Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing organic acid calcium by cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid, which comprises the following steps: filtering the cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid to remove macromolecular substances to obtain filtrate; adsorbing acidic substances in the filtrate by using resin to obtain adsorption residual liquid; desorbing the adsorbed acidic substance by adopting an ammonia hydroxide solution to obtain a desorption solution; heating the desorption solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding calcium carbonate powder, and stirring to obtain an organic calcium carbonate concentrated solution; drying the organic calcium acid concentrated solution to obtain organic calcium acid powder. In the invention, the obtained organic acid calcium can be used as a tablet or capsule calcium nutriment to realize resource recycling, thereby achieving the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for producing organic acid calcium by cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid.
Background
Cordyceps militaris (Cordyceps militaris), also known as Cordyceps militaris, is a genus of Cordyceps of Clavipitaceae, order of Ascomycotina. The produced cordycepin can regulate immunity, resist inflammation, bacteria, viruses, tumors, oxidation and the like; the produced nucleoside substance has the effects of reducing blood viscosity, improving blood oxygen supply capability, and preventing thrombosis, heart and brain anoxia, etc.; the produced cordycepic acid can inhibit growth of various pathogenic bacteria, and can be used for preventing and treating cerebral thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, long-term failure, etc.; the produced various amino acids and small molecular peptides can be directly digested and absorbed by human body as nutrient substances.
At present, the cordyceps militaris has two production methods, namely solid culture and liquid fermentation, and in the process of liquid fermentation, after cordycepin is obtained, other small molecular organic acids, such as nucleotides, cordycepic acid, amino acid and other large-scale byproducts exist in the remaining fermentation residual liquid. These byproducts are usually not reused, resulting in waste of resources.

(a) filtering the cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid to remove macromolecular substances to obtain filtrate;
(b) adsorbing acidic substances in the filtrate by using resin to obtain adsorption residual liquid;
(c) desorbing the adsorbed acidic substance by adopting an ammonia hydroxide solution to obtain a desorption solution;
(d) heating the desorption solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding calcium carbonate powder, and stirring to obtain an organic calcium carbonate concentrated solution;
(e) drying the organic calcium acid concentrated solution to obtain organic calcium acid powder.
Further, in (a), the fermentation residue is filtered by using a plate frame and a ceramic membrane.
Further, in (b), the filtrate is adsorbed by using an anion exchange resin column of the hydroxyl group type.
Further, the above-described method further comprises step (f);
(f) used for adsorbing residual liquid to extract cordycepin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the invention, the obtained organic acid calcium can be used as a tablet or capsule calcium nutriment to realize resource recycling, thereby achieving the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection.

The invention provides a method for producing organic acid calcium by cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid, which comprises the following steps:
(a) filtering the cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid to remove macromolecular substances to obtain filtrate;
specifically, a plate frame and a ceramic membrane are adopted to filter the fermentation residual liquid.
(b) Adsorbing acidic substances in the filtrate by using resin to obtain adsorption residual liquid;
specifically, the filtrate is adsorbed by using an hydroxyl anion exchange resin column;
(c) desorbing the adsorbed acidic substance by adopting an ammonia hydroxide solution to obtain a desorption solution;
(d) heating the desorption solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding calcium carbonate powder, and stirring to obtain an organic calcium carbonate concentrated solution;
(e) drying the organic calcium acid concentrated solution to obtain organic calcium acid powder.
In the invention, the obtained organic acid calcium can be used as a tablet or capsule calcium nutriment to realize resource recycling, thereby achieving the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Further, the method further comprises step (f);
(f) used for adsorbing residual liquid to extract cordycepin.

1. A method for producing organic acid calcium by cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) filtering the cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid to remove macromolecular substances to obtain filtrate;
(b) adsorbing acidic substances in the filtrate by using resin to obtain adsorption residual liquid;
(c) desorbing the adsorbed acidic substance by adopting an ammonia hydroxide solution to obtain a desorption solution;
(d) heating the desorption solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding calcium carbonate powder, and stirring to obtain an organic calcium carbonate concentrated solution;
(e) drying the organic calcium acid concentrated solution to obtain organic calcium acid powder.
2. The method for producing the organic acid calcium by adopting the cordyceps militaris fermentation residual liquid, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: in the step (a), a plate frame and a ceramic membrane are adopted to filter the fermentation residual liquid.
