Abstract
The invention discloses a device suitable for multi-working-face collaborative construction of a long and large tunnel, which comprises two groups of construction platform frames, wherein the two groups of construction platform frames are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the tunnel; and a plurality of construction platforms formed at different heights of the construction platform frame; the device also comprises a traveling mechanism integrated at the bottom of the construction platform frame, the two bottoms of the construction platform frame are connected into a whole through the traveling mechanism, and the traveling mechanism is provided with a positioning structure in a matching way. The device integrates two groups of construction platform frames through the assembly frame, integrates a plurality of groups of construction platforms on the construction platform frames according to the tunnel construction height, and is provided with necessary protective frames to ensure the personal safety of construction personnel. The cooperative operation of multiple operation surfaces is realized, the construction efficiency is improved, and the safety is better.

Further, the construction platform frame is a steel structure frame;
the construction platform comprises:
the side construction platforms are fixedly connected to one side, close to the tunnel, of the construction platform frame, and at least two groups of the side construction platforms are arranged along the height direction of the construction platform frame; and

Wherein, the end of the walking base 501 is bent upwards to form a limit end 502;
the positioning structure includes:
a positioning block 504 in a cube structure; and
an anchor bolt 505 formed at the lower end of the positioning block 504 and capable of being riveted to the ground;
when the anchor bolt 505 of the positioning structure is anchored into the ground, the positioning block 504 abuts against the limiting end 503 of the walking base 501 to limit the movement of the device.
In use, a constructor manually pulls or pushes the middle push-pull rod 404 to move the device to a designated position, and then anchors the positioning block 504 to the ground by using the anchor bolt 505 at the lower end of the positioning block 504 to abut against the limit end 503 through the positioning block 504, thereby limiting the movement of the device. Of course, in order to further ensure the stability of the device, a plurality of anchor rods need to be anchored into the side surface of the tunnel, and during construction, the fixing device is further positioned by the anchor rods.
