In order to enable consumers to find counterfeit labels (which can be obtained by copying genuine labels in batches) in time and avoid the circulation of counterfeit commodities among consumers, the consumers can download commodity authenticity identification modules for inquiring the authenticity of commodities through intelligent terminals (such as smart phones or tablet computers) with NFC functions, and the commodity authenticity identification modules are in communication connection with the commodity labels and the traceability service platform respectively and are used for reading and displaying commodity attribute information and commodity circulation information.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the identity authentication and the information authentication are carried out on the security chip of the commodity label based on the quantum encryption technology, all or part of information encryption processing can be carried out on the commodity attribute information, the commodity circulation information and the historical query information through the quantum password service platform according to actual requirements, after the encrypted information is formed, the encrypted information is stored on the commodity label and the traceability service platform at the same time, anti-counterfeiting authentication and traceability query are carried out in a dual-recording mode, the information in the commodity label can be prevented from being tampered, and the commodity attribute information, the commodity circulation information and the historical query information stored on the traceability service platform can be compared to further verify and counterfeit. Namely: whether commodity attribute information is unanimous on can the commodity label that can carry through comparing commodity label interior commodity attribute information and the service platform that traces to the source, form and use commodity true and false inquiry data as the data link of one of them dimension, further whether commodity circulation information is unanimous on through comparing commodity label interior commodity circulation information and the service platform that traces to the source, form and use commodity sales circulation data as the data link of another dimension, thereby obtain two different dimension data links and be used for the contrast, in order to carry out commodity anti-fake inquiry that traces to the source, and then effectively improve commodity true and false inquiry efficiency, anti-fake accuracy of tracing to the source. In addition, whether the historical query information in the commodity label is consistent with the historical query information on the tracing service platform or not can be compared, whether the commodity is abnormal or not and the abnormal occurrence time and position can be judged by the aid of the relation between time and space, the method is favorable for timely finding and checking the fake commodity flowing into the market, the purpose of timely finding and blocking the fake commodity from entering a seller is achieved, commodity circulation supervision is facilitated, and fake and shoddy commodities are prevented from flowing into the market.
When the counterfeit commodities are to enter the circulation channel by copying the genuine commodity labels in batches, the invention can find the abnormal conflict of a plurality of commodity label records in time according to the commodity circulation information recorded by the seller so as to immediately block or find the flow channel of the counterfeit commodities; when the counterfeit goods are to enter the hands of the consumers after the quality labels are copied in batches, the anti-counterfeit information (time and position) reported by the consumers is recorded, the abnormal phenomenon exists among the inquiry records of the labels, and the counterfeit goods are immediately blocked or found to flow into the hands of the consumers.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
as shown in fig. 2, it is a schematic block diagram of the quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing system based on the security chip of the present invention; the quantum anti-counterfeiting traceability system based on the security chip comprises a commodity label, a label reading-writing device, a traceability service platform and a quantum password service platform;
the commodity label is used for being arranged on a commodity or a commodity package to store commodity records and circulation records, each commodity label is provided with a unique commodity ID number and is internally provided with a safety chip, and the safety chip of the commodity label comprises a storage module, a read operation module and a write operation module;
the label reading and writing device is configured for manufacturers and sellers to perform reading and writing operation on the commodity labels, each label reading and writing device is provided with a unique equipment ID number and is internally provided with a safety chip, and the label reading and writing devices are respectively in communication connection with the commodity labels and the quantum password service platforms;
the traceability service platform is used for storing commodity attribute information, commodity circulation information and historical query information, and is respectively in communication connection with the tag read-write device and the quantum password service platform;
the quantum cryptography service platform is used for distributing a quantum key for each commodity, injecting the quantum key into the commodity label and a security chip of the label reading and writing device so as to carry out identity verification and authorization on the commodity label and the traceability service platform, and simultaneously carrying out encryption and decryption processing on commodity attribute information, commodity circulation information and historical query information of each commodity based on a quantum encryption technology; and the quantum password service platform is respectively in communication connection with the label reading and writing device and the tracing service platform.
And the commodity authenticity identification module is in communication connection with the commodity label and the traceability service platform respectively and is used for reading and displaying commodity attribute information and commodity circulation information.
As a preferred embodiment, the commodity tag is a readable and writable electronic tag, the security chip of the commodity tag is an NFC chip or an RFID chip, the security chip of the commodity tag has a storage module for storing data information, and the storage module is in communication connection with the read operation module and the write operation module, respectively.
As a preferred embodiment, the tag reading and writing device includes a display unit, a reading and writing unit, a main control unit, an authentication unit, an information comparison unit, and a first communication module, where the reading and writing unit, the main control unit, the information comparison unit, and the first communication module are respectively integrated on a security chip of the tag reading and writing device, the main control unit is respectively in signal connection with the display unit, the reading and writing unit, the information comparison unit, and the first communication module, the first communication module is respectively in communication connection with the authentication unit, the traceability service platform, and the quantum cryptography service platform, the reading and writing unit is respectively in communication connection with a writing operation module and a reading operation module of the commodity tag, and the reading and writing unit is in communication connection with the writing operation module of the commodity tag through the authentication unit.
As a preferred embodiment, the tracing service platform has a second communication module and an information management module for storing and managing information, and the second communication module is respectively in communication connection with the information management module, the tag read-write device and the quantum cryptography service platform.
As a preferred embodiment, the quantum cryptography service platform includes a quantum key generation module, a quantum key management module, a data encryption and decryption module, and a third communication module, the quantum key management module is respectively in communication connection with the quantum key generation module and the data encryption and decryption module, and the data encryption and decryption module is respectively in communication connection with the tag read-write device and the tracing service platform through the third communication module.
As a preferred embodiment, the quantum key generation module comprises an optical component and a first embedded microprocessor, and is used for generating a quantum key and transmitting the quantum key to the quantum key management module;

(3) when the goods are initially delivered from a factory, after the identity verification of a label reading-writing device of a manufacturer is carried out through a quantum password service platform, the goods attribute information is used for generating an encrypted identification code by using a goods label, a first record with the goods attribute information and the identification code is formed, the first record is submitted to the goods label for storage, and the first record is submitted to a traceability service platform and can be stored only after the identification code is verified to be correct through the quantum password service platform;
(4) when the commodity sales channel circulates, after the identification of the label read-write device of a seller is verified through the quantum password service platform, the commodity circulation information is used for generating an encrypted identification code by using the commodity label to form a second record with the commodity circulation information and the identification code, the second record is submitted to the commodity label for storage, and the second record is submitted to the traceability service platform and can be stored only after the identification code is verified to be correct through the quantum password service platform;
(5) when the authenticity of the commodity is inquired, the first record and the second record of the commodity are directly obtained from the commodity label through the label reading and writing device, the correctness of the records is verified through a security chip of the commodity label, corresponding commodity attribute information, commodity circulation information and historical inquiry information are downloaded from the traceability service platform according to the ID number of the commodity, and the authenticity of the commodity is judged by respectively comparing whether the commodity attribute information and the commodity circulation information are consistent and whether the commodity inquiry information is abnormal in relevance.
2. The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for judging the authenticity of the commodity in the step (5) comprises the following steps:
(5.1) comparing whether the commodity attribute information acquired from the commodity label is consistent with the commodity attribute information downloaded from the tracing service platform to identify the authenticity of the commodity label, if so, displaying identification result information that the commodity label is true, and executing the step (5.2), if not, displaying identification result information that the commodity label is false, and identifying the commodity as a counterfeit commodity;
(5.2) comparing whether the commodity circulation information acquired from the commodity label is consistent with the commodity circulation information downloaded from the traceability service platform or not to verify the validity of the commodity circulation information, if so, displaying verification result information that the commodity circulation information is legal, and executing the step (5.3), otherwise, displaying the verification result information that the commodity circulation information is illegal, and identifying that the commodity is possibly a counterfeit commodity;
(5.3) based on commodity inquiry information generated when the safety chip in the commodity label inquires, the tracing service platform judges whether an abnormal track exists or not according to the relevance of time and place tracks in the commodity inquiry information, if so, verification result information 'the commodity circulation is abnormal', the commodity is possibly identified as a counterfeit commodity, and if not, verification result information 'the commodity circulation is normal', and the commodity is identified as a genuine commodity.

The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 2, wherein: when the commodity is identified as a genuine product in the step (5.3), the traceability service platform records commodity query information to form historical query information, and meanwhile, the traceability service platform performs commodity counterfeiting alarm on commodity circulation information with abnormal circulation time and circulation place according to all the historical query information; the commodity query information includes, but is not limited to, the tag reader-writer identification, the query time and the query location.

The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and (5.2) when the commodity is identified as a fake commodity in the step (5.3), the tracing service platform supplements and submits the verification result information to a fake platform, and professionals track and process the fake commodity.

The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step (5), when the first record and the second record of the commodity are inquired only through the ID number of the commodity, the quantum cryptography service platform verifies the correctness of each record of the tracing service platform about the commodity.

The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the commodity circulation information includes but is not limited to the information of the seller, the circulation time, the circulation place and the commodity channel; the commodity attribute information includes, but is not limited to, commodity production date, expiration date, manufacturer, production time, production place, sales range, and commodity basic parameters.
7. The quantum anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the security chip as claimed in claim 1, wherein: it also includes the following steps:
(6) when the commodity is sold, the seller supplements the commodity sale information to the second record through the label reading and writing device; the merchandise sales information includes, but is not limited to, a time of sale of the merchandise, a place of sale, and a seller selling the merchandise.
