As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the side walls of the two sides of the top block 2 are longitudinally and integrally formed with the limiting strips 6, the inner walls of the two sides of the clamping base 1 are provided with U-shaped mounting grooves 62, and the U-shaped limiting frames 61 are mounted in the U-shaped mounting grooves 62. Through the mutual cooperation of the U-shaped limiting frame 61 and the limiting strips 6 on the side walls of the two sides of the top block 2, the top block 2 can be prevented from sliding off from the inner end of the second guide rod 5, and the practicability is high.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, the lower end of the top block 2 is inclined outward from the top to the bottom. Under the condition that an elastic part is not arranged between the top block 2 and the clamping seat 1, the fixer can be clamped on the bed rail cross bar 10 more easily, and the use is more convenient.
A rubber pad is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the top block 2. The contact between the top block 2 and the bed fence cross rod 10 is buffered through the rubber pad, and when the service life of the top block 2 is prolonged, the elasticity of the rubber pad is utilized, so that the clamping of the two top blocks 2 and the bed fence cross rod 10 is more stable, and the practicability is stronger.
The invention also discloses a use method of the push type anesthesia bed buckle fixer, which comprises the following steps:
1) directly inserting the fastener of the anesthesia bed into the connecting clamping groove 30 of the pressing block 3;
2) selecting the position of a bed fence cross rod 10 to be fixed, then clamping a fixer into the bed fence cross rod 10 from the upper part, and reversely extruding the top block 2 by using the bed fence cross rod 10 to ensure that the top block 2 moves outwards;
3) the pressing seat is pressed down, so that the upper end surface of the bedrail cross bar 10 is tightly attached to the upper end surface of the inner wall of the clamping seat 1;
4) continuing to press the pressing base downwards so that the pressing base moves downwards relative to the clamping base 1, extruding the top block 2 provided with the sliding groove 21 through the pressing plate 31 with the lower end inclined outwards from top to bottom, so that the top block 2 moves inwards to extrude the bedrail cross bar 10, and after the extrusion is in place, clamping teeth 41 on the sliding plate 4 are clamped into the strip-shaped notches 42 again under the action of the U-shaped elastic pieces 410 to complete the fixation of the pressing base, and further complete the locking of the bedrail cross bar by the fixator (as shown in fig. 3 and 4);
5) when the disassembly is needed, the two transverse blocks 44 are squeezed inwards by fingers, the prestress of the U-shaped elastic sheet 410 is overcome, the sliding plate 4 moves inwards, the latch 41 is separated from the strip-shaped notch 42, the pressing base can move upwards relative to the clamping base 1 under the action of the reset mechanism, the pressing base is separated from the squeezing of the top block 2, and the reset is completed (as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2);
6) finally, the fixator is moved upwards, and the fixator can be taken down from the bed rail cross bar 10.

The description of the specific embodiments is only intended to facilitate an understanding of the method of the invention and its core ideas.
