A portable sports apparatus for muscular training as claimed in claim 2, wherein said tensile cord (4) is fixed at one end and wound on a reel (16), the reel (16) being fitted around and fixed to the side wall of said first rotation shaft (2); the central axes of the first rotating shaft (2), the first meshing disc (11), the second meshing disc (12) and the second rotating shaft (10) are positioned on the same straight line.
5. A portable muscle training sports apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of support means for supporting the board (1) are secured to the lower surface of the board (1), each support means comprising:
the first supporting seat (17) is fixed on the lower surface of the plate body (1);
the rod body penetrates through a second through hole formed in the first supporting seat (17);
a second supporting seat (18), one end of which is provided with a strip-shaped slot opening matched with the rod body;

the first vertical rod (20) is vertically arranged and is fixedly connected with the left end of the transverse rod (19);
the second vertical rod (21) is the same as the first vertical rod (20) in structure, and the second vertical rod (21) is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the right end of the cross rod (19);
wherein, the first vertical rod (20) and the second vertical rod (21) of the lifting piece are detachably connected with the end surface of the plate body (1).
