When small-size fruits sliding downwards to the right along the lower slideway 6 pass below the spiral conveying blade 104, the small-size fruits are clamped at the lower side of a blade gap of the spiral conveying blade 104, the small-size fruits clamped below the small-size fruits are slowly driven to move downwards by the rotating spiral conveying blade 104, meanwhile, the small-size fruits moving along the spiral conveying blade 104 are closely attached to the lower wiping belt 208 running clockwise, meanwhile, the convex strips 103 rotating clockwise are used for sequentially poking the small-size fruits clamped on the spiral conveying blade 104, the small-size fruits are enabled to turn over in the anticlockwise direction from the right angle to the left angle, the small-size fruits clamped on the spiral conveying blade 104 are poked by the lower wiping belt 208 running clockwise, the small-size fruits are enabled to turn in the anticlockwise direction from the top to the bottom angle, the upper wiping belt 206 running sequentially and closely attached to each area of the small-size fruits is realized, and the surface cleaning work of the small-size fruits is completed.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 9-10, on the basis of embodiment 1, the present invention further includes a lower trimming unit, the lower trimming unit is disposed on the left side of the lower slideway 6, and the lower trimming unit includes a spring telescopic rod 401, a fixing plate 402, a lower cutter 403, a lower push block 404, a first transmission wheel 405, a fourth rotation shaft 406, a second transmission wheel 407, a rotary table 408, and a lower push rod 409; the left bolt at the front part of the lower slideway 6 is connected with two telescopic spring rods 401; a fixing plate 402 is fixedly connected between the telescopic ends of the two spring telescopic rods 401; a lower cutter 403 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the fixing plate 402; a lower push block 404 is welded on the lower side of the fixed plate 402; the lower end of the first rotating shaft 203 on the left side is fixedly connected with a first driving wheel 405; a fourth rotating shaft 406 is rotatably connected to the left side of the lower part of the lower slideway 6; the lower end of the fourth rotating shaft 406 is fixedly connected with a second driving wheel 407; a transmission belt is wound between the first transmission wheel 405 and the second transmission wheel 407; a rotary disc 408 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the fourth rotating shaft 406; a lower push rod 409 is fixedly connected to the front side of the rotary table 408.
The root end of each tooth part on the upper side of the first toothed plate 61 is respectively provided with a cutting groove corresponding to the lower cutter 403.
In order to more efficiently clean roots and stems carried by small-sized fruits, the first rotating shaft 203 on the left side drives the first transmission wheel 405 to rotate, the first transmission wheel 405 drives the second transmission wheel 407 through a transmission belt, the fourth rotating shaft 406 and the rotating disc 408 are driven to rotate, the rotating disc 408 drives the lower push rod 409 to rotate, when the lower push block 404 is pushed to pass through the lower push block 404, the lower push block 404 drives the spring telescopic rod 401, the fixed plate 402 and the lower cutter 403 to cut in the groove cutting direction of the first toothed plate 61, and when the lower push block 404 leaves the lower push block 404, the compressed spring telescopic rod 401 pushes the fixed plate 402 and the lower cutter 403 to reset at the releasing moment, so that the lower cutter 403 which can cut back and forth is realized, and the roots and stems of the small-sized fruits which are clamped between the first toothed plate 61 are cut off.

Claims (1)

1. the surface cleaning unit comprises an upper bracket (201), a lower bracket (202), a first rotating shaft (203), a second driving part (204), an upper driving wheel (205), an upper wiping belt (206), a lower driving wheel (207) and a lower wiping belt (208); an upper support (201) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the rear side of the movable underframe (1); a lower bracket (202) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the rear side of the movable underframe (1); a first rotating shaft (203) is rotatably connected between the left sides of the upper bracket (201) and the lower bracket (202) and between the right sides of the upper bracket (201) and the lower bracket (202); a second driving part (204) is fixedly connected to the right part of the upper side of the upper support (201); an output shaft of the second driving component (204) is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft (203) on the right side; the upper ends of the two first rotating shafts (203) are respectively fixedly connected with an upper driving wheel (205); an upper wiping belt (206) is wound between the tracks of the two upper driving wheels (205); the lower ends of the two first rotating shafts (203) are respectively fixedly connected with a lower driving wheel (207); a lower wiping belt (208) is wound between the tracks of the two lower driving wheels (207); an upper bracket (201) and a first rotating shaft (203) positioned on the left side are connected with the upper trimming unit;
the upper trimming unit comprises a spring sliding block (301), a second gear plate (302), an upper cutter (303), an upper pushing block (304), a first bevel gear (305), a second rotating shaft (306), a second bevel gear (307), an upper push rod (308) and a capturing component; the left part of the front side of the upper bracket (201) and the right part of the front side are respectively connected with a spring sliding block (301); a second toothed plate (302) is fixedly connected between the front sides of the two spring sliding blocks (301); an upper cutter (303) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the front side of the upper support (201); the left side and the right side of the second gear plate (302) are respectively fixedly connected with an upper push block (304); a first bevel gear (305) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first rotating shaft (203) positioned on the left side; the left side of the upper bracket (201) is rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft (306); the left end of the second rotating shaft (306) is fixedly connected with a second bevel gear (307); the first bevel gear (305) is meshed with the second bevel gear (307); the left side and the right side of the second rotating shaft (306) are respectively fixedly connected with an upper push rod (308); the left side of the upper bracket (201) is connected with a capturing component which is positioned in front of the second rotating shaft (306);
a cutting groove corresponding to the upper cutter (303) is formed in the middle of each tooth part on the lower side of the second gear plate (302);
