In the air processing device 100 of the present invention, the first purifying component 130 is disposed on the air inlet side of the fan 120, and the second purifying component 140 is disposed on the air outlet side of the fan 120, so that the resistances on the two sides of the fan 120 are equivalent to each other, which is beneficial to the efficiency improvement and the air volume improvement of the fan 120. Meanwhile, at least one of the first purification assembly 130 and the second purification assembly 140 includes at least two purification modules 150 sequentially arranged along the air outlet direction of the air duct 113, so that the air flow passing through the air duct 113 is blown out after heavy purification, and the requirement of cleanliness is met, thereby greatly improving the purification effect of the air treatment device 100, and in addition, the user can also combine different purification modules 150 according to the use requirement, thereby meeting the use requirements of users with different purification functions.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 7 to 11, the second purifying assembly 140 includes a first purifying module 150 and a second purifying module 150 stacked together, the first purifying module 150 is a filtering module 141, the second purifying module 150 is a plasma screen 142, and the filtering module 141 is located downstream of the plasma screen 142 in the air outlet direction of the air duct 113.
In this embodiment, the first purification module 150 and the second purification module 150 may be attached to each other or disposed at a certain interval. The second purifying assembly 140 includes the first purifying module 150 and the second purifying module 150 which are stacked, so that it is ensured that the air flow on the air outlet flow path of the air duct 113 is purified and filtered layer by layer, so as to improve the purifying and filtering efficiency of the whole air processing device 100. In the air outlet direction of the air duct 113, the filtering module 141 is located at the downstream of the plasma screen 142, and then the air flow passes through the filtering module 141 after passing through the plasma screen 142, and then the plasma screen 142 can perform a sterilization effect on the filtering module 141, so that the cleanliness of the filtering module 141 is improved, and meanwhile, the purification effect of the filtering module 141 is also improved. Specifically, the filtering module 141 includes one or more of a HEPA net, a gaseous pollutant filtering net, and an activated carbon net.
In addition to the above-described embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7, the housing 110 is provided with a mounting groove 114, the mounting groove 114 has an opening formed in the housing 110, and the purification module 150 is mounted in the mounting groove 114 through the opening in a drawable manner.
In the present embodiment, the purification module 150 is detachably mounted to the mounting groove 114. Thereby allowing the purification module 150 to be removed through the opening, facilitating replacement and cleaning of the purification module 150. The number of the mounting grooves 114 corresponds to the number of the purification modules 150 such that each purification module 150 is correspondingly mounted in one of the mounting grooves 114. The opening of the mounting groove 114 is opened on the peripheral wall surface of the housing 110, and the purification module 150 can be mounted into the mounting groove 114 through the opening. It can be understood that the mounting groove 114 of the housing 110 may be formed by a protruding strip, a protrusion, an annular step, a groove, a bracket, etc. for the installation of the purification module 150, and the hollow structure may allow air to pass through, so that when the purification module 150 is installed in the mounting groove 114, the air flow may pass through the purification module 150. In order to facilitate the drawing of the purification module 150, a sliding groove structure may be provided on one of the purification module 150 and the inner wall surface of the housing 110, and a sliding rail structure may be provided on the other, so that the purification module 150 and the housing 110 are connected in a sliding groove and sliding rail manner. By allowing the purification module 150 to be installed in the installation groove 114 in a drawable manner from one side of the housing 110, the structure is simple and the user's operation is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 5, 7 and 8, the housing 110 has a rear wall 116 and side wall surfaces 117 connected to both sides of the rear wall 116, and the opening is opened at the front side or the side wall surfaces 117 of the housing 110. It is understood that the first and second decontamination assemblies 130, 140 each include a decontamination module 150. Each purification module 150 is correspondingly installed in one installation slot 114, and can be pulled out of the installation slot 114 through the opening. The wall surface of the opening corresponding to the purification module 150 of the first purification assembly 130 may be the same as or different from the wall surface of the opening corresponding to the second purification assembly 140. That is, the openings corresponding to the purge modules 150 of the first and second purge assemblies 130 and 140 may be opened on the front side or the side wall surface 117 of the housing 110 at the same time, or the opening corresponding to the purge module 150 of the first purge assembly 130 may be opened on the front side/the side wall surface 117 of the housing 110, and the opening corresponding to the purge module 150 of the second purge assembly 140 may be opened on the side wall surface 117/the front side of the housing 110. The opening position of the opening may be designed according to the actual placing position of the fan 120 and the actual placing positions of the first and second purification assemblies 130 and 140. Thus, the user can draw the purification module 150 from the front side or the left and right sides of the housing 110, which is more convenient for the user to operate.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the fan 120 is a double-suction centrifugal fan 120, the double-suction centrifugal fan 120 has two air inlet ends, and the air inlet is communicated with the two air inlet ends.
In the present embodiment, the inner wall surface of the casing 110 and the peripheral wall surface of the double suction centrifugal fan 120 are spaced apart from each other. Specifically, the air inlet is located at the corresponding housing 110 between the two air inlet ends. Therefore, when the double-suction centrifugal fan 120 works, the air flow entering the casing 110 from the air inlet is divided into two parts, which flow to the two air inlet ends of the double-suction centrifugal fan 120 respectively. By using the double suction centrifugal fan 120 to supply air to the air treatment device 100, the air volume is large, and the diameter of the impeller is small, so that the occupied space can be reduced, and the size of the air treatment device 100 can be reduced. And the double suction centrifugal fan 120 can reduce the power of the starting motor and shorten the starting time of the fan 120, so that the control of the air treatment device 100 is more sensitive.
Further, a first purifying assembly 130 is disposed between the two air inlet ends of the double-suction centrifugal fan 120 and the casing 110.
