Abstract
The invention discloses a waterway system, and a water quality early warning method and a water quality early warning device of the waterway system. The water quality early warning method of the waterway system comprises the following steps: acquiring the water quality parameter of raw water at an entrance water inlet; judging whether the water quality of the raw water is abnormal or not according to the water quality parameters; and when the quality of the raw water is abnormal, the raw water is prevented from entering the household. Further, the judging module 2 is used for judging that the quality of the raw water is abnormal when the water quality parameter is greater than or equal to a preset warning value; and when the water quality parameter is lower than a preset warning value, judging that the quality of the raw water is normal.
When the inlet control valve 4 is opened, raw water conveyed from a water supply plant can enter the water quality acquisition module 1, the inlet control valve 4 is kept opened for a first preset time, the water quality acquisition module 1 can fully detect water quality parameters of the raw water, and the accuracy of detection results is improved. Alternatively, the inlet control valve 4 may be an inlet solenoid valve or a flow restriction valve.
Optionally, the blocking module 3 is a water inlet valve 5 arranged between the inlet control valve 4 and the inlet of the household water inlet. When the water inlet valve 5 is opened, raw water can enter the home of a user from a household inlet; when the water inlet valve 5 is closed, a channel between the water inlet of the household and the home of the user is cut off, and raw water cannot enter the home of the user from the water inlet of the household, so that the raw water with abnormal water quality is prevented from entering the home of the user, the user is prevented from drinking by mistake or using by mistake, the problem that the raw water flows into water-using household appliances of the home of the user is avoided, and the service life of the household appliances is prevented from being damaged or reduced.

Referring to fig. 2, a pre-filter 7 may be further disposed between a water pipe of a water plant and the inlet control valve 4, raw water at the front side of the inlet control valve 4 is filtered by the pre-filter 7, the pre-filter 7 may be a filter having no adsorption effect on water quality, such as a PP (Polypropylene), a filter screen, a ceramic or other physical filter element with an aperture of 80 meshes or more, so as to avoid changing water quality and affect monitoring of the water quality by the water quality acquisition module 1, the pre-filter 7 mainly serves to protect the rear inlet control valve 4, the water quality acquisition module 1, the blocking module 3, and the drain valve 6, and prevent large particulate matters such as silt from entering the waterway system 100, which may cause an event that the inlet control valve 4, the blocking module 3, and the drain valve 6 are not closed or the water quality acquisition module 1 is polluted, and affect reliability of the waterway system 100.
The working process of the waterway system 100 is that after power-on, the water quality acquisition module 1 detects inlet water quality information at an inlet of a user according to a certain frequency, acquires water quality parameters (the detection time interval T is greater than a preset time T), when the current water quality parameters are detected to be greater than or equal to a preset warning value, sends a message to inform the user that the current water quality state is too poor, simultaneously turns off the water inlet valve 5, prevents polluted water from flowing into the user, ensures the safety of water-using household appliances in the user's home and the health of drinking water of the user, simultaneously detects whether the user starts automatic drainage, if the automatic drainage is started, opens the drain valve 6 to drain raw water with higher pollution index, and if the user does not start the automatic drainage, closes the drain valve 6 and does not automatically drain water; and meanwhile, detecting whether the user opens the water source, if the user opens the water source and does not influence the water injection quality on the water household appliances, opening the water inlet valve 5 to ensure that the water consumption of the user is normal.
