Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic cigarette chip with humidity detection, which comprises an airflow signal sensing and processing circuit, a humidity signal sensing and processing circuit, a power tube driving logic and a memory, wherein the airflow signal sensing and processing circuit is used for providing a first airflow signal for the power tube driving logic; the sensing and processing circuit of the humidity signal is used for providing a second humidity signal for the power tube driving logic; and the power tube driving logic is used for retrieving a first threshold value and a second threshold value from the memory, comparing the first airflow signal with the first threshold value to output a first control signal, comparing the second humidity signal with the second threshold value to output a second control signal, outputting a heating control signal at least according to the first control signal and the second control signal, and further controlling a heating circuit outside the chip to adjust the heating power of the smoke cartridge according to the heating control signal. Therefore, the energy-saving level of the electronic cigarette chip is improved, and the environmental protection hazard is reduced as much as possible.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chips, and particularly relates to an electronic cigarette chip with humidity detection function.
Background
With the use of the heated and non-combustible low-temperature herbal electronic cigarette, the smoke cartridge part of the low-temperature herbal does not contain tobacco components, and natural herbs such as tea leaves, ginkgo leaves and flowers are mainly used as raw materials, so that the low-temperature herbal electronic cigarette has a trend of reducing harmful substances.

and the power tube driving logic is used for retrieving a first threshold value and a second threshold value from the memory, comparing the first airflow signal with the first threshold value to output a first control signal, comparing the second humidity signal with the second threshold value to output a second control signal, outputting a heating control signal at least according to the first control signal and the second control signal, and further controlling a heating circuit outside the chip to adjust the heating power of the smoke cartridge according to the heating control signal.
It can be understood that when the user uses the electronic cigarette, the smoking action involves the humidity environment of the oral cavity, so the operation logic of the electronic cigarette chip involves sensing and processing the humidity, but the ambient humidity itself is also an interference factor, so the embodiment further considers sensing and processing the airflow. And the chip operation can be controlled more specifically by the relevant threshold value in the memory in the chip in advance. Therefore, the electronic cigarette chip can manage the energy management of the electronic cigarette chip through the power tube driving logic, thereby reducing the waste of electric energy of a smoke cartridge and a battery, and being beneficial to maintaining the service life of the heating element. It should be noted that, because the large environment and the small environment inside and outside the oral cavity of the human body are different, which relates to the difference of the temperature, especially, in the process that the electronic cigarette instantly enters and exits the oral cavity, there is a jump in the temperature, and therefore, the present embodiment detects whether the electronic cigarette enters the oral cavity or not through the temperature. The prior art does not have the technology, but the embodiment can further control heating through temperature, and the electronic cigarette is more intelligent, better in human-computer interaction and also capable of ensuring the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.

For this embodiment, the behavior of the intervals of the inlet and the outlet of the electronic cigarette is even periodic, so that the intervals of some users are periodic. However, more appears to be intermittent behavior in a general sense, since it is rather aperiodic for the user. This behavior results in large-small airflow and intermittent jumps in humidity, temperature, and light.
Therefore, the invention can record the historical value through the memory and judge whether the jump occurs through the power tube driving logic, and the detection capability of whether the electronic cigarette enters the oral cavity or not is improved through any sensing and processing circuit or any combination thereof by taking the jump as a characteristic. And based thereon, each sensing and processing circuit outputs a corresponding logically true or false control signal, such as a first control signal, a second control signal, a third control signal, and a fourth control signal, when it detects that the e-cigarette enters or leaves the mouth through the aforementioned jump. And, in order to reduce the misoperation, carry on the logical AND operation to two control signals among them at least.
