Abstract
The invention provides an interlocking bolt anti-loosening structure which comprises a bolt, an elastic anti-loosening ring and a loosening-preventing seat, wherein the elastic loosening-preventing ring is clamped between the bolt head and the loosening-preventing seat, the elastic loosening-preventing ring comprises an opening backing ring main body, two side faces of the backing ring main body are respectively provided with loosening-preventing teeth with the same guiding and non-returning directions, the upper end face of the loosening-preventing seat is provided with a circle of loosening-preventing teeth, the bottom of the loosening-preventing seat is fixedly connected with a workpiece mounting hole, and the bottom of the bolt head is provided with the loosening-preventing teeth. After being screwed, the bolt head, the elastic anti-loosening ring and the anti-loosening seat are mutually meshed to form an interlocking structure. When the bolt circles round, the anti-loosening teeth need to overcome the resistance of the anti-loosening surface on the elastic anti-loosening ring, when the gradient of the anti-loosening surface is smaller than 90 degrees and larger than a critical angle, the resistance of the anti-loosening surface on the elastic anti-loosening ring cannot be overcome by the loosening force when the bolt circles round, so that the anti-loosening teeth cannot be crossed, and the non-return and anti-loosening are realized. When the anti-loosening gear is disassembled, only the disassembling force larger than the resistance of the anti-loosening gear is needed to be provided, and the anti-loosening gear can be disassembled without damage. Technical Field

Background
Bolt looseness is a problem which has long plagued the field of machinery. Under static load, the friction force generated between the thread pairs has self-locking capacity, and the bolt cannot be loosened; however, under the vibration condition, the friction force between the thread pairs disappears instantly, and the thread pairs are loosened and rotated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an interlocking bolt anti-loosening structure, aiming at solving the problem of loosening of a bolt connecting piece, in particular to the problem of fastening and loosening prevention of a bolt under a nut-free working condition (usually a counter bore or a blind hole).
The invention conception is as follows: an elastic anti-loosening ring is arranged between a bolt and a hole of an anti-loosening seat, anti-loosening teeth are arranged on two sides of the elastic anti-loosening ring, corresponding anti-loosening teeth are arranged on a part which is in contact with the elastic anti-loosening ring, the anti-loosening seat is fixed on a workpiece, when the bolt needs to be loosened and rotated, the anti-loosening teeth on the anti-loosening seat must cross the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring, and when the angular gradient (beta angle) of the anti-loosening surface of each anti-loosening tooth is proper, the resistance generated along the anti-loosening surface is larger than the force of the loosening and rotation, so that the loosening and rotation of the bolt is effectively prevented; for the situation needing to be disassembled, the critical angle theta is more than beta and less than 90 degrees, thereby realizing non-destructive disassembly; when the anti-theft lock is used for preventing theft, the beta angle is 90 degrees or more than 90 degrees, and the anti-loosening structure is locked.

The technical scheme is further improved as follows: when the anti-loosening structure is used, the anti-loosening seat is coaxially fixed on a mounting hole of a workpiece, the elastic anti-loosening ring is assembled on the anti-loosening seat, the anti-loosening teeth are meshed with each other, after a bolt is screwed into the threaded hole and is screwed down, the anti-loosening teeth on the bolt head are meshed with the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring and compress the elastic anti-loosening ring, meanwhile, the bolt head is in contact with the bearing surface on the anti-loosening seat, pretightening force is transmitted, the bolt head, the elastic anti-loosening ring and the anti-loosening seat form an interlocking structure, the anti-loosening face on the anti-loosening seat exerts resistance on the elastic anti-loosening ring and transmits the resistance to the anti-loosening face on the bolt head, the resistance is greater than the loosening and circling force of the bolt, relative sliding cannot be generated between the anti-loosening teeth due to vibration, and the interlocking structure can stably prevent loosening.
Has the advantages that: the anti-loosening structure provided by the invention solves the anti-loosening problem of the bolt in the threaded hole, is good in detachability and can be repeatedly used.

It should be noted that:
the critical angle theta is the minimum gradient or angle required by the anti-loosening surfaces of the anti-loosening teeth which cannot slide relative to each other due to the resistance between the anti-loosening surfaces when the anti-loosening teeth are loosened and rotated due to vibration;
the uphill tangential direction refers to the direction from the root of the anti-loosening tooth to the top of the tooth;
the slope refers to an included angle between an uphill tangent of a point on the guide surface or the anti-loosening surface and a plane perpendicular to the central axis;
the lead angle of the elastic anti-loosening ring is greater than that of a thread of the same direction of rotation, and the lead angle have the same specifications as those of the thread in the machine.

the elastic anti-loosening ring 20 comprises a backing ring main body, the backing ring main body is in a spiral ring shape, the head and the tail are different in height and staggered up and down to form an elastic opening, anti-loosening teeth 21 which are arranged in the radial direction are uniformly distributed on two side faces of the backing ring main body in a whole circle respectively, one side of each anti-loosening tooth is a guide surface F1, the other side of each anti-loosening tooth is an anti-loosening surface F2, the ascending tangential direction of the guide surface of the anti-loosening tooth close to one side of a bolt head is consistent with the screwing direction of the bolt 10, the ascending tangential direction of the anti-loosening surface of the anti-loosening tooth close to one side of the anti-loosening seat 30 is corresponding to the non-return direction of the bolt, and the guiding and non-return directions of the anti-loosening teeth on two sides of the backing ring main body are consistent;
the middle of the anti-loosening seat 30 is provided with a through hole for a bolt to pass through, the upper end surface of the anti-loosening seat is provided with a circle of anti-loosening teeth 31 which are meshed with the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring, the periphery of the anti-loosening teeth is reserved with a bearing surface 32, the bottom of the anti-loosening seat is provided with a mounting part 33 which is fixedly connected with the mounting hole of the workpiece,
the bottom of the bolt head is provided with a circle of anti-loosening teeth 11 meshed with the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring, and a bearing surface 12 is reserved on the periphery of the anti-loosening teeth;
when fastening, the locking teeth on both sides of the elastic anti-loosening ring 20 are meshed with the locking teeth on the bolt head and the locking seat 30, and the bolt head, the elastic anti-loosening ring and the locking seat form an interlocking structure.
The cross sections of the bolt head, the anti-loosening seat 30 and the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring 20 of the bolt 10 are the same, and the cross section is triangular or semicircular or trapezoidal or arc-shaped, wherein: the slope of the guide surface F1 is greater than the thread lead angle, the slope for the anti-loosening surface when removable is less than 90 ° and greater than the critical angle, and the slope for the anti-loosening surface when non-removable is greater than or equal to 90 °.

When the vibration causes the bolt to loosen and rotate, the resistance of the anti-loosening surface of the anti-loosening teeth 21 of the elastic anti-loosening ring needs to be overcome, and the elastic anti-loosening ring needs to be pressed downwards. When the gradient beta of the anti-loosening surface is larger than the critical angle theta, the resistance of the anti-loosening teeth on the elastic anti-loosening ring cannot be overcome by the loosening and circling force of the bolt, so that the anti-loosening teeth of the elastic anti-loosening ring cannot be pressed downwards, finally, the anti-loosening teeth 11 on the bolt head cannot cross the anti-loosening teeth 21 on the elastic anti-loosening ring, and the bolt head, the elastic anti-loosening ring and the anti-loosening seat are always in an interlocking state. Since the anti-loosening seat 30 is fixed on the workpiece, loosening is not generated, and therefore the whole interlocking structure cannot be loosened, and the effect of preventing the bolt from loosening is achieved. When the anti-loosening gear is disassembled, the disassembly can be realized by applying force larger than the resistance of the anti-loosening gear.
