equipped with a plurality of shell through-holes, be equipped with on the oven shell to the oven outer cavity, upside fan air supply realizes radiating outer cavity forced draught blower, it has realized that an oven multiple use function and oven outer cavity have strong heat dissipation and has fallen wet function.
When food needs to be fried by air, the heating pipe on the inner top surface of the U-shaped liner of the baking cavity works, and meanwhile, the top shaded pole motor above the heating pipe supplies air to the baking cavity to drive the air in the baking cavity to flow, so that the heat efficiency of the baking cavity is balanced, and the flowing air flows into the air channel of the lower side fan from the lower side of the top shaded pole motor and then is discharged. It can be seen that the multifunctional oven of this document can realize three cooking functions of baking, air-frying and frying. However, when the cooking function of air frying is completed, the hot air path of the hot air flow in the frying basket is basically the same as that of the air frying pan with single function, so that the utilization rate of the hot air is also improved to a certain extent similarly to the condition of the air frying pan with single function.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
To at least partially solve the above problems of the prior art, in particular: in the multifunctional cooking equipment with the air frying function, when the cooking function of air frying is finished, the hot air path of hot air in the frying basket is basically the same as that of the air frying pot with the single function, so that the condition similar to that of the air frying pot with the single function is adopted, during the frying of food materials to be cooked, the hot air path of the hot air in the frying basket is mainly improved as the hot air is continuously blown to the surface layer of the food materials to be cooked, the hot air cannot penetrate through the food, and therefore, the problem that the utilization rate of the hot air has certain space improvement exists, and the invention is provided.
Technical scheme
In view of the above, the present invention provides a cooking apparatus having a zoned air-frying function, the cooking apparatus including: 1) a cooking body formed with a cooking chamber; 2) a fan guard assembly capable of heating air and including a first return air opening to allow air to flow out of the cooking chamber and a first supply air opening to allow air to flow into the cooking chamber; and 3) a fry basket removably disposed to the cooking chamber, the fry basket forming a fry chamber for holding food material to be cooked; the frying basket is provided with a second air supply opening corresponding to the first air return opening, so that the air in the frying chamber can reach the first air return opening through the second air supply opening; wherein the fry basket has a second air return opening corresponding to the first air supply opening so that at least a portion of the air supplied through the first air supply opening reaches the fry chamber through the second air return opening; the cooking apparatus further includes: a partition portion that partitions the frying chamber into a plurality of sub-frying chambers, and the sub-frying chambers can be communicated with the second air supply port and the second air return port, respectively.
With this arrangement, the air can be fried in an externally circulating flow.
Specifically, the second air supply opening and the second air return opening, which correspond to the first air supply opening and the first air supply opening provided in the basket, define a flow path of hot air flow of the frying chamber → the second air supply opening → the first air return opening → the first air supply opening → the second air return opening → the frying chamber, and therefore, the food to be cooked can be heated more favorably.
It can be understood that, those skilled in the art can flexibly set the form and number of the second air supply openings and the corresponding form of the second air return openings according to actual requirements. Such as may be: the frying basket is provided with two separated second air supply outlets which are directly aligned with the first air return opening; the frying basket is provided with two second air supply openings, one second air supply opening is aligned with the first air return opening, the frying basket is provided with two separated second air supply openings, and the other second air supply opening is not aligned with the first air return opening; the fry basket has two separate second air outlets, one of which is directly aligned with the first air return; the other second supply port is switchable between alignment and misalignment with the first return air port; and the like.
It can be understood that, a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the corresponding form of the second return air inlet and the first supply air outlet according to actual requirements. Such as may be: in the hot air flow sent out by the first air supply outlet, if the hot air flow needs to return to the frying cavity again, the hot air flow can only return through the second air return outlet; the hot air flow sent out by the first air supply outlet can return through a second air return opening if the hot air flow needs to return to the frying cavity again, and can also return through the second air supply outlet (which can be sent back) or other original/newly-added structures; the second air return openings comprise a plurality of air return openings, and all hot air flow sent out by the first air supply opening is distributed to the second air return openings; and the like.
In addition, it can be understood that the structural form, the number and the arrangement position of the second air return openings in the frying basket can be flexibly arranged by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements. Such as may be: setting the arrangement position of the second air outlet by taking the hot air flow as a target to penetrate through the food to be cooked; the second air return openings comprise a plurality of air return openings, and hot air flow can be tried to penetrate through the local or the whole of the food to be cooked in an expected mode through the cooperation of the air return openings at a plurality of positions; and the like.
By providing the partition portion, the food to be cooked can be fried in a divisional manner.
Thus, when different types of food materials to be cooked need to be cooked, the food materials can be respectively arranged in different sub-frying chambers. Thus, multiple food materials can be air fried through one-time operation of the cooking program.
It should be noted that the communication mode of the sub-frying chamber with the second air supply outlet and the second air return outlet may be direct communication or indirect communication. Such as may be: arranging a special intermediate connecting member such as a pipeline and the like aiming at one of the plurality of sub-frying chambers to ensure that the sub-frying chambers are communicated with the second air supply outlet and the second air return outlet; and the like.
It will be appreciated that the number of sub-frying chambers and their particular form, such as shape, volume, etc., can be flexibly determined by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements. Such as each sub-frying chamber being formed substantially by a frying chamber aliquot, etc.
Furthermore, it is understood that the skilled person can select a suitable specific form of the partition according to the actual situation, such as it may be a structure or a combination of structures, it may be a fixed arrangement or a movable arrangement, etc. For example, the partition includes two fixedly disposed horizontal partitions, thereby dividing the frying chamber into upper and lower sub-frying chambers.
With the above-described cooking apparatus with zoned air-frying function, in one possible embodiment, the fry basket is provided with a communicating structure through which at least one pair of adjacent sub-fry chambers can communicate.
With this arrangement, hot air can be circulated between the adjacent sub-frying chambers. Based on this circulation, hot air can be circulated between the adjacent sub-frying chambers, and sharing is achieved to some extent. In addition, if one of the sub-frying chambers can be directly communicated with the second air return opening and the second air supply opening while the other one of the sub-frying chambers cannot realize such cheerful communication, the indirect communication between the sub-frying chambers and the second air return opening and the second air supply opening can be realized based on the circulation, so that the food materials to be cooked in the sub-frying chambers can be reliably cooked.
It will be appreciated that the number of pairs of sub-fryer chambers that need to be connected and the particular configuration and form of the connections that need to be made can be determined by one skilled in the art based on the circumstances. For example, the communication form can be continuous communication or selective communication. Taking selective communication as an example, for example, a shielding structure can be configured for the communication structure, and by the movement of the shielding structure relative to the communication structure, a pair of adjacent sub-frying chambers can be directly switched between a completely communicated state, a partially communicated state and a non-communicated state. Such as the communicating structure may be a pipe or the like.
With the above cooking apparatus having a zoned air-frying function, in one possible embodiment, the partition includes a partition body, and the communication structure is provided to or constructed by the partition body.
With this arrangement, a specific arrangement of the communicating structure is given.
It will be appreciated that the particular form of the communicating structure and the manner of its arrangement/construction on the partition body etc. may be determined by those skilled in the art in view of the actual circumstances. Taking the communication structure constructed by the partition body as an example, it may be: the partition main body comprises two stacked plate-shaped structures which can move along the range of the plate surface, and a communication structure is constructed under the condition that a gap is formed between the two plate-shaped structures along with the movement of the two plate-shaped structures; and the like.
With the above-described cooking apparatus with zoned air-frying function, in one possible embodiment, at least a portion of the partition body is movably disposed in the fry basket.
With this arrangement, the cooking performance of each sub-frying chamber can be adjusted more favorably.
With the above-described cooking apparatus having a zoned air-frying function, in one possible embodiment, the partition body is rotatably provided to the fry basket.
By this arrangement a specific active form of the partition body is given.
It is understood that the specific form of the partition body for realizing the rotation thereof can be flexibly determined by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, such as the structure thereof can be based on itself or an intermediate member such as a rotating shaft is added thereto.
With the above-described cooking apparatus with zoned air-frying function, in one possible embodiment, the partition body includes a plurality of partition cells distributed along the circumferential direction of the fry basket.
By this arrangement, a particular form of the partition body is given.
It is understood that the skilled person can flexibly determine the number of the separation monomers, the position and the structural form of each separation monomer, the relative position between the separation monomers, etc. according to the actual requirement. Further, the structures of the respective partition monomers may be the same or different.
In a possible embodiment, the first air return opening is arranged at a position far away from an operator in the cooking chamber, the second air supply opening is arranged at a position facing the first air return opening, and the second air return opening is arranged at a position close to the bottom area of the frying basket.
With this arrangement, a specific relative position of the second supply port and the second return port is given.
With this arrangement, a specific relative position of the second supply port and the second return port is given.
Specifically, the hot air flow circulates in the reentry portion of the external circulation path (i.e., the aforementioned second supply opening-basket-second return opening portion), and the included angle between the second supply opening and the second return opening is about 0 ° if the second supply opening and the second return opening are substantially at the same position (e.g., similar to the internal circulation mentioned in the background art), in which case the hot air flow is likely to circulate in an easier way of directly returning to the surface of the food. The turning arrangement can limit the circulation mode of the hot air flow to a certain extent, for example, at least the length of the path is increased or the large conversion of the path is ensured to be a necessary event, so that the possibility that the hot air flow penetrates through the food to be cooked when passing through the turning road section is increased.
For the cooking apparatus with zoned air-fryer functionality described above, in one possible embodiment, the fan guard assembly comprises: a fan guard disposed within the cooking chamber; wherein the fan guard is provided with a heating member and a fan at a side remote from an operator and has a hot air chamber so as to: under the action of the fan, air in the frying chamber reaches the hot air chamber through the first air return opening, is heated by the heating member and then is guided to the first air supply opening.
By means of the arrangement, a specific structure form of the fan cover assembly is given.
With respect to the cooking apparatus with zoned air-frying function described above, in one possible embodiment, the cooking body includes a back plate, and the fan guard and the back plate form the hot air chamber.
By means of this arrangement, a specific design of the hot air chamber is given.
For the cooking device with a zoned air frying function, in a possible implementation manner, the first air return opening is disposed near a middle portion of the fan cover, the fan is a centrifugal fan, and the first air supply opening includes a plurality of air supply openings distributed outside the first air return opening, so as to: and under the action of the centrifugal fan, the air sucked into the hot air chamber through the first air return opening is thrown to the first air supply opening.
With this arrangement, a specific form of the first return air opening and the first supply air opening is given.

Furthermore, while numerous specific details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a better understanding of the invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, cooktop principles and the like well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail in order to highlight the subject matter of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of an oven according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating an internal structure of an oven according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a fan cover assembly in an oven according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a fry basket in an oven according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, oven 100 mainly comprises a cooking body 1, a fan guard assembly capable of achieving circulation of hot air flow, and a fry basket 3 used during the time that the oven achieves its air-fry function. Wherein, the cooking body 1 is formed with the cooking chamber (such as inner bag), and the frying basket 3 is formed with the frying chamber, and the frying chamber is divided into a plurality of sub-frying chambers by the partition part, and after the food material to be cooked is held in the corresponding sub-frying chamber, the frying basket 3 is placed at the set position of the inner bag, so that the cooking of the food material to be cooked in the sub-frying chamber is completed in the air frying mode. Taking the food material to be cooked as the chicken wings as an example, the chicken wings can be pickled into different tastes (such as original taste, sweet taste, spicy taste and the like), then the different tastes are placed in different sub-frying chambers, and the chicken wings with various tastes can be cooked through the operation of one-time cooking program.
For example, the frying basket can be directly placed on the original grill of the oven, or a special fixing structure is configured for the frying basket, etc. A back plate 11 is arranged on one side (such as a back side) of the inner container, which is far away from an operation side (such as a side facing a user, generally referred to as a front side) of the user, a fan cover 2 is installed on the back plate, a hot air cavity is formed between the fan cover 2 and the back plate, a first air return opening 21 is arranged at a position close to the middle of the fan cover, a first air supply opening 22 is arranged outside the first air return opening 21, and an air outlet area is arranged in a mode of surrounding the air inlet area so as to more uniformly distribute air carrying heat to the surface of food materials, so that the food materials to be baked are cooked.
Wherein, a fan is arranged in the hot air chamber at a position corresponding to the first return air port 21, and the fan comprises a driving motor 23 and a fan 24. The motor rotates to drive the fan to rotate at a position facing the first air return opening 21, and the rotation of the fan can enable air in the inner container to flow through the first air return opening 21 and enter the hot air chamber. Illustratively, to ensure operational stability of the fan, the center of the fan disk of the fan substantially coincides with the center of the first return air opening 21 (i.e., the center of the fan guard). A heating coil 25 is also arranged in the hot air chamber at a position corresponding to the first return air inlet 21, and the air in the inner container can be heated by the heating coil after being sucked into the hot air chamber through the first return air inlet 21 by the fan.
In the embodiment, the first air return opening 21 is substantially a disk-shaped structure formed by a plurality of grid holes, and the first air supply opening 22 includes a plurality of air supply points, for example, the air supply points are substantially strip-shaped holes. Illustratively, the fan guard includes a plate portion and a flange extending from the plate portion in a direction adjacent to the back plate 11, the back plate, the flange and the plate portion thereby forming the hot air chamber. The air supply points comprise a plurality of air supply points arranged on the turned-over edge and three groups arranged on the plate-shaped structure from top to bottom, and each group comprises a small group which is symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the first air return port 21 in a left-right mode. The number of the air supply points included in each group is gradually reduced from top to bottom. Specifically, the upper group includes groups of 8 blowing points symmetrically disposed on both sides of the first air return opening 21. The middle group includes 3 and the lower group includes 2. Obviously, the specific configuration of the first air return opening and the first air supply opening is only a specific example, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the configuration according to actual needs.
Wherein the fry basket 3 is removably arranged in the liner so that the fry basket can be put into or taken out of the liner at any time. The fry basket is roughly a cylindrical structure, the side wall of the cylindrical structure is provided with a second air supply outlet 31, and the bottom wall of the cylindrical structure is provided with a second air return outlet 32. Wherein, the second supply-air outlet 31 links up with aforementioned first return air inlet, and second return air inlet 32 links up with aforementioned first supply-air outlet, specifically: the air of the frying chamber can reach the first air return opening through the second air supply opening, and at least one part of the air sent to the inner container through the first air supply opening can reach the frying chamber through the second air return opening.
In the present embodiment, the second air return opening 32 is a substantially bar-shaped grille, and the second air supply opening 31 is a substantially mesh grille substantially aligned with the first air return opening, such as a substantially square mesh grille completely covering the first air return opening. Obviously, similar to the first air return opening and the first air supply opening, the specific configuration of the second air return opening and the second air supply opening is only a specific example, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the configuration according to actual needs.
Thus, under the action of the fan, the airflow enters the hot air chamber from the first air return opening 21 in the middle of the fan cover to be heated, then is distributed to the liner in a peripheral diffusion mode through each air supply point of the first air supply opening 22, then reaches the frying basket chamber through the second air return opening 32 at the bottom of the frying basket to penetrate through the food to be cooked, and then is sent to the position corresponding to the first air return opening 21 through the second air supply opening 31 at the side part of the frying basket, so that an external circulation path of the hot airflow is formed.
It can be seen that the outer circulation path of the hot air flow mainly includes the section between the second supply port and the first return port (denoted as section 1), the section between the first return port and the first supply port (denoted as section 2, similar to the original function of the oven), the section between the first supply port and the second return port (denoted as section 3), and the section between the second return port and the second supply port (denoted as section 4).
In the oven, the second air return opening and the second air supply opening are respectively arranged at the bottom and the side part of the cylindrical structure (an included angle is formed between the second air return opening and the second air supply opening), so that when hot air flows through the section 4, most of the hot air can be heated in a manner of penetrating through the food to be cooked layer by entering the food to be cooked from the bottom, and the utilization rate of the hot air is improved.
In order to further optimize the external circulation path, corresponding constraining parts can be provided, in particular for the aforementioned sections 1 and 3, in order to constrain the hot gas flow flowing through the sections to a certain extent, so that on the basis thereof the path of the external circulation can be better configured.
It is understood that the specific arrangement of the restricting part on the cooking apparatus, etc. can be flexibly determined by those skilled in the art according to actual needs. Such as may be: is an independent structure and has a single connection relation; is a structure fixedly connected with the existing structure or integrally formed; and the like.
It should be noted that the main functions of the constraint part are: and according to the formulated constraint target, adjusting the path of the hot gas flow at the corresponding position in a way matched with the constraint target. On the premise that the functions can be realized, a person skilled in the art can flexibly determine the structural form, the number, the arrangement position and the like of the constraint part according to actual needs.
Taking the example of configuring the restriction portion for section 1, specifically, in the state where the fry basket is put in place, the second air blowing opening 31 is approximately aligned with the first air return opening 21 with a certain gap (e.g., within approximately 5 cm). In order to reduce or avoid the overflow of the hot air flow due to the gap when the hot air flow passes through the aforementioned section 1 (once the overflow occurs, the hot air flow participating in the external circulation is reduced, which affects the performance of the external circulation to some extent), in this embodiment, a baffle 33 with a waved microstructure is respectively arranged at two sides of the position corresponding to the second air blowing opening. Therefore, the hot air flow can be effectively prevented from diffusing to two sides when flowing through the section 1, on one hand, the diffusion of the hot air flow causes the reduction of the hot air flow which accurately participates in the external circulation, on the other hand, the diffusion of the hot air flow can also cause the part of the hot air flow to enter the explosion chamber through the second air return opening at the bottom together with the heated hot air flow which is sent into the inner container through the first air supply opening before being heated, and the quality of the external circulation is influenced. In addition, the setting of baffle can also block to a certain extent that the steam that first supply-air outlet sent to the inner bag flows through the second supply-air outlet and flees to the system chamber of frying, consequently can avoid the destroyed phenomenon of extrinsic cycle that leads to from this. Obviously, a pair of baffles is only an exemplary illustration of the constraining portion, and one skilled in the art can flexibly construct the first constraining portion according to actual needs.
Furthermore, although not mentioned in the present embodiment, a person skilled in the art may add a restriction to section 3 as well, in order to optimize the quality and performance of the hot gas flow during its flow through section 3. The constraint for zone 3 may be the same as or different from the previously described constraint for zone 1.
In a possible embodiment, the partition mainly comprises a base 34 of cylindrical structure fixedly arranged inside the basket, four partitions 35 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the base, and each partition 35 is provided with a communication hole 351. In this way, four food materials can be placed in the sub-frying chambers divided by the four dividing plates 35 in a partitioned manner, and the second return air inlet is also correspondingly divided into four return air areas, namely: the four sub-frying chambers can be directly communicated with the second air return opening. As can be seen with reference to FIGS. 2 and 4, two of the sub-frying chambers can communicate directly with the second air supply outlet, while the other two sub-frying chambers need to communicate indirectly with the second air supply outlet by means of communication holes in the partition plate.
It is understood that the form of the partition is only an exemplary description, and those skilled in the art can reasonably design and adjust the partition according to actual conditions, such as adding a transverse partition capable of partitioning the axial region, etc.
Preferably, the present invention forms a shaped engagement structure 36, such as a streamline or star-like structure in the figures, on the inside of the top of the fry basket to better reflect and direct hot air reaching the top of the fry basket in a direction toward the second supply port.
It can be seen that in the inventive oven, an increase in air frying functionality is achieved through the configuration of the fry basket. On the basis, the second air supply outlet and the second air return outlet of the frying basket are set, so that an external circulation path of hot air flow of the oven during air frying is constructed. Based on this outer circulation route, can increase the probability that the hot-blast stream pierces through the edible material of waiting to cook layer by layer, improved hot-blast utilization ratio on this basis. And, because the setting of partition portion can cook the multiclass food material based on the operation of the same time cooking procedure, improved the culinary art performance of oven.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
