The application provides a use method of an injection device for ureteral reflux treatment, which comprises the following steps:
s1: inserting one end of an endoscope 6 into a patient, positioning the end of the endoscope 6 near the joint of the patient's bladder and ureter, sucking a medical leavening agent into the injection mechanism 1, poking the guide mechanism to a straight state, firstly inserting the guide mechanism into the working channel 61, and then inserting one end of the hose 11, which is connected with the needle 12, into the patient from outside the patient through the working channel 61;
s2: observing the inside of the bladder of the patient through the endoscope 6, and pushing the flexible tube 11 to extend the end of the guide mechanism out of the working channel 61;
s3: judging the extending direction of the guide piece 2 and the position in the ureter by observing the shape of the reflecting strip 21, and rotating the hose 11 to enable the guide mechanism to extend into the patient ureter, so that the bending radian of the guide mechanism in a natural state is matched with the radian of the ureter;
s4: the injection mechanism 1 is pushed to enable the needle 12 to extend out of the through hole 51, and the needle 12 is pricked into the 6-point submucosa of the bladder below the ureter mouth or the 6-point submucosa in the ureter wall to complete injection.

the hose is characterized in that two convex circles (3) are connected to the hose (11), a mounting ring (22) is arranged between the two convex circles (3), the mounting ring (22) is sleeved on the hose (11), the mounting ring (22) is used for sliding on the hose (11), and the convex circles (3) are used for clamping the mounting ring (22).
