Fig. 5 is a perspective view (fig. 5(a)) viewed from the front side, a perspective view (fig. 5(b)) viewed from the rear side, and a schematic sectional view (fig. 5(c)) showing a state where three receiving trays 5 are mounted on the mounting tool 1 of the present embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view (fig. 6(a)) viewed from the front side showing a state where food items 7 are arranged in three receiving trays 5 assembled by the assembling device 1 of the present embodiment, a front view (fig. 6(b)) in the same state, a rear view (fig. 6(c)) in the same state, and a front view (fig. 6(d)) of the receiving tray 5 in which the food items 7 are arranged and the assembling device 1 when they are held by hand.
In the present embodiment, a case where three receiving trays 5 are mounted by the mounting tool 1 will be described as an example. However, the number of the receiving trays 5 to be mounted by the mounting tool 1 is not limited to three, and may be three or more.
The receiving tray 5 is a tray for receiving food and drink. The housing tray 5 is made of synthetic resin and has a circular tray plate 501 in plan view with a slightly depressed central portion and a cylindrical height plate 502 projecting from the lower surface of the tray plate 501. However, the shape of the receiving tray 5 is not limited to this shape.
The mounting tool 1 is used for mounting three accommodating trays 5 in the vertical direction. The assembly device 1 is described in detail below.
The mounting fixture 1 includes a mounting tube 101 and a disk position regulating unit 102. The mounting fixture 1 is integrally formed of synthetic resin. However, the material of the mounting tool 1 is not limited. The mounting fixture 1 may be formed of a plurality of members.
The mounting cylinder 101 has upper and lower opening portions into which the disk plate 501 accommodating the disk 5 can be fitted, that is, an upper opening portion 1011 and a lower opening portion 1012. Specifically, the mounting tube 101 is cylindrical with both ends open, and the upper opening 1011 and the lower opening 1012 have a shape and a size into which the disk plate 501 accommodating the disk 5 is fitted, respectively. For example, the shape of the upper and lower openings of the mounting tube 101 is a circular shape similar to the shape of the storage tray 5 in plan view, and the inner diameter L of the upper and lower openings of the mounting tube 101 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tray plate 501.
In a state where the tray plates 501 of the accommodating tray 5 are fitted into the upper opening 1011 and the lower opening 1012, a space in which one food and drink accommodating tray 5 can be arranged is formed between the food and drink accommodating trays 5 in the fitting cylinder 101 in which the two tray plates 501 are fitted. The two storage trays 5 are fitted into the upper and lower openings so that the upper surfaces face upward. The length of the mounting tube 101 in the axial direction is set to a length that can form such a space. Thus, another food tray can be disposed (in other words, insertable) between the food tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the food tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening 1012.
The disk position regulating portion 102 is a plurality of protrusions that are provided to protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the fitting cylinder 101 at predetermined fixed intervals. The protrusions are arranged so that the positions in the axial direction are the same. Here, the case where the number of the protrusions is 24 is exemplified. The lower surface 5011b of the peripheral edge of the disk plate 501, which accommodates the disk 5 and in which the disk plate 501 is fitted to the upper opening 1011, abuts on the upper end of the disk position regulating portion 102. This regulates the position of the disk plate 501 in the downward direction of the storage disk 5 fitted in the upper opening 1011. The position restricting the downward direction may be regarded as restricting the movement of the accommodating tray 5 in the downward direction.
The lower end of the disk position restricting portion 102 abuts against the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the storage disk 5 disposed immediately below the storage disk 5 in which the disk plate 501 is fitted to the upper opening 1011. Thereby limiting the upward position of the accommodating tray 5. The storage tray 5 disposed directly below the storage tray 5, that is, the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening portion 1012 is also restricted in its upward position by the abutment of the plateau 502 against the upper surface of the storage tray 5. The position restricting the upward direction may be regarded as restricting the movement of the accommodating tray 5 in the upward direction. The housing tray 5 in which the lower end of the tray position regulating portion 102 is abutted by the peripheral edge portion upper surface 5011a is disposed in the housing tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the space between the two housing trays 5 in the upper and lower opening portions, respectively, and the housing tray 5 disposed immediately below the housing tray is the housing tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening portion 1012.
The disk position regulating portion 102 preferably regulates the position of the disk plate 501 in the downward direction of the housing disk 5 fitted in the upper opening 1011 so that the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the food and drink housing disk 5 in which the disk plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 has substantially the same height as the upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting cylinder 101. Here, as an example, B1 is T1 (T1 is the thickness of the disk plate 501 that accommodates the disk 5) as the distance B1 in the height direction between the upper opening end edge 1011a and the upper end of the disk position regulating portion 102. Thus, in a state where the peripheral edge lower surface 5011b of the disk plate 501 abuts on the upper end of the disk position regulating portion 102, the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 has the same height as the upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting tube 101. However, the height of the peripheral edge portion upper surface 5011a may be higher than the upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting tube 101 within the range of the thickness of the disk plate 501. I.e., 0< B1< T1. When the upper opening end 1011a of the mounting tube 101 can be higher than the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501, the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a may be lower than the upper opening end 1011a of the mounting tube 101. I.e., B1> T1.
By providing such a disk position regulating portion 102, for example, the user can be prevented from mistakenly picking up only the storage disk 5 fitted in the upper opening 1011.
The mounting tool 1 includes four engagement claws 103, and the engagement claws 103 engage with a peripheral edge portion 5011 of the tray plate 501 of the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening portion 1012, and regulate the position of the food or drink storage tray in the lower direction. Here, four locking claws 103 formed in a shape protruding inward in the radial direction of the fitting cylinder 101 are provided at the lower opening end edge 1012a at equal intervals. However, the number of the locking claws 103 may be two or more. The locking claw 103 may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the mounting cylinder 101 on the lower opening portion 1012 side. The plate 501 of the storage tray 5 is fitted into the lower opening portion 1012 to be engaged with the engaging claw 103, so that the storage tray 5 disposed directly above the storage tray 5 and the storage tray 5 does not fall off from the mounting fixture 1 when the mounting fixture 1 is lifted.
The disk position regulating portion 102 preferably regulates at least the position in the upper direction of the housing disk 5 in which the disk plate 501 is fitted to the lower opening portion 1012, so that the lower peripheral edge surface 5011b of the disk plate 501 of the housing disk 5 in which the disk plate 501 is fitted to the lower opening portion 1012 has almost the same height as the lower opening portion end edge 1012a of the mounting cylinder 101. In this mounting tool 1, since the lower end of the disk position regulating portion 102 is abutted by the peripheral edge portion upper surface 5011a of the housing disk 5 disposed in the space where the disk plate 501 fits in the upper opening portion 1011 and the housing disk 5 where the disk plate 501 fits in the lower opening portion 1012, and as a result, the position in the upper direction where the disk plate 501 overlapped with this housing disk 5 fits in the housing disk 5 of the lower opening portion 1012 is regulated, the distance in the height direction from the lower end of the disk position regulating portion 102 to the lower opening portion end edge 1012a may be substantially the same as the distance between the peripheral edge portion upper surfaces 5011a of the two overlapped housing disks 5 plus the thickness T1 of one disk plate 501. Here, as an example, B2 is set to G1+ T1 (where G1 is the distance between the peripheral edge portion upper surfaces 5011a of the tray plate 501 when two food containing trays 5 are stacked) as the distance B2 in the height direction from the lower end of the tray position regulating portion 102 to the lower opening end edge 1012 a. Thus, the peripheral edge portion upper surface 5011a of the storage tray 5 disposed in the space between the storage tray 5 in which the tray 501 is fitted into the upper opening 1011 and the storage tray 5 in which the tray 501 is fitted into the lower opening 1012 abuts against the lower end of the tray position regulating portion 102, whereby the peripheral edge portion lower surface 5011b of the tray 501 of the storage tray 5 in which the tray 5 is fitted into the lower opening 1012 becomes the same height as the lower opening end edge 1012a of the mounting tube 101. However, the height of the peripheral edge lower surface 5011b may be lower than the lower opening end edge 1012a of the mounting tube 101 within the range of the thickness of the disk plate 501. I.e., G1< B2< G1+ T1.
By providing such a disk position regulating portion 102, the gap between the lower opening portion edge 1012a and the surface of the storage disk 5 on which the disk plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening portion 1012 is increased, so that a hand can be inserted into the gap, and the upper and lower storage disks 5 of the three storage disks 5 mounted with the mounting tool 1 can be easily grasped and picked up by a hand.
When the height of the lower surface 5011B of the peripheral edge of the storage tray 5, in which the tray plate 501 is fitted to the lower opening portion 1012, may be higher than the lower opening end edge 1012a of the mounting tube 101, G1+ T1< B2 may be used. However, in this case, it is preferable that B2< G1+ D1 (in the formula, D1 is set to the height of the storage tray 5) be set so that a gap into which a finger or a nail can be inserted is formed between the lower opening end edge 1012a and the surface of the storage tray 5 on which the tray plate 501 is fitted to the lower opening portion 1012, for example, the surface of the conveying path or the upper surface of the plate chain on which the stacked storage trays 5 are arranged.
In order to stably mount the storage disk 5, in which the lower position is restricted by the disk position restricting section 102, and the storage disk 5, in which the upper position is restricted, in contact with each other without being pressed, when the three storage disks 5 mounted by the mounting tool 1 are picked up, the storage disk 5 is mounted, the height direction length H1 of the disk position restricting section 102 is preferably H1 ≧ G1-T1, which is longer than the distance between the stacked storage disks 5. As will be described later, the disk position restricting portion 102 serving as a protrusion may be in contact with the lower peripheral edge face 5011b of the disk plate 501 of the first food serving tray 5 among the three or more holding disks 5 and the upper peripheral edge face 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the food serving tray 5 disposed just below the food serving tray 5, and a plurality of protrusions may be provided so as to protrude from the inner peripheral face of the mounting tube 101.
An upper notch 104 is provided at an upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting tube 101, and the upper notch 104 exposes a peripheral edge portion 5011 of the disk plate 501 accommodating the disk 5, in which the disk plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011, on the outer peripheral surface side of the mounting tube 101. The upper cutout 104 is preferably a cutout having a height direction length equal to the length of the space opening immediately below the peripheral edge 5011 of the disk plate 501. The outer peripheral surface side of the upper cutout portion 104 has a substantially rectangular shape. But the shape is not limited. The shape and size of the upper cutout portion 104 are preferably such that a user can insert a fingertip below the exposed peripheral edge portion 5011. The upper cutout portion 104 has a width of 5mm or more and 25mm or less, and preferably has a height of 1.5 times or more the thickness T1 of the disk plate 501. Here, the upper cutout portion 104 is shown as one, but it may be plural. The housing tray 5 having the tray plate 501 can be easily taken out by inserting a finger under the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the tray plate 501 exposed to the upper cutout portion 104 and pushing up the tray plate 501.
A lower opening portion 105 is provided at a lower opening portion end edge 1012a of the fitting cylinder 101, and the lower opening portion 105 exposes a peripheral edge portion 5011 of the disk plate 501 accommodating the disk 5, in which the disk plate 501 is fitted into the lower opening portion 1012, in the outer peripheral surface side of this fitting cylinder 101. The lower notch portion 105 is preferably a notch having a length in the height direction equal to the length of the opening of the space immediately above the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the disk plate 501. The outer peripheral surface side of the lower cutout portion 105 has a substantially rectangular shape. But the shape is not limited. The shape and size of the lower cutout portion 105 are preferably such that a user can insert a fingertip above the exposed peripheral edge portion 5011. The upper cutout portion 104 has a width of 5mm or more and 25mm or less, and preferably has a height of 1.5 times or more the thickness T1 of the disk plate 501. For example, the height is more preferably the distance G1 between the upper surfaces 5011a of the peripheral portions of the tray plate 501 when the two food and drink receiving trays 5 are stacked. Here, the lower notch portion 105 is shown as one, but it may be plural. By inserting a finger above the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the tray plate 501 exposed to the lower cutout portion 105 and pressing down the tray plate 501, the housing tray 5 having the tray plate 501 can be easily detached and taken out from the locking claws 103.
At least the portion of the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101, into which the disk plate 501 of the housing disk 5 is fitted, is provided with a plurality of linear protrusions 106 parallel to the axial center of the mounting tube 101 at equal intervals. Here, an example is shown in which the linear protrusion 106 is provided above the disk position regulating portion 102, which is a portion into which the disk plate 501, which is the inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylinder 101, is fitted, and below the disk position regulating portion 102. However, the linear protrusion 106 may be provided only above the disk position regulating portion 102 or only below the disk position regulating portion 102. The linear protrusion 106 is, for example, a linear protrusion having a width of 5mm or less and a height of 2mm or less. The linear protrusion 106 may be formed to have a small thickness on the axial center side of the mounting tube 101. With the linear protrusion 106, for example, when the disk plate 501 is to be fitted into the fitting cylinder 101 or removed from the fitting cylinder 101, the disk plate 501 is in contact with only the axial center side of the fitting cylinder 101 of the linear protrusion 106, so that the contact area between the disk plate 501 and the inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylinder 101 can be reduced, friction can be reduced, and the effort for fitting or removing the housing disk 5 can be reduced.
In addition, one or two or more linear protrusions (not shown) may be provided in parallel to the axial direction of the mounting cylinder 101 at the portion where the locking claw 103 contacts the disk plate 501 when the disk plate 501 is fitted.
The number of linear protrusions 106 is not limited as long as the number is three or more. The linear protrusions 106 may be provided at different intervals. However, the number and arrangement of the linear protrusions 106 are preferably such that the disk plate 501 does not directly contact the inner circumferential surface of the mounting tube 101 when the disk plate 501 is fitted. The linear protrusions 106 are preferably parallel to the axial direction, but the linear protrusions 106 may be not parallel to the axial direction, and may extend in a direction other than the horizontal direction. The linear protrusion 106 may be made of the same material as the mounting tube 101, or may be made of another material. For example, the linear protrusions 106 may be made of a resin having a small friction coefficient, such as a fluororesin such as polytetrafluoroethylene.
Next, an example of use of the mounting fixture 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
First, the mounting tool 1 is moved to above the two superposed housing trays 5 so that the disk plate 501 of the housing tray 5 and the lower opening 1012 of the mounting tool 1 are both superposed as viewed from above, and when the mounting tool 1 is moved downward, the disk plate 501 of the upper housing tray 5 of the two superposed housing trays 5 is relatively moved upward of the mounting tube 101 in a state where the peripheral edge portion 5011 is in contact with the linear protrusion 106. Next, the tray plate 501 of the lower one of the two stacked storage trays 5 is engaged with the locking claw 103 and fitted into the lower opening portion 1012. Here, at the time point when the disk plate 501 of the lower housing disk 5 of the two overlapped housing disks 5 is fitted into the lower opening portion 1012, the peripheral portion upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the upper housing disk 5 of the two overlapped housing disks 5 abuts against the lower end of the disk position regulating portion 102, and the position in the upper direction of the two overlapped housing disks 5 is regulated.
One storage tray 5 is placed in the upper opening 1011 of the mounting tube 101 with the upper surface of the tray plate 501 facing upward, and the tray plate 501 containing the storage tray 5 is fitted into the upper opening 1011. The lower surface 5011b of the peripheral edge of the disk plate 501 which is fitted into the disk position regulating portion 102 abuts on the upper end of the disk position regulating portion 102 to regulate the position of the housing disk 5 in the downward direction, and the upper surface 5011a of the peripheral edge of the disk plate 501 and the upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting tube 101 have almost the same height.
Before the housing tray 5 is fitted into the lower opening 1012, the housing tray 5 may be fitted into the upper opening 1011. When the housing trays 5 are fitted from the lower opening portion 1012, the two housing trays 5 can be sequentially fitted from the lower opening portion 1012 without fitting the housing trays 5 in an overlapped state to the mounting tool 1. The method of mounting each of the storage trays 5 to the mounting fixture 1 is not limited to the above method.
As shown in fig. 6(a), the food or drink 7 is placed on the upper surface of the tray plate 501 of the receiving tray 5, and the receiving tray 5 is the receiving tray 5 placed uppermost among the three receiving trays 5 mounted on the mounting tool 1. The food 7 is disposed in an amount corresponding to the amount of the three storage trays 5. Although the food and drink 7 is exemplified as sushi, any food and drink may be used. Further, among the three receiving trays 5 mounted by the mounting tool 1, food and drink may be directly placed on the upper surface of the tray plate 501 disposed on the uppermost receiving tray 5, or food and drink placed in a container such as a cup, a small dish, or a Regenaria cup may be placed.
The three storage trays 5, on which the food or drink is placed and which are mounted by the mounting tool 1, are placed on a plate chain for carrying the food or drink, and are carried to a table of a user, for example, in a manner described in patent document 1 and the like.
The user of the table takes out the three receiving trays 5 assembled with the assembling tool 1, which are conveyed by the plate chain, from the plate chain, and eats the food or drink placed in the receiving trays 5. When the three receiving trays 5 assembled with the assembling tool 1 are taken out from the plate chain, the three receiving trays 5 are surrounded by the assembling tool 1, so that the plurality of receiving trays 5 can be prevented from being taken out individually in a state where the food or drink 7 is placed. In particular, since the tray plate 501 on which the uppermost receiving tray 5 for food and drink is placed is fitted into the upper opening 1011 of the mounting tube 101, the user cannot pick up only the uppermost receiving tray 5 on which food and drink is placed with his or her hand, and inevitably grasps the receiving trays 5 fitted to the upper and lower portions of the mounting tube 101 with his or her hand, and takes out these receiving trays 5, the receiving trays 5 positioned therebetween, and the mounting device 1 on which these receiving trays 5 are mounted, as shown in fig. 6 (b). As a result, the number of the receiving trays 5 corresponding to the amount of the food or drink 7 is taken out.
Further, by regulating at least the position in the lower direction of the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the position in the upper direction of the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening 1012 by the tray position regulating section 102, the upper surface of the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the lower surface of the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening 1012 are gripped and picked up, the mounting fixture 1 can be picked up together with the three storage trays 5 mounted with the tray position regulating section 102 gripped by the storage trays 5, and the storage tray 5 and the mounting fixture 1 can be moved integrally.
Further, since the disk position regulating portion 102 is used to regulate the position of the storage disk 5 in which at least the disk plate 501 is fitted to the lower opening portion 1012, in this case, the disk plate 501 is disposed on the storage disk 5 below the disk position regulating portion 102, and the disk position regulating portion 102 does not move in the upward direction, when the user takes out the storage disk 5 fitted to the fitting tool 1 from the flat chain or the like, even in the case where the lower surface of the disk plate 501 fitted to the lower opening portion 1012 is supported only by fingers or the like without supporting the lower opening portion end edge 1012a or the like of the fitting cylinder 101 from below, the fitting tool 1 can be taken out together with the storage disk 5 by the disk position regulating portion 102 being supported from below by the peripheral portion upper surface 5011a of the storage disk 5 disposed below.
Further, since the lower surface of the disk plate 501 fitted in the lower opening portion 1012 is supported from below by the locking claws 103, even when the user holds the mounting tube 101 with his hand without supporting the lower surface of the disk plate 501 with his fingers or the like from below when taking out the storage disk 5 mounted by the mounting tool 1 from the flat chain or the like, it is possible to prevent the storage disk 5 from falling off from the mounting tube 101 and failing to take out the storage disk 5 by taking up only the mounting tube 101.
After eating food and drink, the peripheral edge 5011 on the upper opening 104 side is lifted up by putting fingertips under the peripheral edge 5011 of the tray plate 501 exposed at the upper opening 104 of the mounting tool 1 and pulling up the peripheral edge 5011, and the peripheral edge 5011 is lifted up to be higher than the upper opening end edge 1011a, and by grasping this portion with fingers, the housing tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 can be removed from the mounting tool 1.
Further, by putting a fingertip on the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the disk plate 501 fitted in the lower opening portion 1012 exposed at the lower opening portion 104 of the mounting tool 1 and pressing down the peripheral edge portion 5011 in the downward direction, the disk plate 501 can be released from the locking claws 103, and the housing disk 5 having the disk plate 501 can be removed from the mounting tool 1. In addition, since the housing tray 5 stacked above the housing tray 5 moves downward and is locked by the locking claws 103 and the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the tray plate 501 is exposed to the lower cutout portion 104 again, the finger tip can be inserted into the housing tray 5 from the lower cutout portion 104 and removed from the mounting tool 1 in the same manner as described above.
Before the storage tray 5 is removed from the upper opening 1011, the storage tray 5 may be removed from the lower opening 1012. The method of removing each storage tray 5 from the mounting fixture 1 is not limited to the above method.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the three storage trays 5 can be appropriately mounted so that the storage trays 5 cannot be individually taken out in a state where the food or drink 7 is placed. The three storage trays 5 can be handled as one unit together with the mounting fixture 1.
In the above embodiment, the case where the number of the protruding portions is 24 is exemplified, but the number of the protruding portions constituting the disk position regulating portion 102 is not limited as long as the position of the storage disk 5 can be regulated in the above manner. Further, in the above embodiment, the following may be provided: a plurality of projections provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101 so as to abut against and fit on a lower surface 5011b of the peripheral edge of the disk plate 501 in the upper opening 1011; and a plurality of projections provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101 so as to abut against the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the storage tray 5 disposed immediately below the storage tray 5 having the disk plate 501. However, these projections must be provided between the same two disk plates 501.
The disk position regulating portion 102 is not limited to the above-described protrusion, and may have any structure as long as it regulates at least the position in the lower direction of the storage disk 5 where the disk plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the position in the upper direction of the storage disk 5 where the disk plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening 1012. For example, the disk position restricting portion 102 may be a combination of both: a step portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder 101 so as to abut against a lower surface 5011b of the peripheral edge portion of the disk plate 501 fitted in the upper opening 1011; and a step portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101 so as to abut against the peripheral edge upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 of the storage tray 5 disposed immediately below the storage tray 5 having the disk plate 501. The disk position regulating portion 102 may be a combination of the stepped portion and the projection portion.
In the above embodiment, the disk position regulating portion 102 is provided between the disk plate 501 fitted in the upper opening 1011 provided in the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101 and the disk plate 501 disposed in the storage disk 5 directly below the storage disk 5 having this disk plate 501, but the disk position regulating portion 102 may be provided between the disk plate 501 fitted in the lower opening 1012 and the disk plate 501 disposed in the storage disk 5 directly above the storage disk 5 having this disk plate 501. In this case, in a state where the disk plates 501 of the two housing disks 5 are fitted to the upper and lower openings of the mounting cylinder 101, respectively, and one housing disk 5 is disposed in the space between the two housing disks 5, the peripheral edge portion upper surface 5011a of the disk plate 501 fitted to the lower opening 1012 abuts against the lower portion of the disk position regulating portion 102 to regulate the position of the housing disk 5 having the disk plate 501 in the upward direction, and the peripheral edge portion lower surface 5011b of the disk plate 501 of the housing disk 5 disposed directly below the housing disk 5 having the disk plate 501 fitted to the upper opening 1011 abuts against the upper portion of the disk position regulating portion 102 to regulate the position of the housing disk 5 having the disk plate 501 in the downward direction, whereby the position of the housing disk 5 having the disk plate 501 fitted to the upper opening 1011 directly overlapping with the housing disk 5 in the downward direction can be regulated.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the mount cylinder 101 in which the space for accommodating one accommodating tray 5 is formed between the two accommodating trays 5 is used in the state where the tray plates 501 of the accommodating trays 5 are fitted in the upper and lower openings, respectively, has been described, but the mount cylinder 101 in which the two or more accommodating trays 5 are arranged may be used in the state where the tray plates 501 of the accommodating trays 5 are fitted in the upper and lower openings, respectively, between the two accommodating trays 5. For example, as shown in the sectional view of fig. 7, four or more holding trays 5 can be appropriately assembled by using such an assembly cylinder 101.
In this case, the disk position regulating portion 102 constituted by the above-described protrusion portion may be provided at any position as long as it is between the disk plate 501 of one storage disk 5 and the disk plate 501 of the storage disk 5 arranged directly below this storage disk 5. The disk position restricting portion 102 is provided at any position, so that the position in the downward direction of the housing disk 5 of the disk plate 501 having the lower peripheral edge surface 5011b abutting on the disk position restricting portion 102 is restricted, the position in the downward direction of the housing disk 5 stacked on the housing disk 5 is restricted, the position in the downward direction of the housing disk 5 fitted in the upper opening 1011 of the disk plate 501 is restricted, the position in the upward direction of the housing disk 5 stacked on the housing disk 5 is restricted by restricting the position in the upward direction of the housing disk 5 of the disk plate 501 having the upper peripheral edge surface 5011a abutting on the disk position restricting portion 102, and the position in the upward direction of the housing disk 5 fitted in the lower opening 1012 of the disk plate 501 is restricted.
That is, the mounting tube 101 may be any mounting tube that forms a space in which one or more storage trays 5 can be disposed between two storage trays 5 in a state in which the tray plates 501 of the storage trays 5 are fitted into the upper and lower openings, respectively.
The disk position regulating unit 102 may be configured to regulate at least the position in the lower direction of the storage disk 5 where the disk plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the position in the upper direction of the storage disk 5 where the disk plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening 1012, in a state where the disk plates 501 of the two storage disks 5 are fitted in the upper and lower openings of the mounting cylinder 101, and one or more storage disks 5 are arranged in the space between the two storage disks 5.
The one or more upper notches 104 provided at the upper opening end edge 1011a of the mounting tube 101 may be any notches as long as the peripheral edge 5011 of the one or more disk plates 501 for accommodating the disks 5 whose downward position is regulated by the disk position regulating portion 102 is exposed on the outer peripheral surface side of the mounting tube 101. The storage tray 5 with the exposed peripheral edge portion 5011 preferably includes the storage tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011.
The one or more lower notch portions 105 provided on the lower opening portion end edge 1012a of the mounting tube 101 may be any notch as long as the peripheral edge portion 5011 of the one or more disk plates 501 for accommodating the disks 5 whose upper position is regulated by the disk position regulating portion 102 is exposed on the outer peripheral surface side of the mounting tube 101. The housing tray 5 with the exposed peripheral portion 5011 preferably includes the housing tray 5 in which the tray plate 501 is fitted in the lower opening portion 1012.
In the mounting tube 101, in a case where a space in which one or more storage trays 5 can be arranged is formed between two storage trays 5 in a state where the tray plates 501 of the storage trays 5 are fitted into the upper and lower opening portions, respectively, and the tray position restricting portion 102 is a plurality of projections provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tube 101 so as to abut against the lower peripheral edge face 5011B of the tray plate 501 of one storage tray 5 of 23 or more storage trays 5 mounted by the mounting tool 1 and the upper peripheral edge face 5011a of the tray plate 501 of the storage tray 5 arranged directly below the storage tray 5, the distance B1 in the height direction from the upper end of the tray position restricting portion 102 to the upper opening end edge 1011a is preferably (M-1) × G1< B1 ≦ (M-1) × G1+ T1 (in the expression, M is the number of storage trays 5 whose position in the lower direction is restricted by the tray position restricting portion 102, g1 and T1 are the same as described above). This prevents a finger or a nail from being put into the gap between the upper opening end edge 1011a and the disk plate 501 fitted in the upper opening 1011 and being merely caught and removed from the disk plate 501.
In the same case, the height direction distance B2 from the lower end of the disk position regulating section 102 to the lower opening end edge 1012a is preferably a distance represented by (N-1) × G1< B2 ≦ (N-1) × G1+ T1 (where N is the number of storage disks 5 whose position in the upward direction is regulated by the disk position regulating section 102, and G1 and T1 are the same as described above). In this way, it is thereby possible to prevent a finger or a nail from being put into the gap between the lower opening portion end edge 1012a and the disk plate 501 fitted in the lower opening portion 1012 to grab away only the disk plate 501 overlapped more upward than this disk plate 501. M + N is the total number K of the accommodating trays 5 mounted by the mounting tool 1 (K is an integer of three or more).
For example, as shown in fig. 7, in a case where two storage trays 5 are disposed between two storage trays 5 in a state where the tray plates 501 of the storage trays 5 are fitted in the upper and lower openings, respectively, when a plurality of protrusions serving as the tray position regulating portions 102 are provided between the peripheral edge 5011 of the storage tray 5 where the tray plate 501 is fitted in the upper opening 1011 and the peripheral edge 5011 of the tray plate 501 of the storage tray 5 disposed directly below the storage tray 5, N is "1", M is "3", the distance B1 is preferably a distance shown by 0< B1< T1, and the distance B2 is preferably a distance shown by 2 × G1< B2< 2 × G1+ T1.
In the above embodiment, the mounting fixture 1 may have an overlapping structure for allowing stable overlapping of one or more other mounting fixtures 1. For example, the overlapping structure of the mounting tools 1 may be recesses (not shown) into which the locking claws 103 can be fitted, the recesses being provided at positions facing the locking claws 103 of the mounting tool 1 disposed above when the mounting tools 1 are overlapped such that the axial centers of the upper opening end edges 1011a of the mounting tools 1 are positioned on the same straight line. In this case, for example, the other mounting tool 1 is arranged to be superimposed on the upper opening end edge 1011a of the one mounting tool 1 so that each recess of the one mounting tool 1 faces each locking claw 103 of the other mounting tool 1, whereby each locking claw 103 can be fitted into each recess, and the mounting tools 1 can be superimposed stably. However, the overlapping structure is not limited to the above structure. The upper notch 104 may be used as one or more recesses.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made, and the modifications are also included in the scope of the present invention.
