TABLE 1
Figure GDA0003464674860000071
FIG. 4 is a graph of static pressure K versus power at a certain rotational speed in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows a diagram of the drying system static pressure K versus the compressor power at a certain rotational speed, wherein the horizontal axis represents the static pressure and the vertical axis represents the power. According to fig. 4, the static pressure value of the drying system at a certain rotation speed can be obtained.
In an implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the current static pressure value K of the drying system is determined according to a functional relationship between the static pressure value K and the rotational speed and power of the drying fan, where the function includes:
K=aP+br+c;
wherein: p is the fan power, a is the fan power coefficient, r is the fan speed, b is the fan speed coefficient, and c is a constant;
it should be noted that a, b, and c are function relationships based on K, and K is made to approach to the optimal values corresponding to different set rotation speeds and set powers obtained by the corresponding wind tunnel test actual measurement values through neural network learning and training for different set rotation speeds and set powers, so a, b, and c are not completely fixed constants, and are related to the selected fan set rotation speed and fan set power. When the set rotating speed of the fan is unchanged, the set power is unchanged, and a, b and c are relatively unchanged; when the set rotating speed and the set power of the fan are changed, the corresponding a, b and c may not be the same.
Under the condition that the drying systems are the same, the set power of the fan and the set rotating speed are in one-to-one correspondence, and the set power value can be measured according to the operation of the drying fan in the drying system at the corresponding set rotating speed. In practice, due to different requirements on drying load and drying performance at different operation stages, the set rotating speeds n of the fans meeting the drying work requirements at different drying stages are different. In addition, considering that the actual power of the fan changes due to the blockage of a filter screen and the like in the actual operation, the actual power of the fan changes due to the change of the load of the fan. In order to accurately calculate the static pressure of the drying system according to the functional relationship between the drying system and the rotating speed and the power of the drying fan, it is surprisingly found that, for a certain set rotating speed, the result of calculating the K function by segmenting by taking the set power corresponding to the set rotating speed as a dividing point is more accurate. Of course, without considering the complexity of the program, theoretically, the functional relationship between the static pressure value K of the drying system and the rotation speed and power of the drying fan may also be set as more sections of functions, so as to improve the accuracy of the calculation result of the model.
For example, if the set speed n of the drying fan is 4500RPM and the corresponding set power Po of the drying fan is 68W, the linear function can be changed into a piecewise function by using the set power 68W as a boundary value under the condition of keeping the set speed of the drying fan at 4500RPM, that is, the set power n is 4500RPM, that is, the linear function is changed into the piecewise function
(1)K 1 =a 1 P+b 1 r+c 1 (r =4500RPM, P is less than 68W);
(2)K 2 =a 2 P+b 2 r 2 +c 2; (r =4500RPM, P is greater than or equal to 68W);
that is, if the drying fan is operated at the set rotation speed of 4500RPM, K is used when the current power P is less than 68W 1 =a 1 P+b 1 r+c 1 The function calculates K1, if the current power P is larger than 68W, K is adopted 2 =a 2 P+b 2 r 2 +c 2 The function finds K2.
Then obtaining the corresponding piecewise function K through nerve training and learning respectively 1 A of (a) 1 、b 1 、c 1 Preferred values and K 2 A of (a) 2 、b 2 、c 2 A preferred value of (a), wherein a 1 =-100/3,b 1 =0.5c 1 =383;a 2 =-100/9,b 2 =0.3c 2 = -228; namely:
(1)K 1 = 100/3P +0.5r +383 (r =4500RPM, P is less than 68W);
(2)K 2 =-100/9*P+0.3r 2 +228 (r =4500rpm, p is greater than or equal to 68W);
thus, at a set speed of 4500RPM and a set power of 68W,when the current fan power P is less than 68W, the current fan power P may be substituted into K 1 in Calculating static pressure value of the drying system, and substituting the current fan power P into K when the current fan power P is more than 68W 2 And (5) solving the static pressure value of the drying system. For example, when the set rotation speed is 4500RPM and the current power meter is 70W, the static pressure value is 300pa.
Based on the above calculation thought, a plurality of piecewise function curves corresponding to different set rotating speeds and set powers can be obtained, and the curves are stored in the controller, and when the curves are judged, the corresponding piecewise function curves can be called for comparison. Therefore, the corresponding piecewise function curve and the corresponding static pressure value of the drying system can be searched through the current rotating speed and power. The embodiment shown above is a two-stage piecewise function obtained with a set speed of 4500RPM and a set power meter of 68W, where the horizontal axis represents static pressure and the vertical axis represents power. When it is required to determine that the drying fan is currently operated at the set rotation speed of 4500RPM, the drying system static pressure value at the current power of 70W is found, and the corresponding function curve of K at 4500RPM is found, as described above, at the set rotation speed of 4500RPM, the drying system static pressure value at the current power of 70W is 300pa. Therefore, the current static pressure value of the drying system can be determined as long as the current fan rotating speed and power are obtained. Through the drying system static pressure determining mode, the mutual influence of the fan rotating speed and the fan power and the water film is comprehensively considered, and the filter screen filth blockage degree can be judged more accurately, and the washing mode and the washing time can be controlled more accurately. The problem of the drying system actual static pressure be difficult to measure and lead to utilizing drying system static pressure value to carry out the filter screen and wash control difficult control is solved. In actual operation, the current static pressure value of the drying system can be determined only by monitoring the power and the rotating speed of the fan through the monitoring device.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, K is static pressure in pa, P is fan power in w, r is fan speed in RPM, and thus a is the fan power coefficient in pa/w, b is the fan speed coefficient in pa/RPM, and C is a constant in pa.
According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, in the control system of the laundry treating apparatus, a table of a stored mapping relationship of the laundry weight value M, the static pressure K, and the temperature difference t is shown in table 2, wherein the frequency of the compressor in table 2 is a fixed F1.

According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, the laundry drying solution of the present invention may be implemented by using a control circuit, (control logic, main control system or control module), which may contain one or more processors, or may contain a non-transitory computer readable medium inside. In particular, the master control system or control module may comprise a microcontroller MCU. The processor implementing the processes of the present method may be such as, but not limited to, one or more single-core or multi-core processors. The processor(s) may include any combination of general-purpose processors and special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, etc.). The processor may be coupled thereto and/or may include a memory/storage device and may be configured to execute instructions stored in the memory/storage device to implement various applications and/or operating systems running on the controller in accordance with the present invention.
The drawings referred to above and the detailed description of the invention, which are exemplary of the invention, serve to explain the invention without limiting the meaning or scope of the invention as described in the claims. Accordingly, modifications may be readily made by those skilled in the art from the foregoing description. Further, those skilled in the art may delete some of the constituent elements described herein without deteriorating the performance, or may add other constituent elements to improve the performance. Further, the order of the steps of the methods described herein may be varied by one skilled in the art depending on the environment of the process or apparatus. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined not by the embodiments described above but by the claims and their equivalents.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
