Illustratively, when a certain event is held, all persons participating in the event need to be subjected to health detection within a specified time before the event is carried out, so as to avoid the risk problem of holding the aggregated event caused by the specific health problem of the persons participating in the event, so that the event can be normally held, the content management platform receives the result content of health detection uploaded by the persons participating in the event, deletes the detected users from the target list of the user list containing all the results of health detection needing to be counted, so that the content management platform can update the target list in real time based on the received content result, so as to ensure that the content management platform can count the users who do not carry out health detection at the current moment in real time.
Step 303, obtaining a target list at a target time in the first update period, and determining a user in the target list at the target time as an undetected user.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the current time is a target time in a first update period, the content management platform may obtain a target list of the current time, and determine a user in the target list at the target time as an undetected user in the first update period.

In the embodiment of the application, the content management platform determines the first reminding mode according to the target time to which the current time belongs.
The first reminding mode may be a mode of sending reminding information to the user terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, in response to that the target time is the first time, determining that the first reminding manner is to send reminding information to the user terminal in an in-program push manner; responding to the second moment of the target moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send reminding information to the user terminal in a short message mode; and responding to the third moment as the target moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call mode.
Step 305, obtaining user information corresponding to the undetected user.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to send the reminding information to the undetected user in the target list, user information corresponding to the undetected user included in the target list may be acquired.
In one possible implementation manner, the user information includes an identity of the user, user account information, and a contact address corresponding to the user.

In the embodiment of the application, the parameters of the user information required by the first reminding mode can be determined according to the user information, and the content management platform sends the corresponding reminding information to the user terminal at the target moment in the determined first reminding mode.
In a possible implementation manner, the first reminding manner includes at least one of a program internal push reminding manner, a short message reminding manner and a voice call reminding manner.
The reminding strength corresponding to the program internal push reminding, the short message reminding and the voice call reminding can be enhanced in sequence.
That is to say, according to the sequence of the target time, the sequence of reminding the user is to carry out the push reminding in the program preferentially, then carry out the short message reminding, and finally carry out the voice call reminding.
And sending reminding information to a user terminal corresponding to the user contained in the target list at the first moment in response to that the target moment is the first moment, so that the user terminal displays the reminding information through a client corresponding to the content management platform.
And responding to the second moment of the target moment, sending the user information and the reminding information to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a short message reminding manner at the second moment according to the contact information related to the user in the user information.
And responding to the third moment as the target moment, and sending the user information and the reminding information to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call reminding manner at the third moment according to the contact information related to the user in the user information.
For example, if the target time is set to 12 pm, 15 pm and 18 pm, the 12 pm is the first time, the 15 pm is the second time and the 18 pm is the third time, and when the current time is 12 pm, the content management platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the user included in the current target list, so that the user terminal displays the reminding information through the client corresponding to the content management platform; when the current time is 15 pm, the content management platform sends user information and reminding information corresponding to the user in the current target list to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a short message reminding manner according to a contact way related to the user in the user information; when the current time is 18 o' clock at night, the content management platform sends the user information and the reminding information corresponding to the user in the current target list to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call reminding mode according to the contact mode related to the user in the user information.
In a possible implementation manner, when the content management platform includes a communication function that supports sending a short message and a voice call to the user terminal, the content management platform sends a reminding message to the user terminal in a short message reminding manner at a second time according to a user-related contact manner in the user information, or sends a reminding message to the user terminal in a voice call reminding manner at a third time according to a user-related contact manner in the user information.
In a possible implementation manner, if the response target time is the third time, the content management platform firstly sends the reminding information to the user terminal of the user in a voice call reminding manner at the third time according to the user-related contact information in the user information, and if the call fails, sends the reminding information to the user terminals of other users in a voice call reminding manner according to other user-related contact information.
For example, at the third time, the target list in the content management platform includes the user a, the user a belongs to the user set a, and the first type of user exists in the user set a, and if the voice call with the user terminal of the user a fails according to the acquired contact manner of the user a, the content management platform may acquire the contact manner of the first type of user in the user set a and may perform the voice call with the user terminal of the first type of user.
Step 307, in response to the target time period of the current time within the first update cycle, obtaining the undetected user at the current time.
In the embodiment of the application, after each target time preset in the first update period sends the reminding information to the user terminal, when the current time is in the target time period, the undetected user at the current time can be acquired.
In one possible implementation manner, in response to the target time period that the current time is within the first update period, the target list of the current time is obtained, so that the undetected user is determined.
After the user terminal performs the reminding information of each target time in the first updating period, in order to count the users who have not performed the uploading of the health detection result content after the reminding, a target time period needs to be set after each target time in the first updating period, and the undetected user is determined by obtaining the target list in the target time period.
And 308, acquiring the statistical data of the user set, and sending the statistical data of the user set to the user terminals of the first class of users in the user set.
In the embodiment of the application, the content management platform determines users who have not uploaded the health detection result content in each user set according to the target list, and acquires relevant data of each user. The content management platform can send the respective statistical data of each user set to the user terminals of the first type users in each user set, so that the first type users in each user set can timely know the users who have not uploaded the result content after being reminded, and contact the users to supervise the users to upload the result content through the related data of the users in the obtained statistical data, or determine the health detection result and upload the result instead, and can add corresponding remark information to explain the conditions of the users.
The statistical data comprises the relevant data of the users which do not upload the result content in the user set. The related data may include the number of users who have not uploaded the result content in the belonging user set, the name of each user who has not uploaded the result content, and the contact information of the user who has not uploaded the result content.
For example, the content management platform determines, according to a target list acquired in a target time period, that the target list includes a user a, a user B, and a user c, where the user a and the user B belong to a user set a, and the user c belongs to a user set B, the content management platform may determine that there are two users in the user set a who have not uploaded result content, the two users are the user a and the user B respectively, and acquire related information of the user a and the user B, and the content management platform may determine that there is one user in the user set B who have not uploaded result content, the user c, and acquire related information of the user c.
In one possible implementation manner, in response to that the obtained result content does not meet the target condition, determining a user set to which a user corresponding to the result content belongs; and sending the warning information to the user terminals of the first class users in the user set.
The warning information may be used to notify that the result content of the user in the user set to which the first type of user belongs does not meet the target condition, so that the first type of user can control each user in the user set in time, and the negative health influence on the users in other user sets is prevented.
In summary, at the target time in an update period, the content management platform determines the users who have not uploaded the result content among the designated users, then determining a first reminding mode corresponding to the target time, sending reminding information to the user terminal which does not upload result content in the first reminding mode so as to remind the user to carry out health detection and upload the result content, the method can realize that whether the user carries out health detection or not is uniformly counted through the content management platform, and determines the undetected users in real time and uniformly reminds the undetected users, thereby avoiding the situation that the result content is not obtained timely because whether the users carry out health detection or not is collected independently, improving the management effect of the health detection result, therefore, the users who do not carry out health detection can be reminded uniformly at the target moment, and the reminding efficiency of the users who do not upload the health detection results is improved.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of an information reminding device for content management, which is used in a content management platform according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and includes:
a user determining module 410, configured to determine, at a target time in a first update period, an undetected user in the first update period; the undetected users are at least one user of the specified users who has not uploaded the result content; the result content is used for indicating the result obtained by the health detection of the user;
a mode determining module 420, configured to determine a first reminding mode corresponding to the target time; the first reminding mode is a mode of sending reminding information to the user terminal;
a reminding module 430, configured to send the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding manner; and the reminding information is used for reminding the undetected user to upload the result content.
In one possible implementation, the user determining module 410 includes:
the list acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a target list at the target moment in the first updating period; the target list is a list for recording the undetected users at the current moment;
and the user determining submodule is used for determining the user in the target list at the target moment as the undetected user.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
a content obtaining sub-module, configured to obtain the result content uploaded by the user terminal in the first update period before obtaining the target list at the target time in the first update period;
and the user removing sub-module is used for removing the user corresponding to the result content from the target list in response to the result content meeting the target condition.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring user information corresponding to the undetected user before sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode; the user information comprises at least one of a user identification and a contact way related to the user;
the reminding module 430 includes:
and the reminding submodule is used for sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode according to the user information.
In a possible implementation manner, the target time in the first update period includes a first time, a second time, and a third time; wherein the first time is earlier than the second time, and the second time is earlier than the third time; the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the first moment is smaller than the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the second moment, and the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the second moment is smaller than the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the third moment.
In one possible implementation manner, the manner determining module 420 includes:
a first determining submodule, configured to determine, in response to that the target time is the first time, that the first reminding manner is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in an intra-program push manner;
a second determining submodule, configured to determine, in response to the target time being the second time, that the first reminding manner is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in a form of a short message;
and the third determining submodule is used for responding to the third moment of the target moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call mode.
In a possible implementation manner, each of the designated users is divided into at least one user set; the user set comprises at least one first type of user; the first class of users are users having a first right; the first right is a right for uploading or modifying the result content of each user in the user set to which the first right belongs.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the user acquisition module is used for responding to a target time period of the current time within the first updating period and acquiring the undetected user at the current time;
the statistical module is used for acquiring statistical data of the user set; the statistical data comprises the relevant data of the undetected users in the user set;
a data sending module, configured to send the statistical data of the user set to the user terminal of the first class of users in the user set.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the set determining module is used for determining the user set to which the user corresponding to the result content belongs in response to the fact that the obtained result content does not meet the target condition;
and the warning module is used for sending warning information to the user terminals of the first class of users in the user set.
In summary, at the target time in an update period, the content management platform determines the users who have not uploaded the result content among the designated users, then determining a first reminding mode corresponding to the target time, sending reminding information to the user terminal which does not upload result content in the first reminding mode so as to remind the user to carry out health detection and upload the result content, the method can realize that whether the user carries out health detection or not is uniformly counted through the content management platform, and determines the undetected users in real time and uniformly reminds the undetected users, thereby avoiding the situation that the result content is not obtained timely because whether the users carry out health detection or not is collected independently, improving the management effect of the health detection result, therefore, the users who do not carry out health detection can be reminded uniformly at the target moment, and the reminding efficiency of the users who do not upload the health detection results is improved.
FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating the structure of a computer device 500 according to an example embodiment. The computer device 500 may be a user terminal such as a smartphone, tablet computer or desktop computer in the system shown in fig. 1. Computer device 500 may also be referred to by other names such as target user device, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, and the like.
Generally, the computer device 500 includes: a processor 501 and a memory 502.
The processor 501 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so on. The processor 501 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 501 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 501 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, processor 501 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.
Memory 502 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 502 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 502 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 501 to implement the methods provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the computer device 500 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 503 and at least one peripheral. The processor 501, memory 502 and peripheral interface 503 may be connected by a bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface 503 by a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 504, display screen 505, camera assembly 506, audio circuitry 507, positioning assembly 508, and power supply 509.
In some embodiments, the computer device 500 also includes one or more sensors 510. The one or more sensors 510 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 511, gyro sensor 512, pressure sensor 513, fingerprint sensor 514, optical sensor 515, and proximity sensor 516.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in FIG. 5 does not constitute a limitation of the computer device 500, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or combine certain components, or employ a different arrangement of components.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of a computer device 600 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The computer device can be implemented as a server in the above solution system of the present application. The computer apparatus 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601, a system Memory 604 including a Random Access Memory (RAM) 602 and a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 603, and a system bus 605 connecting the system Memory 604 and the CPU 601. The computer device 600 also includes a mass storage device 606 for storing an operating system 609, application programs 610, and other program modules 611.
The mass storage device 606 is connected to the central processing unit 601 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 605. The mass storage device 606 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the computer device 600. That is, the mass storage device 606 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or Compact Disc-Only Memory (CD-ROM) drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer-readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) flash Memory or other solid state Memory device, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD), or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 604 and mass storage device 606 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
The computer device 600 may also operate as a remote computer connected to a network via a network, such as the internet, in accordance with various embodiments of the present disclosure. That is, the computer device 600 may be connected to the network 608 through the network interface unit 607 coupled to the system bus 605, or may be connected to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown) using the network interface unit 607.
The memory further includes at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions, where the at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions is stored in the memory, and the central processing unit implements all or part of the steps in the information reminding method for content management shown in the above embodiments by executing the at least one instruction, at least one program, code set, or set of instructions.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is further provided, which stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement all or part of the steps of the above-mentioned scene picture exhibition method. For example, the computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product or a computer program is also provided, which comprises computer instructions, which are stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions to cause the computer device to perform all or part of the steps of the method described in any of the embodiments of fig. 2 or fig. 3.

Claims (13)

1. An information reminding method for content management, wherein the method is executed by a content management platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining undetected users in a first update period at a target time in the first update period; the undetected users are at least one user of the specified users who has not uploaded the result content; the result content is used for indicating the result obtained by the health detection of the user;
determining a first reminding mode corresponding to the target moment; the first reminding mode is a mode of sending reminding information to the user terminal;
sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode; and the reminding information is used for reminding the undetected user to upload the result content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining undetected users in the first update period at the target time in the first update period comprises:
acquiring a target list at the target moment in the first updating period; the target list is a list for recording the undetected users at the current moment;
and determining the users in the target list at the target moment as the undetected users.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the obtaining the target list at the target time in the first update period, further comprising:
acquiring the result content uploaded by the user terminal in the first updating period;
and in response to the result content meeting the target condition, removing the user corresponding to the result content from the target list.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding manner, the method further comprises:
acquiring user information corresponding to the undetected user; the user information comprises at least one of a user identification and a contact way related to the user;
the sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding manner includes:
and sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode according to the user information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target time within the first update period comprises a first time, a second time, and a third time; wherein the first time is earlier than the second time, and the second time is earlier than the third time; the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the first moment is smaller than the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the second moment, and the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the second moment is smaller than the reminding intensity of the first reminding mode corresponding to the third moment.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining the first reminding manner corresponding to the target time includes:
responding to the target moment as the first moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in an in-program push mode;
responding to the target moment as the second moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in a short message mode;
and responding to the third moment as the target moment, and determining that the first reminding mode is to send the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call mode.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein each of the designated users is divided into at least one set of users; the user set comprises at least one first type of user; the first class of users are users having a first right; the first right is a right for uploading or modifying the result content of each user in the user set to which the first right belongs.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
responding to a target time period of the current time within the first updating period, and acquiring the undetected user at the current time;
acquiring statistical data of the user set; the statistical data comprises the relevant data of the undetected users in the user set;
and sending the statistical data of the user set to the user terminals of the first class of users in the user set.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in response to that the obtained result content does not meet a target condition, determining the user set to which the user corresponding to the result content belongs;
and sending warning information to the user terminals of the first class users in the user set.
10. An information reminding device for content management, wherein the device is used in a content management platform, the device comprises:
the system comprises a user determining module, a user updating module and a user updating module, wherein the user determining module is used for determining undetected users in a first updating period at the target moment in the first updating period; the undetected users are at least one user of the specified users who has not uploaded the result content; the result content is used for indicating the result obtained by the health detection of the user;
the mode determining module is used for determining a first reminding mode corresponding to the target time; the first reminding mode is a mode of sending reminding information to the user terminal;
the reminding module is used for sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode; and the reminding information is used for reminding the undetected user to upload the result content.
11. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes, or the set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the method of information alert for content management as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method of information alert for content management as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A computer program product, characterized in that the computer program product comprises computer instructions which, when executed by a processor of a terminal, cause the terminal to perform the method for reminder of information for content management according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
