Abstract

本申请公开了一种电池及其相关装置、制备方法和制备设备。电池包括电池单体、热管理部件、避让腔和收集腔。电池单体包括泄压机构;热管理部件用于容纳流体以给电池单体调节温度;避让腔被构造为提供允许泄压机构致动的空间;收集腔用于在泄压机构致动时收集来自电池单体的排放物。其中,热管理部件被构造为使得在泄压机构致动时电池单体的排放物能够穿过热管理部件,从而经由避让腔进入收集腔。根据本申请,由于设置有避让腔,泄压机构可以不必设置在电池单体的电极端子一侧;收集腔的设置能够使得泄压机构所泄放出的排泄物能够被收集起来而不会喷射或流动至外界从而对其他部件或外界环境造成污染。
