Description

Intravascular deflection angle testing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blood vessel imaging, in particular to a device for testing an intravascular deflection angle.
Background
Aiming at some special application scenes such as critical illness and the like in clinic, the traditional gold standard 'thermodilution method' for clinically measuring cardiac output has larger trauma and certain danger. The ultrasonic Doppler technology and the ultrasonic cross section measuring technology of the inner wall of the blood vessel are combined with the ultrasonic transducer catheter in the blood vessel, so that the heart discharge value of a patient in the operation can be monitored in real time more directly, accurately and safely.
In the process of measuring the blood flow velocity by applying the Doppler principle in an actual blood vessel, the ultrasonic transducer catheter reaches the measurement position of the cardiac artery by a far-end catheter placement technology, a certain deflection included angle is inevitably formed between an ultrasonic beam and the central axis of the blood vessel, the position of the catheter cannot be adjusted at the near end, and the deflection angle is a main error source of the flow velocity measurement value. Therefore, in order to accurately monitor real-time cardiac output values of critically ill patients during surgery, the flow rate measurement error caused by the deflection angle must be compensated. When the intravascular ultrasonic transducer catheter is used for imaging blood vessels, when the blood vessels are deflected by one angle, the corresponding images change from the area, the long axis of the circle and the gray value of each point of the images, and if the characteristic relations between different deflection angles and the corresponding images can be obtained, an angle-characteristic function curve can be fitted, so that the compensation of the deflection angles is realized, and the central discharge capacity of a special patient can be accurately monitored.
However, in the existing testing device, there is no related imaging device for adjusting the eccentric angle between the intravascular ultrasound transducer catheter and the axis of the blood vessel, so that the corresponding characteristics and relationships of the obtained intravascular ultrasound images at different deflection angles cannot be determined, and the accurate real-time cardiac output measurement value obtained subsequently is influenced.
