The Processor or the CPU may be at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, and a microprocessor. The computer storage medium/Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Random Access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical Disc, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); but may also be various terminals such as mobile phones, computers, tablet devices, personal digital assistants, etc., that include one or any combination of the above-mentioned memories.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. 1. A method for generating a tax risk scene information base is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring basic data of a target tax risk scene, wherein the basic data comprises enterprise business data, financial data and tax data;
determining processing parameters corresponding to the target tax risk scene;
generating a tax risk processing model based on the processing parameters;
and generating a target information base corresponding to the target tax risk scene according to the tax risk processing model and the basic information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and processing the tax risk information to be identified based on the target information base to obtain a tax risk processing result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the processing parameters corresponding to the target tax risk scenario comprises:
determining a processing factor corresponding to the target tax risk scene, wherein the processing factor represents a data access condition and a calculation field;
determining a calculation mode corresponding to the target tax risk scene, wherein the calculation mode is used for calculating to-be-processed data of tax risks;
determining a rule threshold of a tax risk identification rule;
and determining the processing factors, the calculation modes and the rule threshold values as processing parameters corresponding to the target tax risk scene.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating a tax risk processing model based on the processing parameters comprises:
acquiring a trigger time node corresponding to the target tax risk scene;
and generating a tax risk processing model based on the processing parameters, so that the tax risk processing model operates at the trigger time node.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating a configurable interface of the target information base, so that the processing parameters are adjusted through the configurable interface.
6. A generating device of a tax risk scene information base is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic data of a target tax risk scene, and the basic data comprises enterprise business data, financial data and tax data;
the determining unit is used for determining processing parameters corresponding to the target tax risk scene;
the first generation unit is used for generating a tax risk processing model based on the processing parameters;
and the second generation unit is used for generating a target information base corresponding to the target tax risk scene according to the tax risk processing model and the basic information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the processing unit is used for processing the tax risk information to be identified based on the target information base to obtain a tax risk processing result.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining a processing factor corresponding to the target tax risk scene, wherein the processing factor represents a data access condition and a calculation field;
determining a calculation mode corresponding to the target tax risk scene, wherein the calculation mode is used for calculating to-be-processed data of tax risks;
determining a rule threshold of a tax risk identification rule;
and determining the processing factors, the calculation modes and the rule threshold values as processing parameters corresponding to the target tax risk scene.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first generating unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring a trigger time node corresponding to the target tax risk scene;
and generating a tax risk processing model based on the processing parameters, so that the tax risk processing model operates at the trigger time node.
10. A storage medium storing executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a method of generating a tax risk scenario information base according to any of claims 1-5.
