The attendance management method provided in the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the attendance management system provided in any embodiment of the invention, has corresponding functions and beneficial effects of the attendance management system, does not have technical details described in detail in the embodiment, and can be specifically referred to the attendance management system provided in any embodiment of the invention.

Claims (10)
1. An attendance management system, the system comprising: the system comprises a record reading module, a record summarizing module, an attendance checking accounting module and a result output module; wherein,
the record reading module is used for reading the leave-asking note record, the overtime note record and the annual leave use record of the target employee;
the record summarizing module is used for screening the negotiable leave request note record, the negotiable overtime note record and the negotiable annual leave use record according to the target negotiable project data, and calculating the summarizing time length of the negotiable leave request note record, the summarizing time length of the negotiable overtime note record and the summarizing time length of the negotiable annual leave use record; determining the restitution residual time of the revocable year according to the summary time of the restitution use records of the revocable year;
the attendance checking accounting module is used for carrying out cancellation calculation on the summary duration recorded by the cancelable leave request sheet, the summary duration recorded by the cancelable overtime sheet and the remaining duration of the cancelable annual leave according to the target cancellation sequence;
and the result output module is used for storing and outputting the result of the offset calculation.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the parameter setting module is used for determining candidate negotiable item data and a candidate negotiable sequence according to the setting operation of an administrator; and according to the selection operation of the target staff, determining target negotiable item data from the candidate negotiable item data, and determining a target negotiable order from the candidate negotiable order.
3. The system of claim 1,
the record summarizing module is also used for converting the domestic overtime record or the foreign overtime record in the negotiable overtime list record according to the preset conversion proportion and calculating the summarizing time length of the negotiable overtime record.
4. The system of claim 1,
the record reading module is specifically configured to write standard processing information into an interface, so as to perform standardized screening on the leave-asking note record, the overtime note record and the annual leave-vacation received through the data platform according to the standard processing information, and obtain the leave-asking note record, the overtime note record and the annual leave-vacation usage record applicable to the attendance management system.

the record reading module is further configured to record the leave request record identifier, the overtime shift order record identifier and the annual leave use record identifier received from the data platform, so as to trace back the leave request record, the overtime shift order record and the annual leave use record; and returning a leave asking note record identifier, an overtime note record identifier and a annual leave use record identifier which do not pass the standardized screening to the data platform.
6. The system of claim 2, further comprising:
the visual display module is used for displaying a setting interface so as to obtain the setting operation of the administrator; displaying a selection interface according to the candidate negotiable item data and the candidate negotiable sequence to obtain the selection operation of the target employee; and visually displaying the result of the offset calculation.
7. An attendance management method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the record reading module reads an ask-for-leave note record, an overtime note record and a vacation-year use record of a target employee;
the record summarizing module screens the cancelable leave request record, the cancelable overtime order record and the cancelable annual leave use record according to the target cancelable project data, and calculates the summarizing time length of the cancelable leave request record, the summarizing time length of the cancelable overtime order record and the summarizing time length of the cancelable annual leave use record; determining the restitution residual time of the revocable year according to the summary time of the restitution use records of the revocable year;
the attendance checking accounting module carries out cancellation calculation on the summary duration recorded by the cancelable leave request sheet, the summary duration recorded by the cancelable overtime sheet and the remaining duration of the cancelable annual leave according to the target cancellation sequence;
and the result output module stores and outputs the result of the offset calculation.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
the parameter setting module determines candidate negotiable item data and a candidate negotiable sequence according to the setting operation of an administrator;
and the parameter setting module determines target negotiable item data from the candidate negotiable item data and determines a target negotiable order from the candidate negotiable order according to the selection operation of the target staff.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the record reading module reads the leave list record, the overtime list record and the annual leave usage record of the target employee, comprising:
the record reading module is specifically configured to write standard processing information into an interface, so as to perform standardized screening on the leave-asking note record, the overtime note record and the annual leave-vacation received through the data platform according to the standard processing information, and obtain the leave-asking note record, the overtime note record and the annual leave-vacation usage record applicable to the attendance management system.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
the visual display module displays a setting interface to acquire the setting operation of the administrator;
the visual display module displays a selection interface according to the candidate negotiable project data and the candidate negotiable sequence so as to obtain the selection operation of the target staff;
