[ detailed description ] embodiments
Embodiment 1, a method for fast code scanning and ex-warehouse, which is suitable for the ex-warehouse code scanning of a large number of items of a product with one code, as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
101. and acquiring the current ex-warehouse task list.
In this step, the ex-warehouse task list ordered at the first position is obtained as the current ex-warehouse task list, or a plurality of ex-warehouse task lists are obtained, and any ex-warehouse task list is selected as the current ex-warehouse task list.
102. And placing a plurality of products of one object and one code in the same category in the code reading area.
In this embodiment, a plurality of products of one object and one code of the same category can be placed in the code reading area manually or by an automatic transmission mode.
103. And shooting all commodities in the code reading area and images of the barcodes carried by the commodities at one time.
In this embodiment, the shooting may be specifically completed by an industrial camera. The industrial camera is used as a high-tech product with closely combined technologies such as optics, machinery, electronics, software application and the like, a camera lens is used for collecting bar code images, and the bar code information is decoded through built-in decoding software.
104. Reading the respective barcode information from the image.
In this embodiment, a multi-target recognition technique is used to read a plurality of barcodes assigned to each product in an image. The multi-target identification technology is to use a certain software algorithm to identify and decode a plurality of bar code targets in an image collected by an industrial camera.
105. And analyzing the bar code information and the current ex-warehouse task list.
And the analysis is to extract the product item phase code carried in the one-item-one code by comparing the read one-item-one code with the relevant code rule, and then to obtain the product information by inquiring the product name, specification type and the like in the association database. In the embodiment, the product information in the bar code information is analyzed and compared with the product information of the current ex-warehouse task list to judge whether the product information is consistent with the product information of the current ex-warehouse task list; and analyzing the accumulated code scanning quantity, comparing the accumulated code scanning quantity with the product quantity of the current ex-warehouse task list, and judging whether the accumulated code scanning quantity is less than or equal to the product quantity of the current ex-warehouse task list.
106. And associating the bar code meeting the analysis requirement with the current delivery task list to complete quick code scanning and delivery.
In this step, if the product information is consistent and the accumulated number of scanned codes is less than or equal to the number of products in the current delivery job ticket, it is determined that the analysis requirement is met, the bar code meeting the analysis requirement is associated with the current delivery job ticket, and the success of code scanning association is prompted, the current products are moved out of the code reading area, and then the next products are placed in the code reading area, i.e., the step 102 is returned to.
And if the product information is inconsistent, sending out an early warning prompt. Or if the accumulated code scanning quantity is larger than the product quantity of the current delivery task list, judging that the product quantity does not meet the analysis requirement, sending an early warning prompt, and enabling the accumulated code scanning quantity to be equal to the product quantity of the current delivery task list after an operator or a system rejects the corresponding quantity of products according to the excess quantity displayed in the early warning prompt, and associating the bar code with the current delivery task list. Therefore, the quick code scanning and ex-warehouse of the current ex-warehouse task list are completed. And then, performing quick code scanning and ex-warehouse of the next ex-warehouse task list, namely returning to the step 101 and circulating the steps.
In specific application, after the ex-warehouse code scanning software is started, the software acquires an ex-warehouse task list through an interface with a superior software system. When a plurality of ex-warehouse task lists are obtained, the system supports the quick ex-warehouse operation started by selecting any task list. The operator moves a plurality of products from the stock station to the camera code reading area. The camera shoots an image, and a plurality of bar codes of the product are read and decoded by using a multi-target identification technology. And transmits to the ex-warehouse code scanning software. And after the ex-warehouse code scanning software obtains the bar code information, analyzing and comparing the product information, associating the data meeting the requirements with the ex-warehouse task list, storing the association relation data in the system, and uploading the association relation data to the superior information system software through an interface at the later stage. And the success of code scanning association can be prompted by means of a screen, an alarm, a green light and the like. And for the bar codes which do not accord with the product information and exceed the number of the ex-warehouse task lists, the system provides screen prompt and alarm prolonged sound and red light prompt. After the code is successfully scanned, the operator can place the product into a product delivery area. And the continuous code scanning can be realized by repeating the above contents to finish the delivery of the delivery list. After the whole ex-warehouse operation is completed, the operator can upload the generated ex-warehouse data and the associated one-item-one-code data to the upper-level software system.
The method for rapidly scanning the codes out of the warehouse combines an industrial camera and a software multi-target identification technology, can simultaneously identify, read and decode a plurality of bar code targets in the field of view of the camera, can only scan one bar code for one time, and improves the efficiency of scanning the codes out of the warehouse into scanning a plurality of bar codes simultaneously.
