The mixing action of liquid and solute is realized by utilizing the switch of the liquid inlet hole at the end part of the sliding column and the injection shell, the process that the liquid is respectively mixed with the liquid is distinguished from the process that the liquid in the double-injection component is mixed into the hydrogel, and the mixed liquid is further directly applied after passing through the mixer. The tissue glue is formed and utilized, so that the advantages of liquid-level mutual mixing and full reaction and quick application are realized.
The tissue glue application devices described in the present disclosure may be made of, and are not limited to, the following materials and components, for example: rubber plug, silica gel, plastics, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, check valve, atomizer, lead-free glass, plastic support, stop device, etc.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, each of the injection ports is provided with a switching valve 10, and each of the injection ports is connected to the mixer 6 through the switching valve 10.
In general, the on-off valves 10 are all check valves to prevent the generated mixed liquid from flowing backward.
Preferably, the mixer 6 is a Y-shaped mixer, having an output port and two input ports communicating with each other; the mixer 6 is respectively connected with the two injection ports through the two input ports; the delivery outlet is provided with a spray head 60, the spray head can be a liquid spray head or an atomizer, and the spray head 60 enables the tissue glue output by the tissue glue applying device to be sprayed out, so that the utilization efficiency of the tissue glue is improved. The atomiser is typically a venturi atomiser. When gas or liquid flows inside the venturi, at the narrowest point of the duct, the dynamic pressure reaches a maximum, the static pressure reaches a minimum, and the velocity of the gas (liquid) rises as the cross-sectional area of the flow decreases. The entire inrush current is subjected to the pipe reduction process at the same time, and the pressure is reduced at the same time. Thereby creating a pressure differential that is used to provide an external suction to the fluid, thereby creating an atomization effect. The venturi tube atomizer is simple in structure and good in using effect.
As shown in fig. 1, each of the injection assemblies comprises: an injection housing 1, a spool 2 and a push rod 3; the injection shell 1 is used for containing and sealing solute and can also contain mixed liquid in the process of injecting the mixed liquid; the slide column 2 is also a closed structure for sealing and storing the liquid that generates the mixed liquid.
Because two sets of injection assemblies are adopted, two different solutes and different liquids can be included, and the four components can be independently stored.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional block diagram of a tissue glue application device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; the injection shell 1 is a cylinder structure with one end open, and the other end is provided with the injection port; the sliding column 2 is inserted into the injection housing 1 from the opening and can slide along the injection housing 1; the spool 2 presses the injection housing's inner space, thereby causing the injection housing 1 to perform an injection function. The two sliding columns 2 are fixedly connected with each other through a connecting fixing frame 8 and move synchronously.
One end of the slide post 2 is adapted to slide within the injection housing 1 to compress the substance within the injection housing 1 to move towards the injection port for the injection effect. That is, the spool acts as a piston of the injection housing, primarily for compressing the volume within the injection housing 1 for the injection effect.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the disclosed tissue glue applicator. The function of the push rod 3 is only to open or close the inlet opening 22 of the insertion end by axial movement, so as to achieve conduction between the injection housing 1 and the inside of the slide column 2.
The inserting end of the sliding column 2 is provided with a liquid inlet hole 22; the push rod 3 is provided with a plug 30 for sealing the liquid inlet hole 22; the push rod 3 slides relative to the chamber so that the plug 30 opens the liquid inlet hole 22 and the injection housing 1 and the chamber communicate with each other through the liquid inlet hole 22.
The mixing process of the tissue glue application device of the embodiment of the disclosure is as follows:
removing the disclosed tissue glue application device; in the two injection assemblies, the injection shell 1 is filled with solute serving as the inside of the injection shell, the sliding column 2 is internally sealed with liquid, and the end part of the push rod 3 is positioned at the liquid inlet hole 22 to seal the liquid inlet hole 22; a radial sealing structure or an axial abutting sealing structure can be adopted between the push rod 3 and the liquid inlet hole 22, for example, a plug 30 for sealing can be arranged at the front end of the push rod 3 so as to open the liquid inlet hole 22 in the axial direction, and a liquid inlet groove 31 is arranged on the cylindrical radial surface of the push rod 3, when the plug 30 opens the liquid inlet hole 22, the liquid inlet groove 31 corresponds to the liquid inlet hole 22, and then the connection between the cavity of the slide column and the inner cavity of the injection housing 1 is established; the push rod passes through the liquid inlet hole 22 and has a gap in the radial direction with the liquid inlet hole 22, and the gap is formed by the liquid inlet groove 31. In addition, an air inlet groove 32 can be arranged on one side of the push rod 3 at the push-pull end, and when the air inlet groove 32 is arranged at the sliding hole 21 at the push-pull end, the sliding hole 21 can be opened to establish a passage for external air to enter the sliding column. At the moment, the push rod 3 and the pull ring are kept still, so that the liquid inlet hole is kept in an opening state, the two sliding columns 2 are pulled towards the right side, and air is sucked into the sliding columns 2 from the sliding holes 21 at the push-pull ends at the moment due to the reduction of air pressure in the sliding columns 2; meanwhile, the volume in the injection shell 1 is increased, negative pressure is formed in the injection shell 1 due to the action of the one-way valve 10, and liquid in the sliding column 2 quickly flows into the injection shell 1 through the liquid inlet hole 22; at the moment, air is filled in the sliding column 2, mixed liquid formed by solute and liquid is filled in the injection shell 1, then the liquid inlet hole is closed through the push rod, and the mixed liquid in the injection shell 1 can be injected by adopting the sliding column.
In addition, after the liquid is completely injected into the injection housing, the injection housing 1 may be shaken to accelerate the mixing action of the mixed liquid.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the two injection assemblies are used for storing various tissue glue raw materials respectively, the liquid inlet hole can be opened by utilizing the sliding action of the push rod to enable powder and liquid to be mixed to generate mixed liquid, and the two mixed liquids are regenerated into the tissue glue, so that the tissue glue is produced and used immediately, the liquid-level mutual mixing and sufficient reaction are realized, and the advantages of quick application are realized.
In the actual use process, mutually independent liquids are filled in the sliding column 2 of each injection assembly, and mutually independent solutes are arranged in the injection shell 1 of each injection assembly; after each injection assembly opens the liquid inlet hole through the push rod, liquid and solute are mixed to form mixed liquid, and tissue glue is formed through the mixer.
The tissue glue in the embodiment needs to form two solutions which are mutually independent in space, the solutions are respectively formed by powder and solvent which are mutually independent in space, and because the powder is accommodated in the injection shell 1 and the liquid is sealed in the sliding column 2, the tissue glue can store the liquid and the solute which are mutually separated in space for a long time, and can be simply and quickly generated and applied when operation is carried out.
The tissue glue application device of the present embodiment, wherein the push rods 3 of the two injection assemblies are parallel to each other. Therefore, in the operation process, the two liquid inlet holes can be opened through the push rod, and the sliding column can be pushed in the force applying direction, so that the glue applying process can be conveniently injected.
At the moment, the opening or closing of the liquid inlet holes in the two injection assemblies can be finished by adopting the same action, so that the operation is facilitated to the maximum extent.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the tissue glue applying apparatus of the present embodiment further includes: connecting the fixed mount 4 and the pull ring 5; the two injection assemblies are mutually parallel and fixed on the connecting and fixing frame 4; connecting the mount 4 can guarantee that two injection components are parallel and level each other, and the injection mouth all links to each other with blender 6 towards one end.
The two sides of the connecting and fixing frame 4 are also symmetrically provided with pressing handles 40, and the push rods 3 on the two injection assemblies are fixed on the pull ring 5.
In the production process, because the two injection assemblies have the same structure, the injection assemblies can be produced in batch; then install injection unit side by side on connecting mount 4, then install the pull ring and can accomplish production assembly process on the push rod, simple swift.
In the process of producing mixed liquid in actual use, the pull ring 5 is pushed to the left side, and after the liquid inlet hole is opened, the solute and the liquid are mixed to form the mixed liquid; during the injection, the finger abuts against the handle 40, and the thumb pushes the pull ring 5, so that the push rod drives the slide column 2 to extrude into the injection housing 1, so as to complete the injection.
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the tissue glue applying device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the connecting fixing frame 4 is further provided with a limiting rod 7; one end of the limiting rod 7 is fixed on the connecting and fixing frame 4, and the other end of the limiting rod is propped against the pull ring 5.
Specifically, one end of the limiting rod 7 is provided with a clamping seat 70, and is fixed on the connecting and fixing frame 4 through the clamping seat 70; the other end of the limiting rod 7 is abutted against the pull ring 5, so that the sliding column 2 is prevented from being pushed by the pull ring 5 in the process of producing mixed liquid, and the incompletely-reacted mixed liquid is injected in advance.
In the process of producing the mixed liquid, the liquid inlet hole and the sliding hole can be opened only by pulling the push rod to the right side, and extra operation on the sliding column is not needed. At the moment, although the liquid inlet hole is opened, the liquid can be only partially mixed in the liquid inlet hole; liquid cannot actively flow from the spool 2 into the injection housing 1; the limiting rod 7 can also ensure that the state of the sliding column does not extrude the injection shell 1 to the left side; keeping the push rod 3 and the pull ring still at the moment so as to keep the liquid inlet hole in an opening state, pulling the two sliding columns 2 towards the right side, and sucking air into the sliding columns 2 from the push-pull ends at the moment due to the reduction of air pressure in the sliding columns 2; meanwhile, the volume in the injection shell 1 is increased, and liquid quickly flows into the injection shell 1 from the liquid inlet hole; at the moment, air is filled in the sliding column 2, mixed liquid formed by solute and liquid is filled in the injection shell 1, then the liquid inlet hole is closed through the push rod, and the mixed liquid in the injection shell 1 can be injected by adopting the sliding column.
In the injection process, the sliding column can perform injection operation sliding towards the right side relative to the injection shell 1 only by taking down the limiting rod 7.
