When the rotary furnace works, the rotary furnace body 2 rotates and conveys materials, and the materials react in the rotary furnace body 2 at high temperature to generate waste gas. At the same time, the negative pressure generator 7 is activated to generate negative pressure inside the inner chamber 61b, the exhaust pipe 5, and the rotary furnace body 2. Therefore, the exhaust gas flows from the interior of the rotary kiln body 2 to the exhaust pipe 5, and then flows into the exhaust gas treatment device 6 from the exhaust port 52 of the exhaust pipe 5, and when the exhaust gas is mixed with the dust in the exhaust pipe 5, the dust with larger particles rises to the top and is blocked by the top lid 51 and falls again into the rotary kiln body 2, and the exhaust gas and the dust with smaller particles are sucked out of the exhaust port 52 by suction. Then, the exhaust gas enters the intake passage 61d from the input port 61e and passes through the first passage 61f, and when passing through the first passage 61f, the exhaust gas contacts the water surface of the water tank 63 to dissipate heat, and part of the dust and harmful substances adhere to the water surface and form sediment to be deposited at the bottom of the water tank 63. At the same time, the circulating water supply system 66 is operated so that the spray head 62 sprays water mist. The exhaust gas enters the spray chamber 61c through the first passage 61f, and under the action of the water mist, the dust and the harmful substances are dissolved in the water mist and sink into the water tank 63. Then, the exhaust gas passes through the second passage 61k, and when passing through the second passage 61k, the exhaust gas contacts the water surface of the water tank 63 again to dissipate heat, and the residual dust and harmful substances adhere to the water surface and form sediment to be deposited at the bottom of the water tank 63. Finally, the exhaust gas passes through the second passage 61k, enters the exhaust passage 61g, and is discharged from the output port 61 h.

In addition, the water tank 63 is arranged below the box body 61, and the opening 63a of the water tank 63 is isolated from the inner cavity 61b of the box body 61 by the first partition 611, so that the sediment precipitated in the water tank 63 can be salvaged at any time through the opening 63a of the water tank 63.
