Abstract
The invention discloses sealing detection equipment for a sealing gasket rubber ring, which comprises a first detection box and a second detection box which are connected with each other, wherein a rubber ring fixing assembly is arranged in the first detection box; the first detection box is filled with a first medium, and the second detection box is filled with a second medium which can change color after being mixed with the first medium. The problem of current sealed pad preliminary detection only can be by the naked eye of operation personnel to observe, observe whether its surface has the crack, not only inefficiency, detect inaccurately moreover is solved.

Background
The sealing gasket is a sealing spare part for machinery, equipment and pipelines, and is used in places where fluid exists. Before the sealing gasket is produced on a large scale, the sample is required to be subjected to preliminary sealing performance detection so as to determine whether the sample has excellent sealing performance, and then the sample which is qualified in the preliminary sealing detection is sent to a professional institution for performance detection; the existing preliminary detection can only be observed by naked eyes of operators, and whether the surface of the operator has cracks or not is observed, so that the efficiency is low, and the detection is inaccurate.
Accordingly, it is an urgent need to provide a seal inspection apparatus capable of performing primary seal inspection on a gasket sample and improving inspection efficiency and effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide sealing detection equipment for a sealing gasket rubber ring, which solves the problems that the prior sealing gasket primary detection can only be observed by naked eyes of operators to observe whether the surface of the sealing gasket has cracks, the efficiency is low and the detection is inaccurate.

Preferably, the rubber ring fixing assembly comprises a base arranged in the first detection box, the base is provided with a groove body communicated with the first detection box and the second detection box, and the detection rubber ring is arranged on the end face, located in the second detection box, of the base so as to block the groove body.
Preferably, a clamping groove is formed in the base at one end, located inside the second detection box, in an inward recessed mode, and the detection rubber ring is clamped in the clamping groove.

As shown in fig. 1-4: the invention provides sealing detection equipment for a sealing gasket rubber ring, which comprises a first detection box 4 and a second detection box 9 which are connected with each other, wherein a rubber ring fixing assembly 6 is arranged in the first detection box 4, one end of the rubber ring fixing assembly 6 is arranged in the first detection box 4, the other end of the rubber ring fixing assembly extends into the second detection box 9, a groove body 62 which is communicated with the first detection box 4 and the second detection box 9 is formed on the rubber ring fixing assembly 6, a detection rubber ring 12 is arranged on the rubber ring fixing assembly 6 and blocks the groove body, a pressing assembly 7 is movably arranged in the second detection box 9, and the pressing assembly 7 presses the detection rubber ring 12 on the rubber ring fixing assembly 6; the first detection box 4 is filled with a first medium, and the second detection box 9 is filled with a second medium which can change color after being mixed with the first medium. In the detection operation, the sealing gasket to be detected is installed on the rubber ring fixing assembly, the sealing gasket is then pressed by the pressing assembly, the groove body is arranged on the rubber ring fixing assembly, the groove body can be communicated with the first detection box and the second detection box in an initial state, the groove body can be shielded and blocked after the sealing gasket is installed, and then color-changing mediums, such as phenolphthalein and alkali solution, are respectively injected into the first detection box and the second detection box, if the sealing gasket has insufficient tightness, the color-changing condition appears after the color-changing mediums are mixed, and if the sealing performance of the sealing gasket is stronger, the mutual immersion of the color-changing mediums can be prevented, so that the sealing performance of a sealing gasket sample can be intuitively and rapidly detected, and the primary detection efficiency of the sample is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rubber ring fixing assembly 6 includes a base 61 disposed in the first detection case 4, the base 61 is provided with the groove 62 communicating the first detection case 4 and the second detection case 9, and the detection rubber ring 12 is disposed on an end surface of the base 61 located in the second detection case 9 to block the groove 62.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively fix the detecting rubber ring 12 on the base 61 to shield the groove 62, a clamping groove 63 is formed in the base 61 at an end located inside the second detecting box 9 in an inward recessed manner, and the detecting rubber ring 12 is clamped in the clamping groove 63.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively compress the detecting rubber ring 12 at the opening of the groove 62, so that the detecting rubber ring 12 can effectively cover the groove 62 from blocking, and increase the accuracy of detection, the compressing assembly 7 includes a pressing head 71, and the pressing head 71 can compress the detecting rubber ring 12 on the end face of the base 61.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a groove is formed in the end surface of the pressure head 71 in an inward recessed manner, a compression ring 72 is fixed in the groove, an annular cavity 73 is formed between the inner wall of the groove and the outer wall of the compression ring 72, and a through groove 74 communicated with the annular cavity 73 is formed on the surface of the pressure head 71; when the pressure head 71 presses the detecting rubber ring 12 against the end face of the base 61, the opening of the groove 62 is abutted against the annular cavity 73. In the initial state, the color-changing medium can enter the annular cavity 73 from the through groove 74 and enter the first detection box through the groove body 62 to change color, after the detection rubber ring 12 is installed, the color-changing medium in the two detection boxes can be prevented from being immersed into each other, meanwhile, the two sides of the detection rubber ring 12 can be effectively pressed on the two sides of the opening of the groove body 62 by the pressing ring 72 and the pressing head 71, and the reliability and the accuracy of detection are improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to increase the sealing performance of the contact surfaces of the pressure head 71 and the compression ring 72 and the detecting rubber ring 12, and to increase the accuracy of the detection, both the end surface of the pressure head 71 and the end surface of the compression ring 72 are provided with sealing gaskets.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, to facilitate the opening and closing and pressing of the pressing assembly 7, the seal detecting device further includes a base 1, a first cylinder 11 is disposed on the base 1, and a piston rod of the first cylinder 11 extends into the second detecting box 9 and is connected to the pressing assembly 7.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a push plate 3 is movably disposed in the first detection box 4; the base 1 is provided with a second air cylinder 13, and a piston rod of the second air cylinder 13 extends into the first detection box 4 and is connected with the push plate 3. The push plate 3 can be driven to displace in the horizontal direction in the first detection box 4 through the second air cylinder 13, and the pressure of the color-changing medium in the first detection box 4 is increased, so that the sealing performance of the rubber ring is detected under the condition of high pressure simulation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the injection and outflow of the color-changing medium in the detection tank 4, the base 1 is provided with a first liquid storage tank 2 and a second liquid storage tank 10, respectively; a first pump body is arranged in the first liquid storage tank 2 and is communicated with the first detection tank 4 through a first hose 5; a second pump body is arranged in the second liquid storage tank 10 and is communicated with the second detection tank 9 through a second hose 8.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate observation of color change and replacement of different sealing rubber ring samples, the surfaces of the first liquid storage tank 2 and the second liquid storage tank 10 are respectively provided with openings, and glass doors are hinged on the openings.
